I have been working out with Joe at Buda Fitness and Performance for more than a year. He is both professional and personable, and he is by far the best personal trainer I have worked with.

While my primary focus has been strength training, as I have grown older I am more concerned with stability, balance and injury prevention. Joe has helped me with all of these.

Most of our sessions are in person, but he also provides guidance on diet, stretching and my activities when I travel or do cardio on my own.

Since the 1980s I have worked with several different personal trainers, both privately and in gym settings, and while Joe pushes me and challenges me to move ahead, I also feel completely safe with everything he asks me to do.

Joe Radnick is a top notch trainer. I have been training with him for approximately 7 years and the increase toning of muscles has been incredible. He is very knowledgeable on all
Levels of fitness and can work with anyone beginner or advance. I like that he monitors to make sure you properly doing the exercises and not to injure yourself.
