British Swim School offers swimming lessons for kids and adults, starting as early as 3 months. Located inside LA Fitness, we're open year-round and welcome both gym members and non-members. You can learn to swim when you’re ready and continue until you’ve mastered the skills. We use gentle teaching methods and a survival-first approach to help swimmers of all levels become safer and more confident in the water. Our safe, fun, and effective teaching methods have made us the preferred choice for parents and students for over 40 years. Our confidence-building curriculum and small group swimming classes provide a consistent format and structure with one-on-one attention for each swimmer. Private swimming lessons are subject to availability.

I found British Swim to be very professional. My swimming tutor, Courtney was very pleasant, patient, and very encouraging to me throughout my swimming lessons. Her great skills helped me to learn swimming faster than I had anticipated. I used to have fear of water, but now I am no longer scared to be in the water. I can now swim different strokes, including freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and floating on water. All thanks to Courtney and the British Swim team. Overall, everyone was wonderful and I would recommend British Swim to others.

My kids love it here. My eldest went to a different swim school before pandemic and what he has learnt in 6 months the youngest one learnt in 4 classes. It is definitely well paced not slow at all.

I cannot recommend this swimming school enough! My kiddos eagerly anticipate each session, even getting ready for the pool by themselves, a feat I've yet to achieve with regular school. They absolutely adore their instructor, who has a special talent for making learning fun and engaging.
