I love the BFT family Preston is and awesome trainer and the staff is always so helpful and friendly. I been going for 2 1/2 weeks and I am down weight and feeling stronger with every week. Working out as a team is what keeps me going when I do not want to go. I now am looking forward to the workout week.

Love BFT Flower Mound!! The trainers are knowledgeable and motivating! They are always positive and helpful in class. The support staff is awesome! They are very friendly and encouraging. After having a baby 4 months ago I was looking for a good workout class to get me back in shape. BFT has certainly helped All of the staff members do a fantastic job during class with motivation and form correction. Everyone is always very nice, supportive and the workouts are great every time!!

Great place great classes great staff and coaches deff come here if you have thought about getting fit and having a really good time doing it. They make sure you do the excersises correctly and are so encouraging. Preston and the whole team are amazing! I have seen so much change my physical body shape after just two weeks 2 classes a week my skirt fits and shorts now fit .. so crazy obviously eating well is great but I have been doing that forever and this changed the game. I now can fit into my clothes again. So great and I feel strong my posture is better I could go on and on just show up

I love BFT! I have noticed a huge difference in my strength and stability since starting there and I am typically someone who struggles to build muscle mass. I have previously worked out at orange theory and kept getting injured, BFT has been a much better fit for me. The constant change in workouts keeps things so fun. I would go every single day if I could! Coach Preston, Veronica, Jason, Jeremy and Bodie are all great. They really care about their clientele.

I have been a member since the facility opened and I have loved almost every workout we have had so far. Really appreciate all the trainers here giving us almost personal 1X1 training like experience every single day. Everyone including the front desk staff are so pleasant and fun to be around. I am close to hitting 100 classes and excited for whatβs to come.

Iβve greatly enjoyed my sessions at BFT Flower Mound this past month! The workouts feel very goal-oriented and focused each day, and my experience with the coaches have all been positive. They do a phenomenal job of pushing you to do your best and adjusting workouts based on individual needs.
I would absolutely recommend BFT Flower Mound to anyone interested in improving their fitness and health.

This review is based on 4 months of attendance. If you are on the fence about this place go try it out. As a 7+ year OTF groupie Iβve seen more results in the 50 classes Iβve taken here than all the classes at OTF. Why? There is simply not enough strength training/strength progression in a HIIT based class. Iβve started to lean out in areas I have struggled with and after 3 pregnancies (2 csections) the focused movements have helped tighten my core again (get outta here apron belly!). The coaches here are constantly watching your form and making sure you are always challenging yourself with the weights or not overdoing it where you can get injured. They will not let you half-arse your workout. Even the cardio here is harder than a regular HIIT class. Iβve seen so much improvement as well in my OTF classes because of BFT. Go take a demo, and try out a 12 week progression cycle. Your body will thank you.

BFT is UNBELIEVABLE!
BFT is building my confidence, my health, my energy, my self-esteem, and most of all helping me to repurpose my place in this world.
They are a Godsend.
The staff and trainers are caring and very professional people that are truly dedicated to helping me meet my personal goals.
I started training with them when they opened in October and have seen incredible results so far. I have gained so much from them in just a short time, that I now , for the first time in my life, schedule my βlifeβ around my workouts with BFT.
I have lost 4β inches in my waste so far and gained a lot of muscle as a result of their strong emphasis on proper techniques. I plan on continuing with them for the duration.

BFT FloMo is top notch! The facility, the people, the exercise programming, and the plethora of "toys" (i.e., various gym equipment) make the workouts engaging, fun, and super beneficial. I am an avid exerciser and have felt my strength improve over only a few weeks. But no matter your current fitness level, the coaches provide plenty of options and modifications to help you get in a workout personalized to you. I am hooked on BFT and you could be too!

Omg I joined the class and it my first ever doing exercises I loving everything bit of it. This place is awesome and staff are lovely and they help you in very step of everything. Safe ,fun. Motivational ,friendly and judgement free zone to be yourself for 1 hr a day and everyone deserves that 1 hour .Thank you BFT and coaches .
