Recently signed my son up, I've been in a few boxing gyms, it's rare to see the trainers work as hard as coach Cap and his trainers worked with the entire gym which was over 20 members. All levels and all got the same exact attention and treatment first class.
I watched him work mitts and coach all out!, for over two hours non stop. I promise, you won't find a better trainer and definitely won't find one who loves what he does more than coach Cap! Can't wait to see how my son develops under him!

i went here for about 5 months 2 years ago and the training and coaching is so good that i still know how to do everything to this day. cap/jose the main coach and owner is experieced ,reasonable, relatable, and fun but if you want to experience that side of him you need to earn your stripes and be tuff just like him. and i will 100 percent be returning soon

Best boxing gym in the GP area. I have tried some of the other boxing gyms but this one is legitimate. You will find all levels of boxers amateur and pros here. You can just observe the footwork, bagwork or sparring to realize you are in the right place if you want to learn to box. The fighting style is the aggressive and explosive Mexican Canelo boxing. Highly recommend this boxing gym if you want to learn to box.

shout out to cap. I went 5 years ago when I was around 14 years old for a month or so but ended up having to stop. Ive been to lots of gyms since but unlike this gym a majority of these other coaches dont take the time to teach you proper form and drill in fundamentals. other gyms will let you pay hundreds to hit a big and maybe hit mitts once a week. I only went for a month but that month gave me enough knowledge to practice at home and become a lot better.
