Mary is amazing. In town for a few weeks saw her as many times as I could book her. Have several inquiries. Mary is extremely accommodating, knows her stuff-wish I lived closer. Trust her more than many physical therapists I have had post surgery.

Press Pilates is one of a kind. Truly the best decision I ever made for my health/body. I've been training with Mary for 4 years and I intend to do so forever. I noticed I couldn't tolerate wearing high heels- Wearing them would result in so much pain and soreness for 1 week, sometimes longer. After only a few sessions, I noticed an exponential difference in my entire mood and body. Foot pain due to high heels is a thing of the past! Also, it's helped to alleviate discomfort in my lower back/scoliosis. I could go on forever about the incredible things Mary has helped me achieve... from physical therapy to weight loss and muscle toning.
I recommend this company to anyone that is a beginner and beyond. Mary is very gentle, encouraging and highly skilled. I like the most that I can train with her virtually from anywhere- all I need is a carpeted area!

Press Pilates is the only place I’ve found in Dallas that provides a truly private pilates experience. Mary has created a studio space that is welcoming, thoughtfully designed, and conveniently located. From a male perspective, Pilates can be intimidating. I’ve been working with Mary over the last two years, and through her Classically trained approach, not only has Pilates added a new dimension to my workout routine, but it has exposed imbalances in my body that I didn’t know I had. I’ve been talking about starting Pilates for years and when I found Press Pilates it was a perfect match. Because I live in Atlanta, I’ve been taking Mary’s virtual classical mat classes for over a year and half now and have seen such a difference in my body. I am much more toned, have better posture, and my sciatica is no longer a constant issue. Mary is not only a fantastic instructor, but also the kindest person. I have trained with Mary Ryan for 5 Yrs! I am a Empty Nestor, life time tennis player, Love to Bike, Swim and Row! Mary’s attention to detail, with all my aging muscles and bones, gives me the opportunity to keep trudging forward so I can keep up with my Black Belt family members trembling, not knowing what I’m going to challenge them with next:))).
