I have been a member of Body 20 since it opened. It’s a great workout and really hits all your muscles. It’s surprising how sore your muscles get after a 20 minute session. Recently, I’ve had the pleasure to having Oumar as my trainer. He’s very friendly, always asks about my weekend and is very good at giving instructions. He’s also pushes my to do more. Thanks Oumar and Body 20.

LOVE Body20 and have been doing this for over a year. I do strength training here about once a week in addition to my normal routine and it's been working great. Love having this variety in my workout. Staff is great as well!

It’s a great option for complementing your routine and diet. If you miss a couple of sessions you will appreciate the huge difference this system really makes. I’ve been with them for over a year and will definitely continue. Abi (the owner) is great at addressing any and all your concerns. Would highly recommend them. I’ve lost about 8% of my total wight in fat and increased muscle by 6%.

This is a great place for anyone short on time but looking for a good workout. I’m always sore the next day. All of the trainers are great and are committed to helping you reach your goals - I highly recommend booking a session with Vinny, Yassine, or Daniel!

I went for a few months and enjoyed a couple of the trainers. But they left and new inexperienced coaches did not know how to modify exercises for my knee and ankle issues. I told them repeatedly that I can’t do lunges, yet each time my workout included lunges. This wasted time each session and cut my workouts short since I wasn’t doing anything while they tried to figure out how to modify. I called to cancel, but was told that I had to come in person to cancel. I was out of town, but stopped by a week later to cancel which was then 8 days before my paid up month ended. I signed a form and was told I had 5 unused sessions that I had to use by 4/11. They marked that I owed zero on my form. But then they charged me for a full month to end on 5/11. Still trying to get a refund.

Ok. I was a sceptic before taking the free intro class. I had not exercised, lifted weights, or been very active in over six years. I am a 55 year old female that was ready for a change! I was looking for a jump start to getting healthy and yes, to lose weight. I started by changing my diet, but then I went to Body20. I have been doing EMS training twice a week for five weeks. My Body Composition has changed weekly. I have gained muscle and lost weight and body fat. I have lost approximately 15 pounds since starting at Body20 (I lost 10 lbs before starting). I am now a believer in what you can accomplish in 20 minutes with this unique training. The staff there will be your biggest cheerleader! The hardest part is making the decision to give it a try! I am personally so glad that I did!

Absolutely the best work out you'll ever experience. You'll see excellent results physically and you'll even be able to have them tracked weekly.
I love what BODY20 has been able to do for me so far. It's become something I genuinely look forward too twice a week. My hour of peace.
That's not an exaggeration either. You will 100% see results but you have to set your goals from Day 1. Show up. Work with the trainers. Use the app, set your personal goals. Eat right ( 6 times a day smaller meals ), stay hydrated, allow yourself to ramp up to more intensity don't go crazy your first few sessions because trust me it will knock the wind out of you at first.
Once your muscles are adapted, work closely with trainers to add to the intensity. Sometimes break the norm, during the tiny breaks between reps, keep going getting a few extra unloaded reps in before the timer hits 0 and your gear turns back on.
After a session, sit down and drink water. Trust me you'll thank me for that advice.
I highly recommend getting the 2 sessions per week to see the best results. Also, don't treat this as is "All-in-One" solution. You have to WORK with your trainers. You have to be willing to LEARN your body and what works for you to get closer to the GOALS you set.
My goals were simple. I did my first scan. Abysmal. Definitely need work. I went into the app, I set my Skeletal Muscle Mass growth for 25 lbs more and my Fat loss to 25 lbs less.
I am 2 months into this and I am at the 20% mark on each! That's progress!
During that time I have tried little adjustments to see what works with helping me make it through not only the sessions but also will allow me to personally up my intensity. I adjusted my eating habits, I add a Quarter bottle of Pedialite my 1liter water bottle about 2 hours before I go. I eat 3 hours beforehand. I take my vitamins about 2-3 hours beforehand. I make sure I do a few protein shakes (I recommend going to Smoothie King to get their Lean Protein as it helps lose the fat) and I walk daily.
Keep up your cardio outside of sessions. Limit your freeweights outside of sessions to about once a week (I will do my freeweights the day after my cardio session since my Strength session is at the beginning of my week and Cardio session is in the middle 2 days after)
If you are serious about making a change in your health, this is truly the best place to do so!

I found this place thru an Instagram ad and I'm so glad I signed up. This workout technology is actually effective, the sensation is hard to explain but it definitely works. You can feel your muscles contracting during and post-workout, and the sessions only last about 20mins. The staff here is so friendly too, they're encouraging and personable, which you don't find a lot of anymore.

I used to do CrossFit years ago, 4x a week. Haven’t work out since Covid. I’m only 4 sessions in and I feel amazing. This place gives me the same benefits but I only have to go 2x a week for 20 minutes at a time, and let me tell you the intensity is no joke! Highly recommend. The whole experience is so much better than a regular gym and you get 1:1 training.
