I absolutely love this studio, and Flow Yoga. I found them back in 2020, for a kundalini class, and immediately felt drawn to the teachings and energy of kundalini. There are a number of classes, events, and teacher trainings offered here, and the teachers I've met so far have been welcoming, friendly, and provided an excellent space for me to practice! I'm convinced the energy I've been feeling over the last few days is due to the classes I've taken here, my spirit feels at home, and happy.

Such a great studio! I started going to Flow Yoga about a month ago after moving to the neighborhood from a different side of town, and the variety of classes and instructors is amazing. Whether I'm looking for something to relax, practice mindfulness, or play with inversions there are classes every day for every type of practice and skill level.

Wow, I feel fortunate to have found Flow Yoga at North Loop and it’s quickly becoming my yoga home base for several reasons. It’s affordable, has a variety of classes each day so I can start with the entry level and try others as my skills and confidence grow, plus every instructor I’ve experienced (5 so far) has been approachable & skilled in guiding the students to practice at our own level. And it’s interesting meeting the other students of all ages and abilities. Flow Yoga is an authentic, relaxed yoga community that welcomes newcomers….heavenly!

This place is AMAZING!!! So many different classes and instructors to choose from. If one class isn't for you, try another and it may be! Everything is provided for you (mats, blocks, blankets, and bolsters, even hot tea at the north loop location). I've even seen them make accommodations for people who are injured or pregnant. The place is kept very clean. I was also just informed that you can go to any of their 6 locations if you're a member. Would recommend to anyone!

Honestly I think this one of the best yoga studios in Austin. I've practiced around the world and appreciate the ease of use, transparency, and value you get from this studio.

There is a fantastic set of class offerings. I've been able to find classes with an impressive variety of teachers at multiple locations. With the '$30 for 30', I got to attend class with pretty much every teacher, so that when I started my membership I already knew who I liked and who challenged me.

Headache free sign-up. Everything is digital. You walk into the studio, check-in on the screen, then place your mat. So easy! Prices are really good with tiered membership options. Drop-in, once-a-week, & unlimited.

Lots of value. At least 5 different studios. Variety of teachers and classes. Very affordable among yoga studios with this much offering.

As a regular visitor to Austin, I seek out and try local yoga studios to maintain my practice whilst away from my home town. I really like Flow Yoga for several reasons. Firstly, the studio itself has a good layout with three rooms for practice and a decent sized reception and lounge area for before and after practice. Spacious and comfy. Secondly, I enjoy the diversity and variety of teachers and styles of yoga to keep my practice fresh and challenging. A good blend with varying degrees of difficulty and variety. Third, as an itinerate Austinite, I appreciate Flow's competitive pricing options to suit my specific needs. Competitive and flexible.

On my next visit to Austin, I'll definitely be returning to Flow Yoga to continue my practice in a comfortable, diverse and flexible space with passionate people.

I am reviewing the Cedar Park location, as I’ve never been to the other locations.

I really love this studio! I am an active yogi in the community and have tried a lot of studios in the city. Here are my pros/cons list.

Pros: beautiful space, well maintained, clean, free yoga mats is a plus for visitors, options for tea (in the tea room before or after yoga), most of the instructors are PHENOMENAL (I’ve done so much mediocre yoga in my past and the instructors here are definitely qualified, very knowledgeable, fun). I feel like the majority of classes I go to cannot be searched and done on YouTube (which I did a lot of during the pandemic). The customer service is also very helpful! They have a wide range of classes every day and lots of fun workshops. I have never tried a workshop but I imagine they’re fun because the instructors are really great. 10/10 recommend!

Cons: the only major con I have is that they don’t have early morning classes :/ I spoke with customer service and she personally reached out to see if instructors could teach earlier and got back to me with some intent that teachers could teach earlier, but no promises. However, I don’t think anything panned out. I appreciate that she reached out and tried to add earlier slots but I find it odd that this studio doesn’t have earlier classes? I love to go to 6 and 7ams before work but they just don’t have them.

I rate this place 5 stars because it is one of the better, If not the best, studio I’ve been to in Austin area. I’m really impressed with the instructors, the customer service, and the studio itself. The space is lovely, clean, and I always leave relaxed. From my pros list, it seems that this studio hits all the marks that are important to me. I’m just hoping they add earlier classes in the future to accommodate for earlier schedules.

