After a few years of falling out of my fitness routine during Covid, I was honestly hesitant to jump back in. When I finally started looking again this September, I knew I needed a place with a real sense of community — somewhere that welcomed all fitness levels and didn’t make you feel like you had to be competition-ready just to walk in the door.
Blueprint Fitness has absolutely been that place. Training with others keeps me accountable, and the environment here makes it easy to actually want to show up. Chris, Chase, and Jordan are fantastic — supportive, encouraging, and genuinely invested in everyone’s progress.

If you’re looking for a gym that’s open, inclusive, and full of people who cheer you on no matter where you're starting from, I definitely recommend Blueprint Fitness.

My experience with Blueprint has been incredible! From the very first session, I felt comfortable, motivated, and most importantly, capable. Their personalized approach to training is unmatched, they took the time to understand my goals, my limitations, and have crafted a program specifically for me that continually challenges and pushes me to improve. Whether it’s encouraging me during tough sets, explaining &showing me exercises in a way that’s easy to understand, and providing feedback to ensure proper form, I always leave every session feeling accomplished. I have tried many other facilities and have never felt motivated to continue training due to not seeing results even after several months. However, I have been with Blueprint 3weeks and already feel like I have more energy, feel stronger and have lost weight! I hate pain I hate the soreness but for the first time in my life I am embracing the soreness because I am seeing results!!

The ShapeScale device is a game changer for me. Side by side comparison shows where I’m building muscle and strength, as well as shows loss in problem areas. I love the challenging workouts. The coaches provide modified exercises based on my abilities, and provide encouraging words to keep me going. I’ve been working with Chris and his team on and off for the past 3-4 years after having brain surgery to remove several tumors and now that I have Brain cancer I’ve continued working with him to get my strength back and well as helping me fight this dreaded disease. I am not the sort of person who likes to exercise. It doesn't give me a positive chemical feelings in my brain. It's just suffering. As a result, I've never stuck with exercise. Gym memberships fell neglected; Orange Theory depressed me.

Working with the trainers at Blueprint has been hard work. It hasn't been cheap. But it has really worked. I'm still early in the process, but I have muscles I didn't know existed. The bodyscan machine shows the progress I make. I actually sort of look forward to working out, which is so weird to me.

Part of it is that the trainer Chase is just really nice and encouraging and shows me what to do. And that just works for me. Don't know why. I also eat way more protein than I have in my entire life.

Again, it's not easy. But it does work.

I needed to get in shape and regain the muscle to maintain my independence and ability to get around. Before joining, I hadn’t exercised in decades and was afraid to start and had no idea where to begin the journey. They’ve been wonderful and encouraging throughout the process and I’ve gained confidence and strength and I don’t have to know what to do because they take me through the routines and explain and show me what to do and keep an eye out to make sure I’m doing everything correctly. Each session is a different routine so I’m working my whole body and I can see so much improvement in my health. The trainers and the classmates are so friendly and non-competitive and non-judgmental (that was one of my worries because you hear stories and I was so very out of shape and afraid of ending up at a place that would crush my attempts at getting healthy). I’ve worked out with trainers before, but now I was looking for something different. I came across BluePrint Fitness and was intrigued by the idea of working out really hard for 30 minutes instead of lingering around in a gym for 1-2 hours. Before I started training with Chris, Austin, and Chase, sticking to any kind of workout routine felt impossible. I'd tried on my own more times than I can count, but motivation always faded and results never came. That all changed a month ago.

These three have created a gym environment that’s not only energizing but also incredibly supportive. They hold me accountable in all the right ways—firm but always encouraging—and somehow make me want to show up and push myself. They believe in me, and now I’m starting to believe in myself too.

