On June 20, signed a contract which clearly stated there is nonrefundable deposit, which we paid. On June 30, we sent a message saying kid is not going to play with them. We received no response. We thought, no problem, they would not charge us for the season. However, on Sept 5 we received an automated reminder email saying our auto-pay would start. I called, and they said the contract means the whole season is nonrefundable.

But, while there is explicit language about the nonrefundable deposit, the contract is not explicit about paying for the rest of the season. All it says is payments are due regardless of whether the player completes the seasons. But, our kid never started the season. Again, we notified them on June 30 that she won't be on the team, 10 days after signing the contract. We RECEIVED NO RESPONSE, nothing until we get an automated reminder about auto-pay in September.

We knew we would lose the deposit, but it is so unprofessional for them NOT TO RESPOND and then tell us a couple of months later that we'd have to pay for the whole season. I could never recommend this place to anyone. How do you treat people this way?

5 basketball / volleyball courts & a fitness center. The fitness center is more than adequate. It’s usually not too packed. Sometimes during normal busy times it’ll feel a little crowded but that’s not the norm. Equipment is good quality. I’ve seen better but I’ve also seen much worse! They have most of the standard machines, 2 squat racks, 1 smith machine, dumbbells up to 90 with doubles up to 50. 1 tall pulley tower (2 pulleys) & 1 shorter pulley machine (again 2 pulleys), a turf section, boxes, stair master (lot of other cardio machines but I know that stair master es muy importante for some), multiple rowers, assault bike, kettle bells, medicine balls, bands.. you get it.. they’ve got everything you need to get your gains on! They also seem to address any equipment that needs maintenance quickly. Super convenient if you’re in Sunfield! Been a member for about 2 years and won’t change unless I move or they put a premium gym just as close lol thanks CTX!

My family and I drove an hour and a half yesterday to come to this gym for a two day tournament. It’s the worst gym we have ever been too!!! First of the referees did not know what they were doing. (not organized at all) Parents also had to take over the score on the board. There were also two arguments among the players and parents. No security at all! This place needs to get it together and there is no excuse because they charge enough to be able to provide security and pay for staff members. I hope we don’t ever have to come to this gym again.

If I could, I would give this gym “no stars” but I’m only allowed to pick a star for my bad review.

I don't even know where to start with this place. I've been a member since it opened. In the beginning it was great. But over the years the service and gym have declined significantly. The weight room is awful. The equipment breaks quite often and isn't fixed for months at a time. One piece of equipment has been broken for 2 years. The bathroom is disgusting. I think it is cleaned once a quarter. I don't think the weight room as a whole is cleaned at all. Every summer the weight room turns into a playground for parents with kids and teens that have no where to go. No management ever comes to check if these kids are even members. It sucks that we are charged an annual maintenance fee. For what? The equipment seems to break often and no new equipment is ever added. Maybe to replace what is stolen or broken by kids or non members. Which is unfortunate that because the lack of supervision the members have to pay to replace equipment. If you are looking for a gym, look elsewhere. This place is definitely not worth what they charge.

As a member, it is very frustrating. We joined so my son can practice basketball however, the gym constantly over books volleyball and pickle ball and there is no open courts for people to play basketball on. They have maybe one or two or days a week with open gym times. With all of the space you would think they could keep one court dedicated to open gym for members that pay for it.

First, I would like to say the fitness facility is absolutely not worth the $40/month they charge. The equipment is dirty, there’s cobwebs and dust build up everywhere, the fitness bathroom is never fully clean and does not look like it has ever been sanitized.

I was one of the personal training/strength and conditioning coaches hired through a third party company sought out by CTX Fieldhouse. I am speaking on behalf of myself, and my partner who is also a strength and conditioning/nutrition coach.

This gym has seemed to struggle keeping a personal training company attached to the gym and I can see it is due to an overpriced facility, mediocre operations, a lack of marketing, and a co-owner that wants to micromanage everything.

We were Asked to help assist a volleyball camp hosted at CTX Fieldhouse for a local youth team. This is not something the fitness company coordinated, but we did end up rescheduling for this event to ensure these athletes received the Proper coaching and training needed.

Day One of this event, we were told prior to, hours before, it would be a run down of what was expected, introduction of company, brief workout and a chance to get record of all the girls specifications, height, vertical etc. Scheduled time was “530ish”.

1. We were attacked by co owner Mike before we could walk into the gym, not even 5 minutes ”late” bc of an accident, we were greeted with aggression and irritability. Although, we were told 530ish by the volleyball coach herself that afternoon in a meeting. No parents or athletes were waiting, the athletes were already on the court doing drills. There was absolutely no inconvenience caused by us. However, We were addressed extremely unprofessionally, and talked to as if were Mike’s children.

Putting aside Mike’s disrespect, we proceeded to a hot, and muggy, zero climate controlled EVENT CENTER. There are I believe 6 courts in that facility and Mike chose to host a youth volleyball camp in a sauna. Mike also addressed us saying the girls “did not need a break, or to be sitting around”. This is after we already told him we had put a fitness plan down which was two HIIT segments and stretching to get the girls warmed up prior to getting measurements and their practice, because again, this was just an introduction day.

Mike and volleyball coach Samantha sat in the corner of the gym backbiting the trainers on duty instead of worrying about the unsafe environment for these athletes. These are individuals who have zero training or background in personal training, nutrition, or strength and conditioning. Yet, somehow there was placed blame on the trainers the only certified individuals there to make sure these athletes progress at their sport.

As a prior athlete and now trainer I wouldn’t recommend this facility by any means. We had planned to bring pro athletes both basketball and football here for their off season training and to host youth camps but we will be taking our business elsewhere due to the uncomfortable atmosphere and thinking there may be a racial agenda behind the issues we’ve had to face here at CTX in buda.

The gym is nice. Intermittently, for several months, I have had to complain to management about the volume of the rap music being played. After complaining again today, I was told to wear my own earbuds. A place serving the public should be sensitive to ALL of its customers; this place is not. If you like a workout with loud rap music, this is the place for you. If not, find another gym. I did.

It's a very nice facility, altho there's a lack of air conditioning/air flow, so it can get quite warm in the gyms. Not much in the way of divisions of courts either, which can make it difficult to tell when the whistle was blown for your game. The food is a little over priced, but you expect that at tournaments. The bathrooms were clean and very nice.
