Tricia at Body20 is a knowledgeable trainer who has helped me gain muscle and lose weight. She is aware of my injuries and provides alternative exercises for my needs. As I have aged, it has become even more important I build muscle for wellness. Body20 has played a major role in this.

20250225: Tricia continues with keeping an eye on the details! The most subtle of adjustments in my technique results in feeling that much more muscle engagement. I can definitely see a change in my physique AND feel a difference in my strength and endurance since coming to Body20.
Tricia, Mysti, & each of the trainers are uniquely excellent. I can tell the difference between a traditional workout and a Body20 workout. My time is precious, my health is important, and I know that I need a level of accountability with both.

Ian and Harrison are absolutely incredible! From start to finish, the entire experience at Body20 was smooth and enjoyable. I absolutely love to workout there! Its always so welcoming from front to back. I have done workouts with pretty much all coaches tricia, missy and Ian all are really good coaches. I have improved with form with so many basic exercises. Definitely recommend body20 mckinney.

I just got done with my first workout with Ian. He is incredibly knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. The facility was also well kept and clean. And the technology incorporated into the workout was fantastic. I absolutely will be returning for a membership.

RUN, do not walk away from this place! The manager, Julianne is horrible! To say she is bad at customer service is an understatement! The turnover of employees is extremely frustrating! I lost so many”credits” for classes because it’s not clear how their rules work, which Julianne blamed on a former employee. After 10 months, I’m fed up. She never asked why I was leaving. Go figure!
