BEWARE of this place. They will make your life miserable if you want to cancel your membership in order to keep charging $400 dollars a month. I joined and went once but the suits they provide smell bad and are not properly clean so I decided to cancel my membership and since then they have made it simple impossible. Yesterday when I complained about this to the store manager she said that women are emotional and that i needed to sign a form in order to cancel. She also said it is a policy to cancel 30 days prior to your next payment so you are charged on more month after having cancelled and when I questioned this, she said the owner makes her do this. After this she hung up the phone and never answered again and she never sent the form so I couldn’t cancel. Minutes later I received a notification of they having charged my credit card again. So be very careful before joining. Make sure you read the full contract. Make all the questions and most importantly: check the suits they provide. Wouldn’t surprise me if they dont clean them on purpose so people buy their own.

As a busy mom with young kids and a business, finding time to work out consistently has been a challenge. BODY20 has been a total game changer for me!
The 20m workouts are perfect for anyone with a limited schedule. I can fit them in easily without having to pack a gym bag or carve out extra time to shower, change, and put on makeup. I love that I can get an effective workout and go right back to work to see clients, all without losing hours to a traditional gym routine.
The body scan feature is a bonus! It’s so motivating to actually track my muscle growth and progress over time. From day one, Leslie, Britney, Nikki, and Robert have been so welcoming and friendly. I’ve also trained with Erin and Alfonso, who are both incredibly patient and encouraging during each session.
I can’t wait to see how my strength and muscle weight improve throughout my membership here. Highly recommend BODY20 to anyone who’s short on time but serious about their health and fitness!

The location at 4747 Research Blvd. has a great staff and customer service. The trainers are all excellent, and they are very professional and friendly to their clients and very flexible. Not all locations are created equal. Out of the 2 Spring/Woodlands area
locations I’ve visited, this one is by far the best especially in the areas of customer service and caring about their clients and their health.

Never in my wildest dreams would I have signed up for this…..but that 20 minutes a week was the hook!
Being in my 60’s building & retaining muscle is very important! Body 20 makes it easy to get a 4 hour workout condensed into 20 minutes.
You can’t beat the amazing one on one trainers, Niki, Robert & George and staff, Leslie & Ryan. Stop on by for a free session, you just might get hooked too!

This place is amazing!! The workouts are personalized, think technology meets personal training. I lost 2 lbs of Fat & gained 4 lbs of muscle in only 4 weeks!! The staff is so nice & knowledgeable. Each trainer I have worked with has been awesome and I feel like they have my best interests in mind, and are doing exactly what I signed up for. Injuries have prevented me from being able to workout and run like I was accustomed to, due to prominent muscle imbalances. Since joining body20, my muscle balance has increased significantly and I have seen a considerable decrease in my overall body fat and more importantly, my visceral fat. I definitely recommend trying it out!

My husband and I have been attending since they opened, and we are very pleased. For me, it was a way to change up my regular workouts, and for him it was the jumpstart he needed to get back into exercising. While all of the coaches have been great, I do have my favorites. With that being said, they are all patient, motivating, and flexible in customizing a workout to challenge you (within their allowed parameters, of course.) I highly recommend at leat trying it out!

My wife and I have been going to BODY20 in the Woodlands since it opened. We love it! The coaches at BODY20 are positive and push you during your workouts. They are knowledgeable about fitness and can adapt the workouts to strengthen different parts of your body. I wrestled for Team USA and Team Foxcatcher in the 90’s and have some old injuries that I have to take caution with when working out. The coaches listened to me and they adapted some of the workouts for the first few months, to get me where I needed to be, so that now I am stronger and can do all the exercises that they tell me to do. Whether you are new to working out or have been exercising for years, the coaches will get you where you want to go on your fitness journey. I highly recommend giving it a try!

I have been going to Body20 since they opened up their spot in March/April and I truly enjoy going. The workouts are tough, I’m not gonna lie but I have seen such improvement in my strength, stamina, and my muscle mass has increased. The weight loss is just an added bonus! Even my pc noticed my muscle tone! I’m so glad they have a spot near me so that I can only continue to better myself. And the staff…SO NICE AND ENCOURAGING AND FRIENDLY! Try it, you will not be disappointed!!!!!

