We just love Capital Gymnastics, and especially Coach Nicole! She’s not only a fantastic coach but has honestly become a friend. My girls look up to her so much and get so excited to show her what they’re working on. She’s helped them hit so many big milestone “tricks” and given them the confidence to try new things. Coach Ellie is patient and kind with her Girls 1 students. The gym is spacious and clean with lots of equipment. They keep track of student goals and their progress well. Kids night out is fun with games and face pizza!

We absolutely LOVE capital gymnastics! Our three kids were enrolled last year. Due to schedule conflicts plus our boys outgrowing the little kid class, we didn't think we could resume in the fall this year. The staff called me personally and offered a tumbling class for our two boys that was perfect for our needs! We have two very active boys that need a lot of movement, and the boys tumbling class has been perfect for them! Not only did they go out of their way to call me and let me ask many questions about the boys class, they also offered our daughter a spot in a class that ran at the same time as the boys when the spot opened up. I felt like they knew our boys would benefit from this class and our daughter would be able to continue what she loves. It was and is a win-win for our super active family!

I also want to give the highest of praise to Coach Maddie. I have never seen a coach be more patient, calm, firm with expectations, and yet also very flexible with a class of active boys! She was their coach for last year, and I know that if she is in the building, my boys will be in very capable hands.

Every single staff member has been amazing. From the front staff to the coaches to the program coordinators, all have made us feel valued. We love the classes, kids night out, summer camps, holiday camps, and theme weeks. I cannot recommend Capital Gymnastics more!

Coach Ellie is wonderful! She is patient, kind and playful but also makes sure they’re staying on task and working hard. We feel so lucky to have her as our daughter’s coach for her first gymnastics experience. She is usually nervous and timid but just three classes in and she’s excited to go! We’ve been going to Capital Gymnastics in North Austin for a few months now. My son is three. He absolutely loves it. His face beams with pride during class, and anytime he talks about it outside of class. It’s not really about technique or skill at this point. It’s about being in his body, and building a sense of confidence. The classes are small, and he gets a lot of attention from his super sweet instructor, Miss Ellie. I think these classes are relatively affordable, and they seem to have a positive impact on the physical, mental, and emotional well-being of my child. Thank you, Miss Ellie!

We absolutely love our daughters’ experiences at capital gymnastics! My oldest loves her coaches - coach D and coach Maddie in her level 2 Monday 4pm class! My youngest absolutely adores coach Madison and coach Cynthia from her parent/tot class! She’s a handful and I love that they treat her with such patience, silliness, and understanding! My daughter has been taking classes for 3 years and she loves it. Her current coach, Autumn is very good. She has great knowledge and skills in gymnastics and she is great with all the girls. I’ve witnessed several times where she spent one on one time with girls who needed extra help. You can tell she enjoys what she does. I recommend Capital Gymnastics to anybody who asks.

My daughter Madeline participated to the summer camp, and she was extremely happy ! The coach were really nice and professional and the welcoming at the counter was more than friendly/accomodating for the parents. It was really a fantastic experience for her, she now wants to start gymnastic lesson with them and she cannot wait to go back ! big hug to the team

This is the second gym I've sent my kids. We had three options that are close to our house. Among them, this is the most expensive one - they will even charge you for trial class. We decided to move to another gym as the class schedule was too late for the kids + kids started to miss the old gym. However, they have already processed the payment for next month and cannot be refunded even though the class didn't start. I would not recommend this gym to others.

Extremely crowded seating area for parents. Sometimes, no place to sit. Parking lot is also very congested with limited parking. I am beginning to dread the weekly hassle. The administration seems to be oblivious to the frustration felt by families who wait or who are there to watch their student. Otherwise, the students are actively involved and are learning great skills and techniques. Good teaching staff.

You get what you pay for. Gymnastics is an expensive activity so we tried several places before we invested in a gym. The classes are small so the coaches can devote enough attention to each student. The facility is clean and well kept. There is a sitting area for parents, so you can watch your child in his/her element. They offered a monthly discount for autopay, so the monthly price is very competitive with other local facilities. Morning classes are much smaller and quieter. No makeup days allowed.

The gym seems to have many kiddos and not enough attention to the kids attending...just having them go through the mats, beams, and bars. The waiting area does not have enough seating for parents and the waiting area has a bad smell and it looks dirty.

They're a very greedy ungrateful organization. For instance, they will decide to take whole weeks off sometimes without notice or reason, but force you to pay anyways. Add to that the whole "You must cancel a whole month ahead of time" and "If your kid is sick or you're out of town, you pay anyways". You'll end up paying about twice per lesson than you'll think.
Additionally, in class my kid spent most of his time waiting in long lines just for a few seconds of trivial action. Even when it was his turn he was bored with what they had him do.

This was my daughter's first gymnastics experience, and she really enjoyed it! This helps youngsters pick up on gross motor skills and also social development. We went back to host a birthday party recently, and all the attendees had a blast!
