Hands down, best training you can get. Reasonably priced, not at all like those other gyms that seem to want to nickle and dime you for every little thing. Great friendly atmosphere. Sheβs Knowledgable trainer that give you the tools you need to achieve your fitness goals to get the results you desire. Charlene is the best personal trainer I have used so far. She is very caring and keeps making me comfortable during the workouts and at the same time pushes me beyond my limits. I lost 12 pounds in the first 6 weeks of her training. She knows how to drive results without stressing a lot! Highly recommend for anything in north dallas looking for a personal trainer. Finally, she is the favorite person of both of daughters. They love spending time with her. My family totally loves her

Charlene teaches water aerobics at Windsong Ranch in the summer. She is the best water aerobics teacher. Over the years, I have 5 water aerobics teachers. Charlene is by far the best. I always get a great workout with Charlene. Her hour class is the best. I recommend Charlene for personal fitness. I wish she had a water aerobics class year round.
