The best hot yoga studio that I’ve ever been. The heat in the studio is hot but very comfortable. I felt I was doing yoga and meditate at the same time. The instructor was awesome. I wish they have a location in north McAllen.

I travel a lot for work so I am always on the look out for a great yoga studio and have to say this studio set a new bar for me. The instructor (whose name I cannot remember :(:::) was engaging, welcoming and very professional.

I mostly appreciated the following:

For the 20 dollar drop in rate per student, my two colleagues and I got a Lulu mat, towel and bottle of water (without the up-charge).

Secondly, she was an adjustment queen. Everyone in class (newbies and pros alike) were adjusted at least three times. Not to mention her excellent flow and wonderful lavender neck rub at the end.

I can not recommend this location more and look forward to my return trip to the area just to experience this great studio/instructor again.
