This is a great gym to workout. Has a little of everything, atmosphere is unmatched, gym goers are friendly, and gym equipment is on point. Always a great pump and owner is by far amazing.

This gym had an incredible atmosphere. Each equipment was hand selected all the way from an old school. V1 cybex hack squat to Paramount classics regarding leg day, this is the top gym in the valley for it.

Regarding the Front Desk and cleaning staff. It is 10 out of 10. All the members are sweet and respectful you can tell this place is home day one :)

Ive tried a variety of gyms throughout the years here in south texas, this place just hits different! Not to mention Hidalgo’s first gym! No need to drive any further and crazy traffic wait at times! Also, metal plates!!!, wide variety of dumbbells, PLENTY of equipment to target just about every muscle part of the body! The wall color and graffiti logos just sit perfectly. Clean equipment, restrooms and plenty of sanitation sprays and towels around you! Owner/staff friendly and welcoming to everyone! 10/10 would recommend this gym! Authenticity is 👌🏻‼️‼️

This gym is great all around. Old school equipment that feels nice like the cybex hack squat & chest supported row. Members seem to be helpful and the mirrors go really well with the lighting provided. Cardio equipment works great and the owner seems to be here most of the time (not always)

The gym is the best , the only gym in Hidalgo Tx, great machines in great condition, gym is clean everytime , the showers are great , the bathrooms are great and clean , theres AC, the people are friendly, the owner is friendly , she helps with everything if you have a problem , the best gym in the rgv.

Excelente gym soy miembro desde el inicio aparte el único gym de Hidalgo eso ayuda mucho no tener que ir muy lejos, aparte el gym es muy limpio hay máquinas para todo tipo de ejercicios y el baño es muy bonito y limpio y la bañera igual es muy bonita hay agua caliente 10/10
