Body Fit Training offers a community-based 50-minute functional training and strength-based program across 13 workouts. BFT uses science and technology-based training techniques to drive individual health goals in an inclusive, coach-led group environment. By combining cardio with resistance programs, members benefit from training a different energy system and different muscle types every day to diversify movement patterns that aim to reduce fat and create lean muscle.

I’ve really enjoyed working out at BFT. It has a great vibe, and the team makes you feel welcomed from day one. Ryan was helpful—he set up a free trial class for me and my husband, and was kind enough to offer another one so we could decide, but we were already sold and went ahead with the enrollment.
Big thanks to Coach Ricky, Josh, Heather, and Amanda (who drops in for a few evening classes). The coaches are incredibly attentive, they make sure your form is solid while keeping the workouts fun and engaging. As a former athlete returning to rebuild my fitness, they push me just the right amount to get the best out of me, which makes it easy to stay consistent and motivated. Highly recommend!

This place is NOT beginner friendly so if you’re just starting out please go elsewhere. Also, most of the coaches are not nice if you are a beginner. I came a while back to try to the class out and left and never looked back. YOU will be judged fyi. I give this place a 0/10.

Leaving this review seems to be the only way to get this location’s attention. I’ve been a founding member and watched two entire coaching staffs come and go. They’ve gone from having 2-3 coaches per session to barely one, and there are times when staff don’t show up, leaving you stuck outside as early at 4:45 AM.
You’re paying a premium for unreliable service, and getting a refund is a challenge. I canceled and was told about a 30-day notice requirement, a surprise, but seemed reasonable, so I accepted it. But they’ve continued charging me, and I’m not getting any response about a refund.

BFT is the best gym ever, no joke. The culture here is one-of-a-kind -- exciting, motivating, balls-to-the-wall, while also encouraging balance in our lives. They use beautifully curated programming that helps me to maintain a balanced workout regime -- everything from heavy lifting with low reps, light lifting with high reps, endurance cardio, HIIT, and more. The coaches are so kind, motivational, and will help fix your form or give you a kick in the butt when you need it! All of the coaches are absolutely amazing but I gotta give a special shoutout to some of the OG's, Coaches Amanda, Josh, Ricky, and Bailey! And we can't forget our beloved gym manager Miko, who never fails to greet you with a smile and ask how you're doing! I've also made many amazing friends throughout my BFT journey, and I think this gym really does bring in some amazing people. I leave this gym every day feeling like a better version of myself, and overtime I've progressed so much not just in my lifts and cardio fitness, but also my self-esteem, mental health, and overall well-being. I am so grateful for BFT!!

Like having a personal trainer, but in a group setting. Very welcoming atmosphere, whether you workout every day or just starting. Trainers are amazing and correct your form to keep you from injury. Came from a CG background and absolutely love BFT, wish I found this years ago!

Look.. I’ve worked out at about 10 gyms in the past 4 months and the BFT team is by far the most consistently hyped and energetic. The workouts are challenging but not impossible and the coaches are on it. They help you with form, motivation and just leave you feeling included .
If you’re too old or injured for frosskit this is your new home!

Coaches are very knowledgeable and amazing. Always offering advice and assistance with form. The best is Ricky. I adore the contrasts between cardio and strength training. There has been considerable progress. They need a larger space because the evening classes are now far too packed.
A few things feel rather strange. Only Indians are matched with other Indians. In retrospect, men and women have different groups as well. It's strange because I've never observed that in any other group class. It would seem like changing things up would increase everyone's enjoyment overall, foster a stronger sense of community, and give them something to look forward to. Another peculiarity is that guys and girls are essentially chosen alternately to be the month's member.

Funny story, I stumbled upon this amazing place by chance a couple months ago because I was trying to get breakfast. Ever since walking in by accident, it’s been on the back of my mind. After months of trying to commit to working out by myself via the gym at my complex, at home pilates, even VR games, I’ve lost steam every single time.
If you’re like me and need a gym partner or a class to get you motivated, this is the place for you! I hate cardio, but this is the only way I can get it in without slacking. I love strength training but am so bad at regulating and remembering.
The staff has been welcoming through the whole process. From the trial/free classes, during work outs, and even talking before and after.
Not to mention all the other things they’ve got going on. It’s fun that they have theme days and I even have gotten to do an injury consult.
All the members I’ve got to sweat with have been so encouraging and have amazing attitudes.

