He guided and coached me with discipline, encouragement and honest feedback. He is a stickler for proper form before he pushed weight or repetitions.

I've been working with Brice for 3 months now and the results I've been getting i couldn't have ever imagine I would be getting.
For starters i was only able to do a 10 sec plank and now I'm able to do over a minute! I paid for 3 months of training up front. And things were going great. But, then Corona happened and seemed like everything was in chaos. I have to hand it to Brice, he figured out a way that we could still meet and make good on the sessions I had paid upfront for. My body has never felt so good. If you're looking for a personal trainer, especially if it's your first time, you can't go wrong with Brice. I've never worked with a personal trainer before because I thought I could figure it out on my own. But I just ended up training very haphazardly, with no real direction or plan...and no results. So I decided to give personal training a try. I soon realized that I worked much harder and actually kept to a regular workout schedule because I have someone holding me accountable. I have been working out with Brice for a little over 2 months now. I found him via Google and decided to try him out as a trainer based on his excellent reviews. All his 5 star reviews are legitimate, he is the real deal if you are looking for a personal trainer in Houston.
I was a previous athlete but over the past 10 years or so I have had an on/off relationship with fitness and nutrition. I decided to get serious about it earlier this year and after working out with Brice for a couple months I have seen significant changes in muscle tone, strength, endurance, and my overall health. His workouts are tough in the best way and I always look forward to Brice workout days.
Brice gives great personal attention and always pays attention to your form. I have learned so much about proper form and what muscles I should be working out for different exercises. He is great at motivation and pushing you to be better every workout.
Not only is Brice a great personal trainer in the gym, he also takes his role seriously as your trainer even when you are not in the gym. I started keeping a food diary at his recommendation, and we talk about my nutrition at least once a week. He is also good about holding you accountable for workouts outside his sessions and he has even developed workout routines for me to do on my non-Brice days. He is very flexible if you are going to be late or need to change your session times, and very responsive. I would recommend Brice to anyone looking for a personal trainer in Houston.

I've been working out, on and off, for over 10 years now. When I turned 50, two years ago, I decided to be more proactive and exercise at least three times per week, and I've been doing so since. I have been pretty good with getting some kind of fitness level but it's never been enough. So a couple of months ago I decided to hire a personal trainer, after days of looking and reading reviews Brice profile kept coming up. He is practically among the 5 best personal trainers in Houston, period. I decided to give it a try and I am very happy I did. Brice is the kind of professional trainer who observes your fitness level analyzing every single workout that you do, he manages to understand your body and your limits to the point that will surprise you; there's been lots of opportunities in which I get to do exercises and lifting I didn't think I was capable of doing. He also surprises me with exercises I've never done before. For the last two months I've been "hearing" from muscles I didn't even know existed :) so do I recommend Brice? ABSOLUTELY YES. I had been struggling with my fitness - or lack thereof - for 10+ years. All my attempts to "get serious" about getting into shape - which included working with other personal trainers - ultimately ended the same way: going in with high hopes, experiencing little results, ultimately giving up and then experiencing debilitating discouragement.

When I found Brice 7 months ago, I told him I was not very confident things would ever change for me and if this last attempt did not work - I was probably going to resign myself to being out of shape the rest of my life.

7 months later, I am 20 lbs lighter, and stronger and leaner than I have ever been in my whole life. I attribute these results directly to Brice. Somehow he was able to "break it down" for me in terms of what I needed to do and how to go about doing it in a way that was attainable. Brice is able to strike that perfect balance of being friendly and easy going while pushing you to your limit and calling you out when need be.

His workout plans are super effective and efficient - nothing is wasted. He changes things up to keep you interested and engaged, and he also provides a lot of practical insight into the dietary aspects of what it takes to become fit without it being too daunting. During those times I felt like throwing in the towel, he was there supporting me and encouraging me to keep pressing forward. I used to be a quitter.
Not any more.

Bottom line - I know Brice truly cares about my well-being and is committed to helping me reach my personal fitness goals. I am a 65+year old woman who was always active and exercised. Sadly, over three years ago, my husband died. I became depressed and sedentary and gained a lot of weight. My only exercise was walking my dog around the block, at a strolling pace. With help, my grief and depression lessened, and earlier this year, I resolved to get in shape. Brice had been my trainer at another fitness club, so I went on line and tracked him down. I have been working with him for over 3 months and have experienced a major life change. Physically, I could not even get up off the floor without a hand up. Within a couple of weeks, I could get up on my own. When I first met with Brice, he said, very diplomatically, we have a lot of work to do. Over the past 3 months, I have gained strength, especially in my core; am able to complete more reps; use heavier weights; add new exercises. He is a stickler for proper form.

Brice is very patient, supportive and encouraging. But he pushes me to do more than I think I can. He will ask me to try new things, and if I can't do it, he says well we can't do this now but we will work on it.
He is very knowledgeable about the human body, and is careful to always ask me how I feel after a workout.
While I have not lost the weight I want, that's on me. His training emphasizes a holistic approach, including a food diary and eating healthy. As others have said, he is positive and good humored, and is very flexible if there are schedule conflicts.

In addition to feeling stronger physically, the best bonus of working with Brice has been my "mental health". I have a more positive outlook on life and look forward to every day.