I had some anxiety about returning to yoga after many years away. I immediately felt comfortable and welcomed. I wasn't sure what classes to take so I tried a variety. Coming out of a lower back injury and working way too much for the past year-I have been experimenting with the stretching and low intensity classes. These classes have been just what I need to gain back some mobility and loosen up my whole body. I am looking forward to moving forward with more challenging classes in the next couple of weeks because I'm feeling so much better physically and mentally. I have told all my friends and hope they will all be joining me soon!!!

I started taking classes at Body Collective about a month ago. They offer a 30-day unlimited pass for new students, and I thought that was a great way to experience different classes at different times to see what works best for me. I've been looking for a studio close to my office with class times fitting into my schedule. So far, I love the studio location, teachers and classes, the cleanliness of the studio, and ease of booking/checking in. The one drawback is that there isn't a designated changing area, just bathroom stalls and one large bathroom space, or lockers to keep your valuables in (ie car keys/wallet) while in class. Overall, this is a great studio with a wide range of class options and I plan to continue taking classes here in the future.

Body Collective offers a wide range of movement classes for varying levels of experience and intensity. The space is tranquil, airy, spacious and welcoming, and the staff very kind! I gravitate towards slower paced, deep intensity classes focused on breath, alignment, integrity of posture and self care - honoring the unique needs of each body, and Body Collective offered a lot of what I look for in a yoga studio! Most teachers check in with students at the beginning of a class, asking for each person to share their name and requests or needs for the class, which is a unique touch that builds a sense of safety and community. I would love for there to be more BIPOC teachers and community present, however I have only gone to a handful of classes, and maybe I just have missed the more diverse experiences!

This studio is really great. The teachers are friendly and informative, and the classes are approachable for all level types. Modifications are always provided for beginner to advanced. I personally love the free yogi tea (as a throwback to the original Yoga Yoga days) and that the studio offers a few dance classes. Some of those have disappeared, so it would be nice to have some brought back for a full-service body work option, but the current class schedule is great for during the day, evening, and weekends. A couple of cons: not a lot of morning classes for those of us who work full-time and parking can be difficult, especially on weekends. I have never not found parking, but I do have to get there a bit early so I can walk over and not be late to the class. Even with these drawbacks, I still love the studio and am so happy I signed up for the unlimited membership!

TL:DR Great classes, a lovely studio, and kind people.

I've practiced yoga for more than 30 years with what I consider some of the best teachers in the country/world. My daughter and several of my closest friends completed teacher training at YogaWorks. I've been a training model many times. All of this to say, I feel confident assessing a yoga staff and studio.

I've had three teachers at this studio. I love Teacher Kimberly. She's well-trained, thoughtful, and thorough. She adjusts to the class's ability level and mood. All people can find a practice in her class. She's excellent with form and transition (which means you won't get injured). Similarly, Teacher Clara is a wonderful. She has super effective stretches and builds strength too.

The studio is inclusive, accessible, and feels good. Little comforts abound (high quality mats, tea with honey, hair ties, disco balls, gongs, light shows, purified water, clean bathrooms, and welcoming seating). It feels like they care about you.

Lastly, but of no lesser importance, the owner and her staff are consistently kind and helpful. Sometimes tech glitches (cause that's the world we live in) and they solve it immediately. There's no pressure or problems here. Payment structures are straightforward and more than fair. The vibe is contagious and I make friends every class.

I tried several studios in the Austin area and this is my favorite. I hope they flourish.

I love this studio. The building is clean, light, and welcoming, and the staff are super friendly. The yoga studios are also very clean and well-stocked with props like blocks, straps, blankets, and bolsters. The instructors I have experienced have been excellent. Kimberly Wharton is my favorite. I really enjoy her Hatha and flow classes. I definitely recommend checking out Body Collective.

This is a very comfortable place in many ways. I’m actually really glad they don’t have mirrors like other studios and gyms. I can just relax and concentrate on the class. I really like their selection of classes too. Not all of them are really hard, but all of them are really good!

I have been attending dance classes at Body Collective for a couple months now, and have had an instant connection with the studio and its lovely community since the first day I walked in. In addition to the classes, they also run immersive weekend-long workshops and social events. It is a welcoming, inclusive space. Don't hesitate to check out a class there! They have so many different types of offerings and the instructors are truly fantastic human beings. I am so glad I found Body Collective!

