I went to Robbie after many years of back pain, weakness, and tightness.  I'd talked and gone to physical therapy, chiropractors, doctors, and even explored back surgery.  I've been working with Robbie for a few months now and he has helped me regain strength and control over my back! His understanding of the human body and desire to give you the tools you need and explain the exact reasons why I'm doing each exercise and stretch are what sets him apart. He takes the time to understand my specific situation and body and cater everything he says and does to match my needs.  During sessions with him he is able to release muscles that were tight and spasming.  He gives me various exercises and explains very clearly why I'm doing them and what we're trying to accomplish, and in a way that makes me be on board and excited to keep at it.  Many of these exercises and stretches I had tried in the past, but due to poor explanations from others in the past and my own misunderstandings I had either been doing them wrong or given up before I started to really see results. In the past few months I have seen and felt massive differences in my body. Back pain is GONE, I am much stronger in my back and core, much more flexible throughout my back and body, and I can see the physical change in my posture and body mechanics. I feel like I have regained control over my back and body and I am able to enjoy life so much more now! I cannot recommend Robbie enough!!

Robbie has been my personal trainer for several months, he has worked with my wife periodically as well. Robbie is a personal trainer, but he has experience in soft tissue issues as well. Over my time with Robbie I primarily (but not exclusively) worked in his small group format. Where he created a training plan that has had great results in gaining muscular strength, improving cardio performance, and overall weight loss. One thing to know about Robbie is he is an advocate for holistic results. He added some exercises to help with my posture and flexibility while still hitting the cardio and strength. I highly recommend his services - very knowledgeable, motivating, and patient!

The first thing I noticed about Robbie is that he genuinely wants to help people and he is passionate about being a part of the process. He has lots of knowledge and a degree in kinesiology so you will stay safe with him and get science based programming.