I am 72. Have not exercised at all in several years. At Blueprint, they start from where you are and tailor a program for your specific needs. Doesn’t matter what kind of shape you’re in. As a wife, mom, teacher, and travel agent I love to plan everything...well almost everything! I love showing up to workout and Chris has an amazing workout ready for me. No thinking involved just do it! Also something that is most important for me is the accountability and structure piece. Blueprint Fitness is an excellent place to get back on track, start or continue your life in the fitness world. Personally, I had given up on my workouts because I gained a few pounds after two years of “getting away from fitness.” Chris is an excellent and motivating coach, always there while you do your routine in his gym and also when you are outside of his gym, always with words of encouragement and motivational text messages. Apart from all the coaching, he gives you the confidence to know that you can count on him to get back on the “right path.” With all his experience, he takes care of you both, to recover from an injury or to be physically active again. This is going to be a detailed review so hang on tight if you don’t want to read it then skip it. I know Chris for over 12 years now. He trained me for three months and change my lifestyle for good then. Then I got married and have kids, so got my dad on and then all of a sudden Chris calls me and says hey I have my own gym now. Would you like to train and I was like it was a call for me. So I went back to him as he’s the owner of blueprint. He takes cares of all his clients with care and time. He does not rush, but he will make you work. He will change your lifestyle and your body shape at the same time. He is funny and makes your work out and diet plan according to you. I definitely recommend him. If you want to change your lifestyle, come to blueprint located on Pearland. You’re not gonna regret it. Whether your early 20s are over 40s you are gonna be welcome here and trained well. So far I have been trained by Hanna, Chelsy and Chris himself and I loved working out with everyone of them. Also, when you join with him, make sure to tell him you saw my review and you are ready to change your lifestyle. Chris is a trainer who cares about his client’s OVERALL well-being and gives you his undivided attention when in a training session. As someone with back issues, he is always checking in with me while I’m working out to make sure I am not in any pain. Making accommodations and modifying when needed, his number one goal is you. Also, always impressing upon proper form and technique.

My favorite part about training with Chris is his plethora of knowledge in anatomy and physiology that he is able to teach his clients. He is always answering all my questions.

Knowing you have a trainer who has been through their own health journey and has experienced trials and tribulations with losing weight and gaining muscle there is a sense of empathy. He knows the struggles and emotions because he’s been there himself.

Chris and Hannah are two of the most encouraging trainers I’ve met. I’ve been through my fair share of trainers and gyms and this has been the best experience so far. I came to Blueprint broken, defeated, and to be quiet honest in a place of depression and self hate. I’m in my third week of workouts and I’m not only getting stronger physically, but mentally as well. This is a very safe and encouraging space to workout. Chris and Hannah make sure they analyze your body and body mechanics so you don’t get injured. My right shoulder is very weird and they make adjustments so I can participate and still feel strong. I love my workout partner and look forward to seeing everyone when I come in. Me and my husband just started going to Chris for weight loss and so far it’s been a great experience. We tossed out everything we were doing out of the window cause it just wasn’t helping and adopted Chris’ meal plan and workouts in our life. It’s insane how much of an effective workout he can make us do in only 30 mins and he changes it up so we never get bored. I feel so much more energized after following the meal plan + less bloating. He gives a lot of good advice and explains the science behind everything so while working out we also gain some new knowledge. We also have a members only page where we can all engage and Chris puts up cool informative videos on health and fitness.

Chris is so focused on his clients health and his approach to helping is beyond anything I've seen from any trainer. When I'm in the gym watching other trainers on their phones, eating, and not focused on the client they're training it reminds me of why Chris is so special.

For the past 2 years, Chris has been helping me with my weight and fitness goals. He is an absolute professional and really genuinely cares about all of his clients. Since working with Chris I’m at the highest lean muscle mass I’ve ever been at and the strongest I’ve ever been lifting heavier weights. I’ve also reached the lowest body fat % since I’ve been working out with Chris.

Overall I’m super pleased with my results and where my physical fitness is currently at. In the beginning, I was not as strong and my stamina was not great. Chris has helped me build solid strength and stamina.

If your on the fence, I would say to give Chris a try and you will be very pleased. You will work hard during your sessions, but will become addicted to that feeling of accomplishment each time. I’ve had many trainers in my past, Chris by far is the best.

I am 63 with a busy schedule, but my 3 sessions a week are the highlight of my week because I'm seeing results, I'm energized and happier!  I have lost weight, inches, and have gained muscle.  I'm stronger and more confident than I have ever been before.  Chris’ workouts have helped me build muscle in my arms and legs.  My back is stronger now. The bursitis I had on my left hip is now gone thanks to the strength training.  I also have AFIB and Chris has helped me strengthen my cardio as well.  He pushes me to limits that I didn’t even know I had.

Chris is extremely knowledgeable and personalizes my workouts.  He’s very personable and my workouts are appropriately geared to what I am able to do.