I used to be a member of F45 but that gym went downhill, the owners didn't invest in it, I ended up having a bad experience when I stopped my membership, and then less than a year later I found out that gym closed down. In contrast, BFT has been a positive experience with workouts that are not too hard or easy, a good crowd to do classes with, social events and change ups like weekly training classes for Hyrox. There is a good mix of cardio and strength so if you're looking to take classes and get in better shape, this is an excellent place.

A very well balanced workout program, I feel stronger and better already after just a weeks of starting the program. Over the years, I’ve tried going to regular gyms and other training programs. However, when I was trying to cut weight and build muscle, I could never accomplish both goals simultaneously.

I have been attending this gym for a year now. I have done all the things like Camp Gladiator, Cross Fit, Orange Theory and although I enjoyed them all, BFT tops them all. I attend the early 4:45 am class. I love the different classes that are NEVER the same. It's the perfect combination of cardio and strength. Aside from amazing classes what really sets BFT apart are the coaches. I work a lot with Coach Adam and he has really helped me understand the CORRECT way of lifting. He cares more on form and technique than how heavy you're lifting. Alyssa and Hannah are so fun and energetic in the morning and are always there to push you just a little further. If you are looking for a fun, clean, and PROFESSIONAL gym, BFT is where it's at.

I really appreciate the diversity in the workout program. Resistance training, endurance, cardio - it’s got it all. I love this gym and program!!! I have been a part of BFT for a few months now and it has been a great experience! I have done many different fitness programs from running marathons, to Camp Gladiator, to F45, to weight lifting on my own in the gym. BFT is the real deal. As a former athlete and someone who still works out on a regular basis it’s perfect. I’ve gotten to the point where just going to the gym isn’t motivation enough. I’ve also been to other group training studios and BFT is the only one I’ve found that has a true strength training and cardio balance. And the community is unmatched during training sessions! Huge shout out to Josh (GM)for getting me in the door and bringing the energy! Also, the morning session coaches Adam, Tyla and Marla for the knowledge and extra push they bring!

Incredible gym. The staff and ownership are amazing as well. The classes are amazing and the trainers are very knowledgeable. Always clean and the workouts are killer. Highly recommend anyone looking for a gym that is interactive, knowledgeable on weight training and wanting to see results asap. This is the place.

This place is awesome! Coming from another studio style gym, I really enjoy being able to up the weight yet still get the group atmosphere. The coaches here have been great with correcting form and keeping the motivation levels up. Definitely recommend to anyone trying to build strength and endurance as well as be part of a "fit fam". Keep up the good work guys!

I have tried various group training gyms, and this one blew me away my first week. I was impressed with the different workouts they implement, and the knowledge was given that helped me tremendously with my form and training. All the staff is so kind and encouraging and know all their members, and so personable. I love working out here and always look forward to the next class! Love BFT!

BFT made me feel at home QUICKLY! I’m terrible with names, and yet in such a short time, each coach and employee already feels like family! Josh is the charm of BFT, Adam is the Braun, Katie is the joy, Tyla is the energy, and Marla is pure love! Anyone else I missed is only because I haven’t ventured into the PM classes yet.

As someone who is extremely passionate about health and wellness, I am happy to report that this place is excellent. The coaches are very knowledgeable in various training modalities, form and intensity and walked me through the different class types as well as the goals for each class. I felt really prepared when class started and was surprised at how much I got out of the workouts- I've done two completely different classes at this point; Beast Mode and Power and both times I could tell that my body was burning calories for hours after the workouts. Do yourself a favor and check this place out!

Loving BFT so much took my first launch class this past week on Tuesday and took another class yesterday. The workouts are very good calorie burner. I had the best intro class! All the staff was extremely nice ,helpful and welcoming during class. You feel encouraged to try your best and all the trainers are there to help you.
