You’re busy with life, work and kids. You want to show up, spend an hour in class, and have fun getting in the best shape of your life. We get busy people fit.

Step 2. At your Free Intro, you will meet your coach to talk about you, your goals, and the best program to fit your needs.

Step 3. You will get started with at least three personal training sessions, and then you can continue with personal training or move into group CrossFit classes.

The Best Gym in Fulshear!

As a full-time working parent of three with a husband who works on rotation, I hardly have a minute to spare in my day. But for the past four months, I’ve made it a priority to wake up at 4:30 every morning and head to Blue Eagle — because I know it’s exactly what I need to survive my hectic schedule.

The programming at Blue Eagle is smart, efficient, and challenging in all the right ways. Every workout feels purposeful. The coaches truly care about each member’s progress and are always ready with encouragement, corrections, and motivation when you need it most.

I never thought I’d look forward to early morning workouts, but the supportive environment and positive energy here make it easy to stay consistent. I’ve become stronger, more confident, and better equipped to handle everything life throws at me.

This was the birthday gift to myself that I didn’t even realize I truly needed! Since joining the senior adult program at Blue Eagle Fitness & Nutrition, I feel like I’ve been awakened from a deep sleep. I’ve been working out at Blue Eagle for 3 months. My first goal is to improve my metabolic health thru diet and exercise, increase strength and lose weight is my second goal.

January 2025 my labs were all high and meds were prescribed, which I accepted as a temporary solution. I drastically changed my diet and thought I was active enough. Nope, nothing changed. I educated myself and realized that I needed to add in HIIT and quickly joined Blue Eagle Fitness & Nutrition. I wasn’t familiar with CrossFit and didn’t know what to expect. Fear not! The members are always welcoming and encouraging and I thank Coach Dave for ensuring my safety with proper form.

Today, thru various lifestyle changes, my labs have improved 50% and I’m coming off the meds. I attribute much of my health improvement to CrossFit exercise and encourage anyone seeking better health to work hard and get fit-- Exercise changes everything! There are not enough words to describe how truly incredible and life changing Blue Eagle has been for my mother! The Coaching staff at Blue Eagle have a passion and dedication for people, no matter the age, and fitness is just the byproduct. Upon retirement my mother, who is in her late 60's and has no background in fitness or general activity, received a negative health diagnosis from a doctor with little guidance on how to improve her condition. Frustrated by this lack of care, I corralled my mother in attending a meet & greet at Blue Eagle and it turned out to be an open house for the Senior Forever Fierce program. She was apprehensive, shy, and fearful on day 1. Flashforward two years later and Blue Eagle is her happy place. Along with losing weight she's regained balance, developed strength, developed new friendships, and learned new skills she never thought possible. Even her struggle with lifelong migraines has drastically been reduced. The incredible support and instruction she receives at Blue Eagle, especially Coach Clancy, is priceless for all that she's experiencing and doing. Could not be more grateful!

Bryan and Blue Eagle Fitness did a great job with my 12 y/o son prepping him for weight training going into his 7th grade year. Dropped by to see the owner who is a friend of mine, but I was blown away by the gym he has built. The classes running were the right size, every individual was being coached appropriately, they track and measure the RIGHT things with inBody technology to give accurate reading of muscle mass, body fat etc, and the location, cleanliness, and feeling of community were all superb. They also have a whole slate of classes catering to older adults which I was able to witness. It’s just amazing from top to bottom, this is everything a gym should be. I would highly recommend to anyone looking to get in shape, lose weight, change their lifestyle, or build just build on their current fitness.

I do personal training once a week with Coach Meg and do regular CrossFit sessions for my other workouts at Blue Eagle and cannot recommend this gym enough. It’s always clean and the equipment is always in good condition. The classes never overfill. The coaches are extremely knowledgeable and helpful. After having meniscus surgery in September/2022, I tried working out with my old boot camp group, however, it just wasn’t agreeing with my knee. I finally decided to try to give CrossFit a try, something I was always a little intimidated with, however since I joined almost 6 months ago, I realized it was what I needed. Having a coach at each session guiding you and motivating you is a plus. I feel better and have noticed little things such as jeans fitting better and more mobility . Last week, my doctor put me in a walking boot due to a tendon issue. I thought now what do I do about working out, well Bryan wouldn’t let me hold out until I was out of the boot. They have accommodated me and the workouts so I I can still workout, even with a bulky boot on. It’s an awesome program and now it’s time to get the nutrition right, which they can help with as well.

At first, I wasn't sure if Crossfit would be the right fit for me, but decided to give it a try. I've been with Blue Eagle for almost 9 months and I must say that I am very happy with them overall, between the people I work out with and the coaches. The people in the class encourage one another to keep going, and that definitely helps motivate me to do more. While I may not love all the workouts (yet), I absolutely love the coaches. They don't push or judge me for the effort I'm putting in. They're just happy to see that I made the effort to come work out with them. If they see that I'm struggling, they'll talk to me to see what's going on and then modify the workout to help me finish, if needed. Or if they saw that the last set I did looked like a breeze, they'll encourage me to add a little bit more weight and I gain more confidence in myself. The positiveness and support in this gym is just amazing and is exactly what I needed.

