British Swim School offers swimming lessons for kids and adults, starting as early as 3 months. Located inside 24 Hour Fitness, we're open year-round and welcome both gym members and non-members. You can learn to swim when you’re ready and continue until you’ve mastered the skills. We use gentle teaching methods and a survival-first approach to help swimmers of all levels become safer and more confident in the water. Our safe, fun, and effective teaching methods have made us the preferred choice for parents and students for over 40 years. Our confidence-building curriculum and small swimming classes provide a consistent format and structure with one-on-one attention for each swimmer. Private swimming lessons are subject to availability.

I was always scared of swimming and had this on my wish list to learn one day but never had the time. I finally made time and took the plunge and started their adult class with Greta and Evee and in 30 days I can do the back stroke all on my own the length of the pool! They are excellent enthusiastic teachers with patience for all ages of beginner swimmers. Evee especially has been wonderful to work with very patient, supportive and always positive with small tips and pointers to help make you better. Highly recommend this location inside 24HrFitness Pearland for anyone needing swim lessons whatever age! All instructors are good but Evee is simply an amazing teacher! Thank you for helping me overcome one of my biggest fears in life!

Great team of swimming instructors, so five stars for them! They were very engaging throughout the swim lessons for our kids and helped them overcome water anxiety. The facility needs improvement, i saw roches in the bathroom and near the pool. Pool water could be a little warmer. Three stars for the facility.

Greta and her instructors are wonderful! My son has been training with the British Swim School in Pearland. They have a very structured program and the instructors are extremely patient and kind. The indoor facility and a proper lap pool makes for a very complete and comfortable training session any time of the year. My son really looks forward to his classes and has made great progression after starting his classes here.

Sharing how fantastic our experience has been with Greta and her swim instructors. They’re all incredibly kind and patient, making each lesson enjoyable for the kids. We’ve seen significant improvement in their swimming skills and it’s all thanks to their excellent teaching. Greta is also very understanding and accommodating with scheduling. I’m thrilled to say that after just 15 private lessons, my kids were able to join the swim team. Highly recommend this swim school.

The coaches were patient and kind, earning kids trust & not forcing. Having the full lap pool at 24 hr fitness for my older sons classes were great for his learning stroke development and swimming stamina. Greta was very easy and flexible to work with on schedules and all the administrative items. I would definitely recommend.
