Their bungee classes are so much fun and the instructor is fantastic! I would definitely recommend it! You definitely feel the good kind of sore like you worked out too but don't feel the pain while doing it very much because you're just having such fun flying.

What a fantastic place. Denise and Alexys are fantastic! They are encouraging, they give easy follow instructions and supportive to those newbies that we once all were. They offering many different classes ranging from into bungee to bungee strong, the out of the bungee classes such as spin, AMRAP (as many reps as possible),Pilates and more. My first time at OMG BUNGEE FITNESS was an absolute blast...Went in with a group of friends for the beginners class, Cheyenne was very informative and helpful with everything we did..taking the time to walk us through every step..ai highly recommend this if you haven't done it...lots of laughs and fun.

Wow! What can I say about OMG Bungee Fitness! It is fantastic! We had a private begginer class group come in for the first time. Let me tell you, UHmazing! We were an all shapes sizes group and we still rocked that class. Anyone can do it!!! And such great workout!

We laughed and screamed so hard with excitement we had tears in our eyes. I have to say it was a Mother's Day experience and I will never forget. Nor will all the moms. If you have never, THIS is a must!!! I was fun for all ages from 13-76.

As someone that loves the work out, this was something completely outside of my comfort zone. The workouts are fantastic without being a major stressor on your joints!