I have been going to Blue Eagle Fitness for just about 10 months now, and I can honestly say this was the best health related decision of my life. The staff is amazing & always willing to go above and beyond to help you achieve your goals. My Opinion:

There are good things and bad things about this gym, like any gym. I've done my best to be as fair and impartial as possible while still providing valuable insight for someone looking for a CrossFit gym.

If you're experienced with CrossFit (CF), this is probably not what you're accustomed to as far as programming - I will elaborate later on. It is on the high end of price for a CF gym ($200/month for unlimited classes as of 3/1/23, most gyms are $99-200/month) but doesn't offer many of the amenities or quality equipment that you might expect for the price. Be aware of the 30-day cancellation notice - you must fill out their online form 30 days prior to the start of the next month (example: you must notify between March 1st and March 31st if you want to not be charged for all of May, there were no pro-rated memberships). There are no open gym times, no barbell club, and personal training ranges anywhere from ~$300/month for 4 sessions, to ~$700/month for 12 sessions. There is some quality coaching but the programming needs improvement. I will miss many of the amazing people at the box; community is the best part of this gym.

Class Programming: During classes I found myself doing many of the benchmark workouts, hero WODs, and CrossFit-like metcons, but we seldom, if ever, worked on high skill movements/progressions such as hand stand walks, muscle-ups, or new movements like crossovers unless it was outside class with a coach who cared enough to share their time. Some coaches went above and beyond to help members get special movements like double-unders, butterfly pullups, or progressions for muscle ups. However, the regular programming seemed to repeat movements and muscle groups far too frequently in any given 1-week period, breaking the "constantly varied" principle of CrossFit. As an example, it was very common to do cleans 4-5 times in a single 6 day period. The posterior chain was routinely over-programmed leaving many athletes with lower back pain. The programming seemed to have a bias towards heavy weights for most metcons and de-emphasized aerobic conditioning, with an emphasis on short time-domains.

Coaching: There are some really good coaches who really care about the members, but there were varying levels of experience and training, and not all coaches were able to give subtle cues to correct form, especially in larger classes.

Equipment/Room: Some of the equipment is in need of TLC and/or replacement, and besides ~8 rowers, there are 3 old air bikes. When more than 7 or 8 athletes were in a class it became very cramped, and at times it felt dangerous with how close members were working out next to one another. Running took place partially in the parking lot shared with other businesses, and partially on a somewhat busy side street. There are a few ceiling fans and few box fans for the hotter workouts. There is 1 retractable garage door at the entrance along with an entry door, and 2 back doors on the opposite side to create a cross breeze. There is an InBody machine for estimating muscle mass and body fat %. FitAids and O2s for sale.

Sound/atmosphere: A single bluetooth wireless PA speaker near the entrance. The CF gym is adjacent to a barber shop and it was normal to smell someone smoking.

For as many CF gyms as I've been to and as long as I was a member here, I feel that a rating of 3 stars reflects the relative value of a membership here. The demerits are equipment, programming, and cost. The merits are community, some coaches, and convenience of location.

My stated goals when starting in June 2021 were to get in shape and gain muscle before my wedding 3 months away. After about 15 months, with no prior fitness experience I gained 10-12 pounds of muscle and 7-8 pounds of fat working out 5-7 times per week (see InBody tests). This included ~9 months of personal training 2-3 sessions per week at ~$500-800 per month. Again, this is all my personal opinion.

I started bringing my 11 year old daughter here last summer to help align her body and build her strength and conditioning. She had very bad knee vagus and her body was pretty weak. She is very serious about basketball and soccer and told me she wanted to get a lot better so I talked to Bryan and we got started. Since coming to CrossFit her strength, mobility, conditioning and mental toughness has improved significantly and it is clear on the soccer field and basketball court. I highly recommend Bryan and his staff. They teach, inspire and motivate their athletes to get better and I love the fact that my daughter loves CrossFit. Great gym! I belonged to a large fitness center for many years, but had gotten into a rut of just doing the same routine of weights and cardio - not really pushing myself. I recently made the switch to CrossFit Fulshear. Best decision I've made in a long time. The workouts are challenging with a lot of variety. The small class setting is perfect as I get some good coaching on technique and advice on specific issues I want/need to work on without having to pay for and schedule a personal trainer. I dropped in twice at Crossfit Fulshear this weekend while visiting family close by. I emailed the owner Bryan ahead of time to let them know I was coming and the next day they let me come to class! They had convenient class times to fit my schedule while I’m on vacation and the box was extremely clean when I got there! The coaches are knowledgeable and experienced. I had the opportunity to workout at CF Fulshear for 2 weeks. What a great experience!!! The coaches and the community were very supportive. I felt very welcome and there was a lot of positive energy, even on the 5 am class!!!. The 5 am coach was very good at making sure I was performing the movements correctly and spent time with each one of the class participants correcting and giving advise on how to improve. This box has a very positive energy and sense of community which motivates you to work hard while making new friends. I have been in other boxes in Houston with a bigger workout area and more equipment but CrossFit Fulshear is the place to go if you want to experience and true Texan CrossFit Community and start getting new PRs!!!