I won a free month's membership to Body Collective and I've loved it! If you are on your own self-healing journey or have never even meditated, this is a great option for you. The variety of classes range from deep inner work to fun and easy ways to connect with yourself and others. Also, they have pretty accessible "drop in" rates if you just want to check it out.

I joined Austin Body Collective when they first opened because I was attracted by their values and trauma-conscious approach to wellness. I have never felt more comfortable and accepted in yoga, meditation, or pilates classes than I feel here. Body Collective holds true to the 'What We're About' section on their webpage. It's so nice to have a safe space for wellness that welcomes all people and all body types.

I have found my community in this studio. The care and encouragement from all the instructors is amazing. The studio itself is so inviting from the aesthetics to the folks who greet you. This is just the place to be for mental and physical restoration.

I dont understand all the 5 star reviews. I really wanted to love this place as it's so convenient to my home. I've been trying a variety of classes on the 30 day trial and am disappointed to say the only takeaway I have is that this place feels like amateur hr. You walk in and there are always groups of people standing around chatting with each other or working on laptops that look you up and down upon arrival, but no one greets you or offers to help get you oriented. The website and subsequent class sign up confirmation emails dont provide any details on what to do or expect when you arrive either. Not even a basic hi upon walk in until you ask the full crowd where you're supposed to go for said class. Then an instructor usually steps forward to introduce themselves and point you to a room. Super standoffish and unfriendly vibe overall. All the foundations of customer service and connected community feel are missing. The instructors are all friendly during class, but the classes seem aimed at beginners and first timers. Im seeking courses that can level up to those of us who aren't stone cold beginners. I have another week in my trial, maybe Ill come across a class that changes my mind to update this review in that time?

I'm so glad to have discovered Body Collective! As soon as I entered the studio I felt a very relaxed, welcoming vibe, which has been reinforced by all of the instructors that I've had. With a great variety of styles, days and time slots, there's really something for everyone. I try to go as often as possible!

This studio is what I have been looking for in Austin for the last decade or so. It offers a huge variety of dance classes from the slightly more traditional, to the improvised (which is my jam), as well as yoga. It’s body-positive, and geared towards people of all levels. I've been going to it 2 days and already taken 3 classes. Also, the staff and instructors are very friendly, and the space is lovely. I cannot recommend this studio enough!

This place is a gem, if your looking for a great experience expanding your movement vocabulary, I can imagine a better place. My first week and I have already taken 5 different classes! Sandie is amazing, I've taken to of her classes and Theresa's shuffle class was super fun too!

In the short time that this place has been open, I’ve taken two classes which were both excellent.

I was inspired to leave a review after one of my favorite vinyasa classes ever, taught by Sadé. It was apparent that she has deep experience with somatic & dance modalities as well as yoga and I found she incorporated these seamlessly and productively into the class. I’ll definitely be back.

I also really enjoyed the family yoga class I recently attended with my wife young nephew and niece, and our daughter, who at 15 months was only really able to inject chaos into the class. The teacher Amber handled it like a pro and had so many ways to engage the older kids with not only yoga poses but related yoga, mindfulness and fitness concepts. My niece and nephew have apparently been talking about the class a bunch over the last few days and they are excited to do another one.

Also, I like the space generally—it feels bright and welcoming, with good light and wood floors.

They seem to offer a really wide variety of yoga and dance classes, and I look forward to exploring more.

I just discovered this studio today and went to two classes (the Family yoga class and Kristen's Yoga Flow). Both were excellent. The space is beautiful. The app is easy to use for reservations. Can't wait to go to some more classes here.

My husband and I have been going to Danielle for acupuncture/cupping/wellness for several years. She recently moved to Body Collective and we moved with her (because she is amazing!). The whole space is so calming, clean, safe, inviting and non judgemental. I currently go there for acupuncture but I'm inspired to branch out and try other classes as well. They really want to heal bodies, minds and spirits. Can't wait to see you all there!

They also support local artists which is just a huge bonus!

And obviously if you are looking for a practitioner in acupuncture, cupping, and body wellness... Danielle is an amazing human with a gift and intuition for healing. I have learned so much from her over the years and trust you will be in great hands.

My partner and I took a Kizomba dance class with Jean and had the most fun!! She was thorough with instruction and we definitely learned a lot. We went home dancing 💃 I highly recommend this peaceful and beautiful space! I can’t wait to take more classes, yoga and hip hop dance are next! Added bonus-they are supporting local artists/business with products and art for sale in the lobby.