I have to say when I first heard about y'all I was sceptical on moving forward. But thank God I did. When I went to my first free session the staff was amazing, they didn't try to sell me anything or push me into any commitment. They just showed me what it was all about. 3 months later I haven't missed a session and let me tell you it's the BEST thing I've ever done. I'm 55 years old and I feel amazing, not to mention I like what I see when I look in the mirror... I would definitely recommend Body 20 to anyone young and old😎

Outstanding, clean facility with dozens of appointment times available throughout the day. Working out here is cheating, with the EMS suit I'm getting many times over greater results in 20 minutes than much longer times in standard gyms. The suit is also eliminating strong / weak side imbalances as it's firing all the body muscles simultaneously. Very Nice!

I joined Body20 when they first opened in The Woodlands. It has been a total game-changer for me. My work schedule has very chaotic over the past few years, and I've found it difficult to get to the regular gym on a consistent-enough basis to see any real results. Instead I had been gaining weight and getting more and more out of shape fueled by my high stress job, poor eating choices, and inconsistent exercise.
When I learned I could get a really good whole-body strength training workout in only 20 minutes due to the muscle-stimulation technology, I had to try it! They claim this workout is equivalent to about 4 hours of lifting weights in a regular gym. I have found this to be true. So now I do almost exclusively Body20, and I have been losing fat and gaining muscle. I think the muscle stimulation from the workouts leaves me feeling just overall healthier, and this has given me motivation to improve my diet, which has helped with the weight loss too. They utilize the InBody scanner to track your progress, so when I say I've been losing fat and gaining muscle, it not a subjective change, it is real, measureable data. My friends and family have also noticed the changes in my appearance, which has been nice.
So if you are interested in leveraging technology to make your workouts more time-efficient, I strongly recommend giving Body20 a try. The trainers are all great, and they can adjust the workout for all levels. This is one of those things you need to try it for yourself, and don't just look at pics or watch a video. I thought it looked a little gimmicky when I saw pics/videos of it initially, but once I tried the workout myself, I was sold.

Meaghan is a sweetheart. I was looking to lose weight and tone up. My busy schedule prevents me from working out regularly, so that is why I chose Body20. Get your workout in 20 min or less and go home. But caution folks, when they say take it easy next day and hydrate - follow instructions. I was sore for five days. Whoa! Love this place. Invest in your health. Trust me, it's worth it!

I was finally able to experience body20 for the first time this week and it was everything I had hoped for. The gym is intimate, clean, and well equipped with a knowledgeable and friendly staff.
Since I work a hectic schedule I have been in need of a quick, intense workout and that’s exactly what I got. Nicki was my instructor and her energy was remarkable. Not only did she explain each exercise but she demonstrated each as well which I really appreciated. Nicki pushed me through the entire workout which is exactly what I need after a long day of work. I am eager to see how this gym will help me transition into a healthier version of myself.

Really cool place, the trainers were all top notch to me. I had Xander, he's my preference, I did the 2 free weeks and cancelled before they were up to be safe. They had booked my last session but when I showed up for it I was told, kind of coldly in my opinion, that I'm not a member so I can't do it. Xander chimed in that he'd take care of me because they scheduled me and the chilly guy called me while I was waiting and again said that I'm not longer a member, I can't do it. We'll see if it survives. It's a cool concept and has great people there. They better treat people better than that though.

I was so excited to learn Body20 was opening near me - my experience has been unfortunate to say the least.
I was not fitted properly for my initial trial workout but the employee was so friendly I was still interested. I was told I could return for another trial with a proper fitting suit but we were never able to set it up.
Eventually a staff member reached out offering a lower membership rate: I was interested in learning more and trying again.
My questions were always answered with inconsistent responses and the two weeks of free sessions was rescinded. It was disappointing at best.
Today I was told was the last day to sign up with the founding membership prices and also told they would be closing at 4:30 and I would have to decide prior to closing. The prices were no longer the ones I had been offered and the two weeks grace time to ensure it was the right workout was also no longer available.
The third phone call I received was from a gentleman named Ryan who effectively talked over me and belittled me until I was no longer interested. He also told me about multiple staffing issues they are experiencing which led me to be concerned about trainers being available for the members who have already signed up. Ryan has ambition to become a manager of the Woodlands location which would be a grave mistake in such a competitive market.
Body20 had a lot of potential and I was truly excited at the idea of joining but I feel like they have a lot of growing and changes before they can provide excellent, consistent service and care to their members. I am disappointed and back to square on in finding a new gym.

I have heard a lot hype and saw an ad on instagram. I did demo with a personal trainer wearing that vest. Let me tell you, it was lot! The workout was tailored to my physical capability and I really think I can achieve some goals here! Staff is friendly!
