First time drop-in and it was a great experience. I should also note that this was a collab workout with Pro Fitness so I assume this isn’t a regular program but it’s nice to be able to use an additional facility next door. I can only compare this to Barry’s and the Nike Running Studio (who doesn’t include a HR monitor which would be nice for zone training). Floor workout within the C3 studio was quick and easy but the WOD at PF was brutal. I’d recommend more options for modifying the workouts e.g. multiple plyo boxes with varying heights for those that can’t jump 40” and, if possible, labeling the stations on the floor for quick rotations. However I understand this was a relatively new collab so kinks will happen (the Nike Training Studio and Nike Strength Studio still have kinks and quick rotations are always an issue). Overall, intense and satisfying. I’ll definitely makes this a stop whenever I’m in town. Also, the staff as a whole was kind and very helpful.

C3 is a great place for coaching and accountability with your fitness. The classes are fun and challenging! The coaches take time to get to know you and your fitness goals. It’s a true family atmosphere and feels like family! I also love that you can be a walker or runner and all fitness levels are welcome. I highly recommend giving it a try! Your first class is free!

I love love love c3!!! Ive been a member for almost 2 years and it never gets boring. Our coaches do a great job changing things up while also keeping the structure we love of treadmill workouts and lifting! It’s such a fun environment, it only feels like a workout when it’s challenging lol. Coaches are great, music choices are great, themes are great, other members are great. If you haven’t tried, I’d highly recommend! 10/10 C3!!!!!!! Almost forgot to mention the TREADMILLS!!!! They’re Woodways and they’re PHENOMENAL. If you’ve never ran on a woodway you’ve never ran on an actually good treadmill.

I joined C3 after going to an event there with my sorority. It’s so much fun, the coaches are all amazing, and it goes by so fast! I’m pushed out of my comfort zone in the best way possible and am so happy I joined!

There is more to Stride than treadmills. Stride is a family, all on a journey of fitness. No matter your story, your ability, or where you are in your journey they will welcome you with open arms. The strength training for runners is just what I needed, don’t know I would gain a family too.

I have never been a "gym or workout studio" person until I found Stride. I have been running off and on for almost 10 years, but Stride has helped me fall back in love with the sport. Whether I run or walk a class, it is a fantastic workout in a great atmosphere. Plus, the best part about the classes are the people. The coaches and staff are helpful and kind and it is a fantastic, supportive community.

Saying that STRIDE has changed my life would be an understatement. To the wonderful coaches who continue to motivate, I thank you. To the wonderful friends I’ve made who continue to inspire, I thank you. I’ve completed 241 classes and have lost 44 pounds (as of this review), and made what I once thought to be impossible gains (I still find it quite crazy to say that I’m a runner). And there have been exactly 0 times I’ve regretted working out. Even if it wasn’t my “best,” the fact that I was THERE was the big win. It may take some time before you notice results, but I promise if you stick with it you WILL get there with STRIDE. You CAN do it.

Stride is such a fun workout! You get a mix of cardio and strength during the combo and core classes and being on and off the tread makes class fly by! The music is great and the coaches are always encouraging! It is it's own little small community and so fun!

The best studio in town! I like how judgement free it feels. You can come here when you’re rehabilitating from an injury or taking an active recovery day and nobody is going to judge you for going at your own pace or modifying. This is the most personalizable group fitness workout I have yet to find.

I have never been more in love with a gym in my life! I love the atmosphere, the other members, the coaches, and the staff are incredible! After a recent injury, members and staff from Stride would reach out to me regularly to check on my recovery and have been so encouraging throughout the whole process. Stride provides an appropriate workout for EVERYONE ranging from the most advanced athletes to those just starting their fitness journey! Whether you run, walk, go for the 50 lb dumbbells, or stick with the 5 lb, there is a place for you! Thank you Stride for being one of the best parts of my day! ❤️❤️❤️

For over 25 years I focused on weight training and hardly did any cardio. As I got older and my metabolism began slowing down. I realized I needed to do something completely different to stay in physical shape. I’ve never been a runner but I absolutely love Stride. The dark room neon lights and energizing music collectively make Stride a uniquely fun place to work out. In addition to that the coaches enthusiasm and guidance in a group format push you to break barriers that never felt possible. I tell EVERYONE you need to try Stride and if you do you will love it and see amazing results.

Stride has made me fall in love with running.. and coming from someone who would rather do any other form of cardio, it’s huge for me to say that. Another wonderful thing about Stride is that you can walk the classes and still get an awesome workout with a high calorie burn. The instructors are great, the facility is top notch, and I can’t say enough good about Stride Lubbock!
