I have had an incredible experience at Body20. I have seen changes that I have never seen with years of going to the gym The EMS workout has recruited muscle fibers I didn’t even know that I had! The workouts are intense & only last 20 minutes but can be modified for you as each session is coached privately I am an early morning workout person so I have not experienced all the coaches at the Body20 Katy location but Kristen, Reinaldo, Robert and Randi have all been excellent coaches. I’ve been very happy with my workouts and results It is not an inexpensive gym but I consider it important investment In my health

I joined body20 this summer after trying out EMS training in Europe. I absolutely love the workouts. I would like a special shout out to Kristen for being an awesome motivator and incredible trainer. I book the 5am session and she is always upbeat and super encouraging even at 5am!

This is the worst experience I ever had , their contract is definitely not friendly to the public and the cancellation policy is unacceptable… I’m dealing with my bank account now because they still taking money out of my account without my authorization…, I called several times went there in person to cancel my membership and they didn’t honor it and still deducting money out of my account… I’m at this point ready to make a legal action. I CANCELED MY ACCOUNT ON AUGUST AND THEY TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT ON SEPTEMBER!!! ( because they said it wasn’t one month prior really!!! ) This is the worst mistake I ever made…. Good luck if you ever deal with this kind of business. . Also I never give my authorization to purchase a outfit for the work out but they ordered anyway… ( ugly and over price ) this is unacceptable !!! I will never recommend this place .

I have been going to Body20 since October of 2024 and it has been amazing! I am a morning gal so I typically train with either Randi or Kristen. They are both amazing. They go to extra lengths to get to know you personally and to help you achieve your fitness goals. They genuinely care about the people they train. They are encouraging but they also push you to work harder and go beyond your limits. It's the best of both worlds! You're also in/out in 20 minutes and you SEE results.

Perfect for those of us who work full-time and want to stay fit but often struggle to find the time. This is the best option—just 20 minutes with a personal trainer, one-on-one. All the trainers are great; I trained mostly with Reinaldo and Jenny, who are excellent (both speak Spanish if needed), but Andrew and Robert are also fantastic. Once again, highly recommended!

Obsessed doesn’t even begin to cover how I feel about BODY20!
I’ve lost so much weight, gained muscle, gained strength (more importantly). I had hit a huge plateau in my postpartum fitness journey having lost over 20lbs but still needing to lose more and not seeing a change even being in a caloric deficit day after day and working out twice daily during the week, I was exhausted and discouraged and then we found body20. From October to now I’ve lost over 10 lbs, lost visceral fat, gained nearly 6 lbs of muscle! It’s been incredible.
Kristen is the best! Not only is she motivating she’s kind, she’s knowledgeable and she feels like a friend who really cares about your progress and wants to see you WIN! I look forward to all of my workouts even when I know they’ll be tough!

Body 20 is the FITNESS HACK you’ve been looking for. Seriously 20 minutes twice a week has me hitting my fitness goals more than anything I’ve ever done. Kristen is the absolute best, she’s motivating, she challenges you to push harder and power through tough workouts and she leads by example (seriously check out her guns)!

I love Body20. I get a workout I could never get going at it on my own at a gym. I've only worked out with Kristin and Rainaldo and both are great, experienced and always advising and encouraging me. I started Body 20 when they first opened at the Katy location, and I must say, it was a game changer! The concept of a 20-minute workout might sound too good to be true, but their combination of advanced EMS (Electrical Muscle Stimulation) technology with expert coaching truly delivers results.
From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable and supportive. The coaches are all great here and so knowledgeable. Kristin is usually my coach and really pushes me, I’ve also had the opportunity to work out with Reinaldo and Randi and I was very happy with their coaching as well.
The workout itself is intense yet manageable, and I was amazed at how much I could achieve in just 20 minutes. I felt the muscles working in ways I had never experienced before, and the quick pace kept me engaged from start to finish.
Overall, Body 20 is perfect for anyone looking to maximize their workout efficiency without sacrificing effectiveness. I always leave feeling energized and excited to return for my next session. Highly recommend giving it a try!!

This workout is nothing like I’ve ever experienced. The muscle stimulation helps you activate and reach muscles you didn’t know existed. Kristen is my coach. She is great! She pushes me hard. And I love that. I joined Body 20 to try something new to incorporate into my weekly routine. I still go to my gym but adding this to my workout has helped me build muscle. I tried a demo and really likes how my body reacted to it. I'm on my 3rd session and 2 have been with Robert. He is fantastic. He pushes me which I really need. I booked with him again and hopefully he can be my personal motivator and trainer. Robert is the one of you want that push. I also love the in body scale which scans your body. At first, I was skeptical about trying Body20 in Katy. The concept seemed challenging and very different from my usual workout routine. However, after just a few sessions, I realized how effective and unique this approach truly is.

