Trisha is the most amazing trainer anyone could ask for! I totally realize that sounds like hyperbole, but itβs just the truth. I was struggling to stay motivated in my exercise journey as a new mom. Life was already busy and chaotic - toss in a baby and the realities of post-partum. My body felt totally different, less muscle, weakened core, and more fatigue. Trisha took time to understand my needs and has been incredibly patient with me, but still challenging and motivating. Every session kicks my butt but itβs also a breeze because she is so encouraging and easy-going. I feel stronger, feel more confident in my movement and body, and the accountability from her on my exercise regimen is doing wonders for my mental heath. Trisha is very dynamic in her approach to personalized fitness. I highly recommend her for a new mamas out there looking for support!

Trisha has been my family's personal trainer since 2018. She is very knowledgeable and professional. My son who has autism loves her and she goes to lengths to research what he needs at all times. Trisha is the best trainer !! For 15 years, Iβve had four trainer including Trisha for long-term and she is still the best of all . She has a lot of motivation and energy . Every day is different and she gives you no opportunity to get bored . She runs, boxes, plays soccer , high intensity workouts , cardio and more . I have very high expectations and if she can keep up with me, then she can handle anyone . I highly recommend her π.

Trish is awesome! I pay this woman money to kick my butt several times a week! She really is great. Very knowledgeable and finding ways to keep workouts interesting and challenging and she explains why she is doing what.
