I love my private yoga sessions with Ryann. She is incredibly conscientious of my needs - some weeks we focus on strength and flexibility while other times we focus on meditation and mindfulness. It is clear Ryann has a deep knowledge of yoga and the philosophy behind it, and she is able to teach whichever style is best suited for the situation

This little studio is a hidden gem in Ridglea. Ryann is enthusiastic but patient -- a great teacher, sensitive to the clumsy creaks of a newbie. A wonderful place to begin if "hot yoga" is a bit out of your league!

I've had a great experience at Chameleon Yoga. It's a very clean and quaint space, and I enjoy the small sessions. Ryann is very warm, friendly, positive, pleasant, patient, attentive and knowledgeable. I would recommend her studio to everyone who prefers smaller sessions so they may also indulge in the Chameleon experience.

I would definitely recommend Chameleon Yoga for anyone! Whether your level is beginning or advanced-Ryann makes everyone feel so comfortable. I love that it is a smaller studio, so you get an intimate class without all the intimidation. The studio is very quaint and has a great vibe. AND AFFORDABLE!!! I will definitely be back!
