Matt is an amazing trainer! He is motivating, always make sure my form is correct and plays great music! 🤩 He makes sure he leaves you with things you can work on outside of training sessions. One point is that you should isolate your hamstrings so one isn’t compensating for the other. Super pleased with his help! I have lost 27 pounds in the past year and a half with his help!

I've been training with Matt since 2019. I'm 49 and he helped me reach my fitness goal of going from 23% to 18% body fat in 9 weeks when I set that as a challenge. I felt fantastic and full of energy! Over the years, he's also helped me work through different physical issues and he makes sure I don't get injured while working out. He has so much knowledge in functional mobility and also provides nutrition advice. I look forward to our sessions and make it fit into my budget because of the accountability, encouragement and since I'd never get the same results without him!
