The classes were going well with the instructors who are friendly. I do want to state that this is at the LA fitness and that is where the $36.00 fee is going to, the pools are chilly especially for an infant. We had enrolled our daughter in the Tadpole classes but at the time of enrollment there were no makeup days so any misses classes were refunded on the next billing cycle, except now there have been changes to this. I sent notice for a scheduled missed class on 3/30/19 for 4/27/19 (almost a full months notice) I had already been billed for the full 4 Saturday classes in April so was expecting a reduced bill for May but instead was charged the full amount. I sent a text and was informed that there are now makeup days for Thursday and Fridays, I asked when this change took place and if an email had been sent. My first question went unanswered and I was informed that no email will be sent but instead parents will be verbally updated which is interesting considering we have attended the last 3 Saturdays with no mention of this change.

I have emailed billing and am canceling all future classes, if basic communication can not given then I do not need to spend my money at such a business. It is bad practice and I hope that the company will learn from lost business.

Our 3 year old daughter loves coming to swim classes at British Swimming school. The instructors are really good with her and have done a great job with her. Our daughter is improving every week and her confidence has grow so much.

Love this place. So nice to see my 6 year old's confidence grow. He learned to swim within a few weeks of joining the school. Ms. Misha is so good with my 2 year old. She is so energetic and fun which makes the class so interesting for the little ones. So glad we found this place.

I enrolled my son (4) to help get him ready for our upcoming vacation. He absolutely loves when it’s swim day! He always leaves very happy and can’t wait for the next swim day. He has learned to fearlessly jump into the pool, climb out on his own, and open his eyes underwater. He is currently learning to float on his back and paddle himself to the side where he can get himself out. I definitely recommend doing two days a week to help with the pace and consistency. The team was very accommodating to my schedule, as I work during the week and my fiancé works out of town.....so time and logistics are always challenging. Overall 5 stars!

We have been attending British Swim getting close to a year now and it was the best decision we made. My kids have more confidence and it eases my mind when they are near water. I have looked into classes at different places in the past, but didn't feel like they were a great fit. I attended an event as a vendor and found the British swim school, and they gave me the urge to want to try them out just by answering my questions. The classes are smaller, the coaches are the same and are absolutely amazing. Two coaches have taken my kids and turned them into confident learners, while having fun in the water. I would recommend this business to anyone looking for classes.

My husband and I have started adult swimming classes about a month ago and we are extremely happie with our progress and the quality of teaching. Angela is a great teacher and she takes care individually in explaining and teaching as per each ones pace., correcting and making sure we get each stroke and position right.

Highly recommend for beginners or anyone looking to master swimming for both adults and kids.

I really enjoyed the classes at british swim school i was terrified of even getting into the water and now i am able to swim a few laps at a time for exercise. The staff here is amazing they are all so fun and encouraging 10/10 would recommended lessons here. ADULTS too!!!!

British Swim School is the BEST !! The Rowlett team is so patient with all the children & you can actually see results. The kids move up very quickly from having such great enthusiastic teacher. Ms. Grape, Ms. Kiwi & Mr. Banana (they have fruit name to be more easier for the kids to remember) do such a great job teaching the kids, if you have older kids who love to swim I recommend Mr. Banana he has great skills & all the children move up very quick in his class.

Angelie and Philip have been amazing in working with us in our unique situation, which has allowed our granddaughter to even have swimming lessons. We appreciate them more than they will ever know. Reagan loves her swimming lessons and watches the clock very impatiently until it is time to head to classes. The instructors are very engaging with each student and makes them feel safe and special. We began swim lessons for my 6 and 7 year old this past summer at the Texas pool. Both children were already good swimmers, but they learned all four strokes and really became strong swimmers. My 7 year old boy wanted to continue lessons throughout the school year, so we attend the Rowlett location at LA Fitness. He is hoping to join the swim team in a few months. We could not be happier with the teachers and lessons!

The class sizes are kept small which gives my child a good amount of one on one instruction. The same teachers are there every week which allows my child to be comfortable in the water and maintain a good level of trust. Compared to other places the prices are reasonable and the indoor, non salt water, heated pool is a plus!

They LOVE it!

My little 2 year old absolutely ADORES British Swim School! Thanks to the outstanding instructors, she now "thinks she is Michael Phelps," as they jokingly say. They are so great with kids. Their patience, gentleness, and playfulness makes all the kids feel comfortable and at ease in the water. My little one never wants to leave!! I am so very grateful for a swim school like this that truly teaches the children and cares so much about them too.