My experience with Brice is awesome. He works with you on your schedule; however crazy it can be. What you find out training with him is that he prepares your workout in details, knows what you have worked out in the past sessions, your strengths and weaknesses and what you need to work on. He will push you, sometimes without you knowing that you are being pushed; but the results will become obvious. He's fun to work with, but doesn't waste your time. He is as dedicated as they come. Been going to Brice for about 3 months. If you're looking for a no-nonsense complete workout, Brice is your guy. If you're looking to your workout to socialize this isn't it (our joke is that he doesn't really care what your spouse's name is, for example). I wasn't looking to lose weight per se, but have dropped about 15 lbs.

Brice is extremely competitively priced and additionally has been very flexible with my travel schedule several times substituting other days, etc. Workouts tend to be in small groups - 1-3 people. He is exceptionally good at managing each individual's workouts and pace such that although it's a small group each individual essentially gets full attention.

I've been working with Brice about six months and the experience is great. The workouts are well-thought out, and hit lots of different skills and areas of the body- always in a new way each week. For me the level of personal attention is perfect because I can do some of the stuff on my own but Brice is very attentive when it comes to making sure form is right. He is also encouraging and has a good sense of my overall progress to aim for increased strength each week. And flexibility in scheduling when I need it is awesome.

Brice is a blessing. I have gone through many different personal trainers through the years and have never met one like him. He has you do more active workouts instead of, do one set take a rest and so on. His workouts involve going from one exercise to another and it’s always different. I have always been an athlete. Cross country and track throughout high school and college and then Crossfit for over 4 years. I was then diagnosed with Crohn's disease and fell out of all my athletic skills. After I got my disease under control I knew it was time to get back into working out and having a sense of control in my life. I found Brice because I was looking for some one on one training and a legit certified trainer with lots of knowledge and certifications. Thing that I love about Brice’s training the most is that he doesn’t try to make your workout more than 3 days. If you're looking to take your fitness to the next level, then Brice is the PT for you! He can be a pain in the ass (he'll give you a wake-up call!) but BOY! can he give you a kick ass workout!! Brice is focused on helping me achieve my goal for my 7th marathon and makes every session challenging (and fun). My fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my running and staying injury free this year. Brice is a stickler for good techniques to avoid any injuries. Brice is the only trainer I know dedicated enough to get up and be at the gym to train us at 4:30AM!! Dedicated… CRAZY… Same difference! Even at 4:30 in the morning he is alert and keeping our form in check! Especially when we don’t think he’s looking haha Brice is consistent in continuing his education as well so he can better help us reach our goals. I think that speaks volumes of the type of trainer he is! As soon as he learns something new or a better way to do something he teaches us. My week isn’t the same if I don’t go work with him and let some of his awesome energy and knowledge rub off on me.

I have always made excuses for why I couldn't make it to the gym, the biggest being lack of time. After wrapping up grad school, I was only working so I had run out of excuses. I quickly fell into going out a lot during the week. After digging around on Google, I found tons of great reviews on Brice and I now see that every one of them understates all he does for his clients

I have been training with Brice since July 2015. We meet about 4 times/wk at and VERY early in the morning.. Brice is always there before anyone gets there at 4 AM. Even that early, he's enthusiastic about working with you on a personal level. Each one of his sessions provides another stepping stone towards his client's fitness goals. He puts great emphasis on proper technique and stretching. Each session will push you to the brink of your physical abilities, helping you become stronger and faster physically & mentally.

That mental confidence has been huge for me personally. While looking better naked is great, there is something priceless about being able to start your day with a confident mindset to tackle whatever work your day has to throw at you. Leavng the gym at 5:30 AM confident and ready to take on the day is a priceless luxury. His sessions help provide a more fulfilling element in developing a better "you" and I guarantee anyone of any fitness level would find something of great value in any of sessions. If you're looking to make a change, Brice is the dude!!

Working with Brice over the past 2.5 months has been an extremely rewarding personal decision for me. Brice is very professional and has an incredibly thorough knowledge of strength training, conditioning and flexibility. Before I started training with Brice, I had gotten back into the routine of regular cardio workouts after leaving a 3.5 year desk job. However, the cardio workouts only got me so far with my personal goals. I noticed a real difference working with Brice not only with my physique but also with my additional stamina. A huge benefit has been the remarkable change I have seen in my muscle tone.

Brice is very encouraging and starts each workout with stretching exercises while focusing each session on your individual fitness needs. Brice places a lot of emphasis on correct technique when using weights and will always correct your positioning and posture to ensure the moves are performed properly. One key trait that I really appreciate in Brice is his attention to any limitations that you may have in the beginning of your sessions. For me, it is lower back pain, which I’ve dealt with for several years. I will say that this has greatly diminished over the period I have been working with Brice and I have him to thank for that. Brice will closely track your progress and challenge you as the days and weeks go by. He takes your personal fitness a step further by talking about healthy eating habits and suggests changes you can easily make but does not push this on you by any means.

Choosing to work with a personal trainer can be a daunting task. Do not let age be a limiting factor for you. I can assure you that working with Brice Remaley will prove to be an extremely rewarding personal decision for you as well!
