I absolutely love Bolly Beats Fitness! The Zumba sessions are packed with energy and Priyanka brings a vibe that is unmatched! Each session is full of life. The song choices are amazing and the dance steps are top-notch. You are bound to get a full body workout! ...
... But the fun doesn't end here! BBF also hosts several social events through out the year which are super fun and a great way to connect and make memories. All of this creates a sense of community and belonging.

The energy is fantastic and that's the best part about this studio. Even so, the music is fun and relatable, the folks are friendly, the cardio workout delivers and it's keeping me on my stringent weight loss goals. You might even make a few friends along the way. The extracurricular are fun and give opportunities for pics and memories. All in all a big hit. Try it out for yourself. 😉

I’ve always been on the lookout for a workout that doesn’t feel like a chore, and that’s exactly what I discovered at BBF—and so much more!
Led by vibrant Priyanka, the workout sessions are a blend of high-energy beats that get your heart pumping, leaving you buzzing with positive vibes by the end. Priyanka is an absolute fireball—her enthusiasm is contagious, and she breaks down every step so even beginners can keep up without feeling lost. It’s a 60 minutes of non-stop dancing, but it flies by because you’re too busy having fun to notice the sweat.
My favorites include the lively medley songs, individual song workshops, themed classes (where we step out of our comfort zones and push our limits to become our best selves), and song promos!
What really sets BBF apart is the sense of community. It’s not just about burning calories; it’s a space where people from all walks of life come together who motivate you and celebrate you!
If you are looking for a fitness routine that’s equal parts sweat and smiles, then BBF is for you!

The best fitness and cardio class based on Bollywood music. Main instructor is very encouraging, energetic and engaging. Choice of music is excellent and have trendy beats. You burn anywhere from 400 to 600 cal per class. Timing of class is perfect as it is before lunch on Sunday. There is another class on Wednesday. Zoom option for out of city participants who wants to experience it.

’ve been attending classes regularly since Fall 2023, though my journey with BBF actually began back in 2018 — and it’s been such a positive addition to my life. I genuinely enjoy not only the classes but also the people and the wonderful camaraderie that continues beyond the studio.
There may be many dance studios offering similar workouts, but what truly sets BBF apart is the passion and dedication that Priyanka brings to every single class. Priyanka hasn’t just created a fun and energizing dance cardio routine — she has built a welcoming community where everyone supports and celebrates each other.

It’s not just a fitness class but a community with some very warm people waiting to embrace you. Great people who will welcome you into the community plus stay fit with group fitness classes, including yoga, Bollywood dancing, basics of dancing and specialized dance workshops for beginners.. I have finished 3 years with BBF, I wanted to start dance class since 2014 and finally found near our home, I tried many other dance classes in the past from Irving to Coppell most of them, but I was not consistent with them either timings or any other reason, BBF is special for me because, I like the way Priyanka leads the class with the smile, I only look forward to see her smile and steps while dancing. Thank you so much for BBF 🥰, Keep doing what ever you are doing. Always great energy❤️. I love the energy, positive vibes, smiling faces, love to dance with you.

Bolly Beats Fitness! There is so much I’d like to say about them. But long story short, if you love Bollywood, want a class that has high energy and enthusiasm, this is definitely the place to be.
Priyanka and her troop ( Dia, Bala and Lisa) each have their distinct styles and personality. Yet, their passion for Bollywood and dance makes each class so much fun.

My feelings about the class are "Jeese dhunda humne gali gali , wo mere ghar ke pichwade mili". Love the trio dance crew (Priyanka, Dia, Bala). Priyanka aces the class with her exuberance and facial expressions. If you live near Coppell area, you should not miss the fun experience. I bet you will keep coming back !

TLDR; - Join this class if you love dancing and would like to burn calories while you dance.
Words can't express the joy this class brings to our lives on the weekly basis. Priyanka loves dancing so much and it shows in every song that performs with the group. It is almost infectious in a good way:). Workout is obviously a big bonus as the dance moves requires you to jump and move your body in all the possible ways. You will rediscover your own body if you put some effort into learning the moves. Few seconds break between every song is a necessity that you can't afford to lose, as you recuperate from the Hight Intensity Interval training style dance moves. But of-course YMMV as it all depends on how deeply you want to follow those moves. You can always alter the moves and dance as per your own ability and on one will judge you since everyone is mostly focused on following Priyanka's moves. I urge you to give this class a shot and rediscover your love for dancing.

I have been attending Priyanka's classes for the past one year quite regularly. The reason I have been regular is because it more fun than fitness, which is a byproduct here.
Priyanka's energy levels are great and she passes it on to the rest dancing with her. If you are in the area, I'd urge you to try her classes.
