With certifications in personal training and nutrition, and a background in professional sports and psychology, a multifaceted approach is delivered to each client to ensure maximum goal achievement, mental and physical.

Billy is the best in the business. Professional, organized, and most importantly patient. I joined CASHOUT Training from May-July 2025. I eventually made the decision to work with a fitness trainer after trying unsuccessfully for years to change my body on my own. I am glad I found Billy. I have worked with other trainers before, but there was no noticiable improvement. He pays attention to your requests and concentrates on your specific needs. Billy is a great trainer! He holds you accountable and is really knowledgeable. He will definitely design a program for you that challenges you. It took a trip to my regular gym for me to realize why I appreciate and prefer training at the C.A.S.H.O.U.T. facility. I don't have to think about germs from random stangers. No waiting for equipment. No terrible music playing from the gym speakers. No distractions.

CASHOUT training is my new go to gym when I want to block out all the noise from the commercial gyms. I can really focus on my muscle to mind connection while training here. For a long time I debated getting a personal trainer but following the conclusion of my colligate athletic career my goals for my physical training and nutritional habits changed. To adjust effectively, I found I needed direction and support. Between his own experience as an athlete and his certifications in nutrition and personal training , Billy has done just that. Billy is as good as it gets when it comes to being physically an mentally fit. Actually cares about your goals and where you want to be physically. With meal plans an also knows how to hit those target areas that are hard to loose. Been very grateful for the help an advice he gives me when I’m in a session or not. He is very professional and will do his part as a trainer but will hold you accountable to do your part, meaning he actually cares that you achieve your goals.
