Ok- I am cheating the system! A 20 min “workout” twice a week is making me look like I work out 4 days a week for 4-6 hours! It’s also helping my back loosen up which is a bonus.
I am on a weight loss shot and concerned about no energy, saggy skin and loss of muscle, etc. This is the lazy person work out. I have lost 4 pounds in 2 weeks and although I am sore- I have more energy… I can actually commit to a 20 minute workout twice a week.
Too much to type but go to Body20 at MKT in the Heights. Then grab a healthy meal at one of the great places in this shopping space.
Shawn and his staff are fantastic. You get a personal trainer with modern tech for a very reasonable price.

I have been a member of body 20 since this location first opened. I appreciate the short intense workouts, the super friendly and knowledgeable staff., And the cleanliness of the facility. I worked out with Jordan before my pregnancy and with Jordan and amaud postpartum and look forward to my workouts With them both. for a busy mom and executive short on time, this is truly a great way to get my strength and some cardio in on a regular basis. On the rare occasion, I have an issue or concern, the owner always takes care of it very quickly.

My first experience at the Greater Heights BODY20 was nothing short of amazing! I honestly didn’t know what to expect going in, but I am happy I went in. Shawn & Amaud were great! They did a full scan of my body to better understand my body and my metabolism, and show where my “problem” areas were and work towards a realistic goal. After coming back from three hip surgeries and a broken hip, I completely trust my trainer, Jordan, to both rehab and strengthen me back to full mobility. He is always patient and focused, mindful of my limitations and pushes me just enough to safely move to my next fitness level without injury. This care and attention is true of all the trainers. I cannot recommend Body20 Heights enough! This place offers a truly transformative workout experience. I have been here for about 8 months. I've worked with 3 different trainers & they are fantastic. I had surgery a few months ago, and I was able to suspend my membership with no issues. I was even contacted by management to see how my recovery was going & if I needed to suspend my membership for longer. Shawn helped me with the process & got everything taken care of for me. Natalia is my favorite trainer to work with, she keeps it fun. I nothing but good things to say about the place & people.

Beware! Stay away from this place. I canceled my membership 30 days in advance per contract terms because I was having surgery and needed months to recover. I was still charged for the following month. Tried to dispute but the owner will not respect the terms of the contract. If you want to cancel you will still be charged even if you cancel 30 days in advance! I have the cancellation form and dates which I will be posting soon.

It’s been an amazing experience. I come from a traditional gym experience where you go in everyday and if you are self disciplined you leave with a decent workout. I decided to try out Body20 because I lost motivation and drive to push myself. As soon as I enter Body20. If you’re looking for a quick, yet extremely effective workout this is it. Keith is my go-to in the mornings, but everyone is great and will help with your goals. Highly recommend for those with busy schedules (they’re open 5am-9pm, last workout at 8:30pm) and wanting to stay away from the overcrowded gyms.

I’ve been going to Body20 at the Houston heights location since it opened (yay founding member). I really enjoy the workouts. I have cerebral palsy and my particular form of the condition means I’m really uncoordinated and resulted in my right hip being really under muscled. The suit makes it so that my left side cannot over compensate for the right side. Working one on one with someone like the coaches at Body20 keeps me from feeling insecure and I know the workout will be modified for me. All of the staff are really nice and motivating but not in the fake cheesy way. In the “somebody knows you can do this kind of way.” If you need a differ approach to working out this is worth the investment.

I've been going here since I was cleared for exercise postpartum, and I've been loving it! I go early to get my workout in before work, and it's honestly a great way to start the day. All the trainers really push you and keep the workouts new every time. The front desk staff knows your name, and you see results. Having had high hopes for this establishment, they were quickly dissolved. Firstly, there is a high turnover of staff and too much of a difference between qualified personal trainers and young kids reading a script. The body suit (non FDA approved) from China does not always work and I got over zapped by it multiple times. It messed up my shoulder and I had to pay to see a body work specialist. I too had trouble cancelling and they took 37 days instead of 30 to end the membership. Do not waste your money on here.

Beware if you want to cancel your membership, they will take an additional month from you for nothing. Not like other gyms that will just cancel you. They limit you to 20 minutes. Even if the body suit is not properly connected to have the muscles contract or not. Once the machine is turned on your timer started. If it gets disconnected or not properly connected, your 20 minutes is 20 minutes. I have had multiple times it was not working properly or it gets disconnected. The timer is still going and they have to get ready for the next session.
