I cannot speak on any programs except for the Mothers’ Day Out, and it is FANTASTIC. Coach Dominique is amazing with the kids. She is so warm and welcoming. My girls love Coach Dominique! She always greets them with an energetic smile. Throughout the lessons she is engaging them in conversation and the girls always talk about how much fun they have with her. My girls love the fun music she plays and they enjoy singing along and dancing with her. We have been at Capital Gymnastics RR for 3 years now and have loved every second of it! Coach Dominique has been our oldest’s coach the whole time and has been a gem. So encouraging and fun!

We then enrolled our youngest as soon as she turned three. She works with Coach Mia who is the perfect coach for 3 year olds. So gentle and warm. Always has a smile on her face when she greets the kids!

We absolutely adore the Xcel coaches at Capital! Coach Kassie, Maddie and Kendall have been such a positive light to the girls on team. They work them hard while still maintaining the fun aspects of learning gymnastics; it is truly why we chose to move over to Xcel in the first place. I have been extremely impressed by how mature and dedicated these coaches are to the team. *If you have read other posts about the transition of Capital being bought, well let me just reassure you that we STAYED and my daughter absolutely loves every part of being on her Xcel team. I have been around several gyms with my kids and grandkids.. this gym by far is the best....the cleanliness of the bathrooms....the coaches teach like they really like their job and care about the kids... One coach I love to watch is coach tavi....he keeps those kids motivated and if any are struggling he is right there with encouragement .summer camps are not boring with themes each week that are interactive with the kids and most of all...the office...they are always efficient and are helpful....they are polite and know what they are doing.

We've been going to Capital Gymnastics for years now for both classes and after school transpiration/care. It's amazing and it's helped build foundational skills for our girls for competition cheerleading. Our kids love staying there late because they have so much fun with the staff and other kids. Very professional staff, especially the front desk. Xandria and Megan are always positive and our kids appreciate the attention they give them. 100% recommend this place for gymnastics and the bonus is they have parents night out which is very affordable if you're looking to get out on a date for a handful of hours.

We love Coach Dominique! She has been my daughter's coach for a little over a year now and she's the best. My daughter actually has anxiety whenever Coach Dominique takes a day off and doesn't see her inside the gym! She gives the kids in her classes flexibility whenever they have difficulty either paying attention or doing a move the correct way, which I really appreciate given the children in her classes are very young.

My daughter started the Xcel program at Capital Gymnastics last year but this year she has showed a tremendous amount of improvement thanks to Coach Kendall, Coach Kassie, and Coach Maddie. My daughter started going to Capital Gymnastics when she was 3. (8 years ago). 1st at the Pflugerville location, then switched to the Round Rock location when she joined the Xcel program 3 1/2 years ago. She has nothing but great experiences at both locations. All the coaches are great, but coach Taevyon definitely stands out. I’m always hearing how he makes my daughter laugh, especially when she is having a challenging day. Numerous times, I have seen him holding the door & saying goodbye as people are leaving the gym after classes. He is always super friendly. The office staff are all very friendly. Although my daughter does not do camps, they look like they are super fun. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking to do gymnastics.

The gym used to have an amazing energy to it. From Rec to Team, it was such a good feeling to be there. Until Powers came along and ruined it.
They don’t care about their employees, or about their customers, or even the children/teens. All they care about is money. They will do anything to make sure they get what they want. Even if it means making others miserable, or ruining their careers, or even for some, ruining their future plans because they lose their means of living or because they shut down programs and they lose their sport and teams they loved.
Do not support Powers. They pretend to care, but they don’t. They’ll just take your money and take the fun out of gymnastics.
And they’ll run their coaches to the ground or fire them if it doesn’t fit their plans.
If you’re a gym owner, do not let it go in the hands of the Powers. Their lies aren’t worth it.

DON'T SEND YOUR CHILDREN HERE! Your child's SAFETY is at RISK!! There are so many issues with this new management team -> Powers Gymnastics - research who they are. They shouldn't even call themselves a Gymnastics gym. They ruined the highly regarded and award winning XCEL program in less than 2 years. There are reasons why all 80 XCEL gymnasts quit this year!! This management team wants to sign up many kids as possible for the money. They over promote the kids programs because they are money hungry.

They don't care for the safety of your child. They don't share important safety issues with parents until you threaten legal action. They don't have qualified coaches to train the XCEL program anymore. They are horrible to their staff. Do your own BACKGROUND checks in the management / manager. You might not want your child around some individuals who work there.

If you pay by credit card, watch your billing! They charge 5% for credit card processing which is ILLEGAL! Report them to the the TXOAG office!

This gym has gone downhill drastically since it was bought out by the Powers company in the fall of last year. They single handily ran off fantastic coaches with experience along with an entire competitive team. They do not care about their coaches or athletes, only the money. Which is hilarious because the AC in that building hasn't been working for weeks. I would not entrust the safety of my child to this gym. The name capitol has gone down the toilet, go and find an other gym fast.

We’ve been coming here for years, started in the parent and tot class when my daughter was 3 now she’s 8. I had no idea the gym was sold I just noticed that all the good coaches started leaving. The gymnastics program became the same four moves over and over so my daughter got bored so we went down to just parkour but after years of not having consistent coaching we’re calling it quits and looking for a new gym. This gym is beyond neglected, the bathrooms never have soap and the stalls haven’t been cleaned in what looks like years. Human feces all over the toilets and never any toilet paper or paper towels. I noticed last summer they stopped doing the showcase for classes as well. It’s just poor babysitting service at this point.

This used to be the best gymnastics gym in the area with amazing coaches and Xcel team. The new owners killed it this past year and drove away the entire coaching staff and team. They raised prices, decreased hours, and demanded payments for every meet and fee up front. If your athlete gets injured in the middle of the meet season, too bad they don't care, they just want your money. Don't waste your time here, they do not care about your kids success.

If I could give this less than one star, I would. Prior to Powers buying this gym, it was phenomenal. However, they have systematically destroyed the morale and environment. I believe they aren’t following proper safety protocols, and they aren’t hiring qualified coaches. The experienced coaches were pushed out and they keep eliminating programs just to make more money. If you want to throw money away, then go here. If you want quality gymnastics training, run as fast as you can AWAY from this place.

I’d give less than 1 star if I could! Prior to Powers taking ownership of the Capital Gymnastics “brand” we loved it! We love our coaches! But over the prior one year since Powers has taken over it’s become completely unsafe and unethical from top down! Poorly managed. Lack of transparency, and total disregard for safety! Stay away! Find any other gym! Trust me- we’ve scouted them all. Capital went from the top of all gymnastics orgs to the bottom of the barrel! And now they have warrior ninja? Do yourself a favor if looking for warrior ninja check out The Jungle also in Round Rock! Great place for that kind of class for all ages children through adults! Absolutely do not entrust your child to capital at any of the locations from Cedar Park to Pflugerville or Round Rock! Completely unsafe and unprofessional now moving forward. Run! Don’t do camp. Don’t do kids night out! Don’t do gymnastics there. The Powers corporation has abolished what was once a wonderful loving thriving company.
