Dubs is wonderful! Truly! We had a small class with people of all abilities and levels of activity. Dubs managed to tailor the class to each person, allowing for all of us to give it our best, have a great time, and get a killer workout! He's pleasant, funny, and kind, as well, so he made it enjoyable to have your bum kicked! ;) I met him at a professional event (Wellness Month at work), but would love to have him as a personal trainer in the future. Working with Warren was great, he is a PT that goes the extra mile for his clients. The personalized meal plans and workouts both in and outside of the gym really set me up for success and the results I was looking for. Any questions or concerns he was very knowledgeable and patient and answered them all.

Before coming to Body's by Dubs I was going to the gym regularly with a 'borrowed' routine and unsustainable eating patterns that were not proving me with the results I was seeking. I had the desire but not the know how to get my health under control. A co-worker of mine had hired Warren and was ranting and raving about the sessions and I could visually see the results. I had to know who he was training with. I go on the website and I am already getting motivated and excited to work with him. After about a week I finally decide to call, Warren was very professional, set up the consultation and went over my goals and set out a plan. I left excited. His flexibility and hours allowed me to easily add the sessions into my schedule without conflicting with my schedule.
He knows how to help you reach your full potential and provided me with the tools and the knowledge to have success not only in but also outside of the gym. Warren was the PT I needed to help me get on the right path that voice outside of my head to push me to my full potential and provided me with results I was looking for. I will admit I did not stick to the plan 100% as I should have but even with my 80%, I saw results I was not expecting to see so soon. I feel better, look better and now can throw that 'borrowed' plan away. His training allowed me to use the knowledge that I have to continue on my own until I start back up training with him again.

Highly recommended!

TLDR: Body's by Dubs is great, you will not regret it. Knowledgeable Personal Trainer who will help you reach your full potential. He will give you all the tools needed to be successful all you have to do is apply yourself. Flexible with Great Prices.

Warren is highly skilled and experienced, he learns about your body and your limits and tailors workout sessions and plans nutrtious diet accordingly for each individual. I have had great personal trainers and when I moved to Texas I was expecting the same standards and results. I found this PT right here from Google reviews and he had great reviews so to my surprise my experience was unacceptable. I emailed him as requested on his website and told him the days I wanted along with the two day program. I wanted to start there just to see how the experience will go. Our first meeting was supposed to be at 6pm sharp ; he did not show up until 6:35pm and his excuse was I did not text him back. I do not see the point in texting you when we already agree to a date, time, and location through email. The next week I was told he could not meet the time and days agreed upon which is unsettling because you agreed to it. I do not like people who cannot keep their word. Also he took me as a new client one week before he took a two week vacation and did not once reach out to me to see if I was working out or even to let me know he was back in town. I had to reach out to him! Again, I have had PTs who were and are great back in my home state that I miss a lot. This PT has to much going on or quite frank does not care or make new clients a priority. Also had the audacity at to saying he's willing to redo. You cannot redo a first impression man! I have always been into things like ballet, barre, yoga, pilates, but I had to take a hiatus due to injury and chronic pain. I started working with Warren because I needed to help getting an exercise routine together and to get in shape for my wedding, but after a few weeks, I was hooked! Warren helped me get back into exercise and respected the pain. I just love getting stronger and feeling better. The only reason I stopped was because I had to move overseas.

I HIGHLY recommend Warren Wilkins. With Warren's help, I was able to lose 10 lbs (118 to 108), tone up, and also get stronger in just 3 months. I have also managed to keep the weight off because of the lifestyle changes he helped me implement. Working out and losing weight is never REALLY easy, but I am honestly surprised at how Warren simplified it for me by tailoring workouts for my body. The workout sessions aren't crazy long and you actually look forward to going. Because of Warren, I have gotten compliments from everyone I know wanting to know my secret. He also helped me get rid of some of my cursed cellulite! As a side note: I also see Warren as a great personal friend now... he is a great person as well as a great trainer :)

I've had a great first experience with Warren as my personal trainer! He has a positive and understanding personality that keeps me motivated. His pricing is competitive and not at all over the top.
From the very beginning, he was flexible with my work schedule, he provided me with a starter meal plan, and we set a consistent schedule for workouts. When I have questions/concerns, he provides well researched answers and demonstrates a good understanding and experience in personal training.
An area of growth for him, in my opinion, would be having a more tangible way of tracking change/growth. We didn't do any measurements or tests at the beginning of my journey and although I can definitely feel/see improvements in my body, I would like to have hard numerical data to help me feel more reassured about my progress and more motivated to keep going.
Over all, Warren is someone I definitely recommend to anyone for personal training!

Warren has been excellent in putting together a personalized fitness program and meal plan that fits my needs. Each session has varied (boxing, weights, squats, strength training), so I've never completed the same workout twice. This REALLY helps so workouts don't become repetitive!

Warren is also readily available to answer any questions I have about my meal or fitness plan. This is important to me, as I'm a beginner and sometimes I have questions about what I can or cannot eat. He will provide you with meal suggestions to switch it up, so you won't feel like your meals are monotonous.

Since beginning my sessions with Warren, I've already noticed that my clothes fit better and I feel like I have more energy throughout the day.