I love this place! Everyone is incredibly friendly, but Kristen is my favorite personal trainer. She listens, she pushes me, & she’s very motivational. I have become so much stronger since coming here. I’ve have and am continuing to change my body since using Body 20. They have the InBody scale too- so it’s easy to understand your body composition and how it changes as you progress. I’ve lost over 30 lbs and can see new muscle definition without losing any muscle. I highly recommend trying this place out! Great for all ages and levels of fitness.

Great place to have an amazing workout! I love coming here every week and the coaches are awesome too! Coach Randi is the one I’ve trained with the most but I’ve also trained with Coach Kristen, Jenny, and Reinaldo. I love that Coach Reinaldo has a great sense of humor and puts up with my own humor. Hahaha! I admire how awake Coach Randi and Kristen are so early in the morning. If you like to train super early (like way before the sun comes up!) to alert and alive coaches than this is your place too! Oh and Jenny is bilingual! First training I’ve ever had all in Spanish (I’m bilingual too) and it was super cool! It’s worth at least trying everyone and see if this awesome place is for you too!

The staff/trainers were super knowledgeable, encouraging, and professional. They walk you through everything and make sure that you’re comfortable, no matter your fitness level. When I heard about Body20 I thought it was too good to be true. But once I started seeing the results I was convinced that it does work. I am not a person fond of physical training, so getting the equivalent of hours in the gym in 20 minutes is more than perfect for me. It is something that has to be experienced to understand it.

I walked in here one day while killing time waiting on my son to finish tutoring down the way in the shopping strip. Had no intention of joining another exercise facility but Chris at the front desk was so warm and educated about the process and how EMS training works that I just had to give it a shot.
Kyle was my trial session trainer and did an amazing job explaining why and what we were that I signed up immediately. I felt fantastic after that first session.
Julia, Kiara, Kyle and Reinaldo are all so good at pushing you when you need it but also working with your physical limitations (lots of injuries to contend with here).
If you’re short on time but still want to take care of your body this is an excellent solution. Efficient 20 minute workouts that feel like you’ve been a slave to the gym all week.
I’m 4 weeks in and already seeing wonderful results in my strength and flexibility.

We were in Katy briefly to see family. Decided to go to this gym and try a demo. It was incredible. I exercise 6-7 times a week already, but this is a different level. Sore for days after, but in a good way. The extra results / soreness did not come from more exertion than normal but rather from the system itself. Tough to explain unless you try it. And my goodness is it worth a try.

I only have great things to say!! The staff is friendly, encouraging, and professional. The workouts are challenging but the trainers, especially Rey, always push you to make every second count and the next thing you know you’re done and feel so accomplished. I was a little skeptical about EMS electrical muscular stimulation. Now that I found Body 20 I know it works. The staff is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The trainers are patient, encouraging and never make me feel like I am failing or can’t finish. Each session is different so it’s never boring or repetitious. The EMS suit takes a little getting used to. It is amazing that while doing any exercise all of my major muscle groups are engaged. Kristen is an exceptional trainer. I highly recommend Body 20 Katy to take your training to the next level without spending hours in the gym every week.

Seemed a little strange at first but you can’t argue with results. In 3 months, 20 minutes, twice a week and I’ve lost 5.5 lbs, lost 5.6% body fat and gained 4lbs of muscle. I’ve really gotten to love it and look forward to my sessions and I feel better and have more energy than I have in years. My wife also says I am looking really good too. Everyone is friendly and encouraging, I really feel welcomed at Body 20 Katy. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I joined/started Body20 Katy in December 2023. The program is challenging but very efficient, and we love all the trainers that have worked with us at the Body20 Katy location. The "Robocop" suits really work to help build muscle and lose fat! It's a fun, fast paced workout that WILL exhaust you in only 20 minutes, twice/week. Try it!!!

I went in for a free demo today, and I was SO impressed! I was drawn to this studio because I loved the idea of a super quick but highly effective workout. And oh my goodness, my 12 minute workout with the body suit had me sweating and sore! The trainers were so helpful and patient with me, too. They did a full body analysis, which was really interesting and gave me a lot of good information. If you're looking for a way to get personalized training and results without having to carve out an hour at the gym, this studio is where it's at. I'm sore, but excited for next week!
