Have worked with Judith @BodysWRK for approximately 12 years! She has helped me remain strong and pushes for consistency. As I've grown older, I've experienced a few muscle or tendon pain and as Judith is knowledgeable, she helps me back to normal quickly. I appreciate that she takes interest in my goals and is focused on helping me get there. 12 years? Thats a recommendation in itself.

I have known Judith since 2018. She is amazing, patience, knowledgeable, and disciplined. Then in 2020 I signed up for her fitness training program when i was 66 years of age. I needed for her to kick my butt into shape. She did because she knows what works for her clients. She helped me be more mobile and stronger. I am now 70 and move easily and with confidence. I am not as strong as i once was but I am stronger than most 70 year olds. I highly recommend Judith. She knows her stuff so when she tells you can do it, you do it. I will stay with Judith and my fitness routine until the wheels fall off my “wagon”.

I have been training with Judith for over 3 years now. I started with her when I was released from PT after my Achilles’ tendon surgery. Judith was great about asking about my injury, what kinds of exercises I had done during rehab and working with me on continuing to strengthen my leg as well as tthe rest of my body. I work out 5 days a week now and love it. Thanks Judith!!

I loved working wit Judith as my trainer. She is very knowledgeable about muscle groups and was helpful in rehabilitating my hip. She taught me how to lift weights in a way that will not re injure myself. As well as ways to keep my hip in good shape. An added benefit. I loved how defined my muscles were while working with Judith.

During workouts with Judith Flores, she was more concerned about putting me down about my physical features, such as my race, skin, hair, hips, versus training me. Also during my training sessions, she told me I was old, questioned the small scars on my shin from when I was a kid, but never ever not once, cared to know if I was seeing any progress with her training. Her boyfriend, Shaun Eckhardt, revealed to me that her motto is, "Fake it until you make it." When she is confronted about her poor manners, she calls it having "no filter." I call it zero professionalism along with a lack of ethics and formal education. BTW, I did not see any results from her training even though I was following a very clean diet.
