I’ve been training at Body20 Kyle for over a year now and it’s one of the best decisions I’ve made for my health. I originally joined for the convenience of a quick workout but I’ve stuck with it because it works—I feel healthier, have increased muscle mass and reduced body fat.
I usually train with Dawson, who’s great at pushing me to get a solid workout while still being easygoing and friendly. I also really appreciate that he always makes sure my form is correct. The whole team has been awesome since day one, starting with my demo session with Shae. January has built a strong team and a great studio. Highly recommend!

Juan is new and has great energy. He is perfect for any beginner because he keeps intune with his client. The Body 20 experience is great. I've dropped 10 pounds, and increased my stamina. I went from 20 minute jogs on the treadmill to running 5k challenges. Your money will not be waisted at BODY20.

Juan coached me through my first cardio session and he was awesome! He motivated me to push myself and made sure my equipment was comfortable and at the correct levels throughout my workout. He was very attentive and noticed that my left arm was twitching from the charge in the arm band so he lowered the level to accommodate my muscle imbalance. I felt like I was in good hands with Juan and I’ll definitely continue to train with him!

Don’t recommend. An incident out of my control occurred at this facility. I went from customer to subordinate, after faithfully attending for quite some time.
Another customer overheard them talking on a different day and relayed to me that employees were making disparaging remarks.

He can show the next workout during last set of current workout ( which he did towards end of my workout ) but he didnt do this at the beginning of session.

I really enjoy Body20! It’s a quick, challenging, result creating workout. It’s definitely a different style of work out, of which I was nervous about at first, but has become one of my favorites! It’s been a lot of fun training with Mariah, Shae and Dawson! I got to workout most consistently with Dawson and I appreciate how much he pushes me, the great conversations we have and the way he remembers what is too much on my postpartum healing body. Absolutely love coming here! I’ve been seeing mostly Mariah for about 8 months now and she’s awesome!! I wasn’t a consistent worker outter since my 20’s but she has changed that! Even though I’m very vocal/whiny sometimes (or every time ha!) she lets me bring my whole self to the workout in an judgement free zone! If you hear someone being extra…it’s me. I have been going to Body 20 in Kyle since they opened their doors and I can honestly say that it has made a huge difference in my entire body! With traditional workouts, my knees would always hurt for 2 to 3 days afterwards, but with Body20, I have no pain or inflammation. My balance is better and my muscles are definitely making their presence known! I look forward to my workouts, when before I HATED working out! The entire staff makes you feel like family not a number…
