Awesome! A couple of months ago I had a pretty serious stroke. When I first came in, I could barely walk. My balance didn’t exist. Now I’m performing exercises that I thought I’d never do again. The personal training is what I need, and I trust them 100%. We started with basic movements and we’ve moved towards more advanced exercises everyday. Technique is #1. I cannot recommend them enough! A++

I did a walkthrough of the gym and it’s clean, the trainers are nice and respectful and they want to see you push yourselves. I would’ve signed up today if I had the funds but I will definitely be back when I have the money because it’s an investment in yourself. Highly recommend this establishment!!!

I really liked the program, the owner, trainers, facility and location. However, I had scheduling needs with frequent travel and an erratic calendar that prevented us from going forward. I hated that we had to terminate our relationship. I have been working biweekly with a trainer since 2014 and found a program the could accommodate my erratic calendar. I really miss these guys.

I've quit more fitness programs than most people can name so to say I was a bit skeptical when I walked through the door for a consultation in November of 2023 would be an understatement. I'm 56 years old and I was overweight, felt sluggish much of the day, knees hurt, hips hurt, the list goes on and on. Fast forward six months and I'm down 32 pounds have better fitness and muscle tone than I've had in 25 years, the way I eat has changed and my blood pressure and cholesterol are down too. Dee, Timi and the team asked all the right questions and through that process we agreed on my long-term goals. Champion Fitness isn't about pumping iron (that can be part of it), it's about a lifestyle change. They help with nutrition, the workouts are planned before you ever walk in, they make adjustments to keep you safe while rehabbing sports injuries, they keep it interesting, and they hold you accountable. You have to trust the process but if you do it will change your fitness and health. Five stars aren't enough, it changed my life.

I LOVE working out at Champion!! Dee and his team are SO knowledgeable and go above and beyond to help you reach your fitness goals. The gym is spotless and never crowded. The workouts are very challenging, but the trainers make it a fun and positive experience. I’m less than two months in and already seeing great results. I only wish I would’ve found them sooner!!

I have always loved cardio regiments but have never ever loved weight training. I’ve tried various class settings or apps and was just inconsistent. Yet I knew I desperately needed to lift weights to maintain muscle mass and age stronger. Dee’s gym is GREAT for me. The program and trainers keep me motivated and each session flies by. I especially appreciate the attention to form. I’ve been going about three months now and can definitely tell a difference in strength, can see new muscles and most importantly things that ached have stopped aching. HIGHLY recommend!

This year, I decided to get back to a consistent workout routine and Im so glad that I found Dee at Champion Strength and Conditioning. The Champion training facility is spacious and clean, yet very private with typically only 1 or 2 clients at a time. I’m able to plan my bi-weekly sessions around my busy work schedule using the Mind Body App, so there’s no excuses. Dee, Max & Timmy all have such animated, positive personalities and keep me motivated to work hard- even when it gets really tough.
 Before every workout, they reinforce ideal nutrition and meal prep ideas to help me obtain my weight loss goals. Im losing weight, gaining muscle and I know I will stick with this plan Thanks to Dee at Champion Strength!!

All the stars in the sky for Dee and Champion Strength and Conditioning! The gym itself is spotless— it feels new and clean and they are continually making improvements for the better . Dee is a detail-oriented individual. He is attentive to every move you make during workouts and corrects your form and technique, which increases results and prevents injury. He has also hit the mark with the other two trainers at Champion, Timi and Max. They each have their own specific training style and compliment one another. They are positive and motivating. Both have a wealth of knowledge to share about exercise, nutrition, metabolism and more. These guys are not your average trainers! Max, Timi and Dee will push you to be your best, but they also gently keep you accountable. They provide suggestions to make the choice for fitness to be a true lifestyle change . Above all, the environment is unfailingly professional.

Have been going here for almost a year, and feel great! Dee, Timmie, and Max are high-caliber professionals, and they really know what they are doing. This isn’t your “average gym,” they know your goals, your injuries, etc., and you will see results. As someone who doesn’t particularly like working out, I always feel great after a session and can’t recommend them enough.

Clear communication and positive motivation — that's what I get at Champion. I love that I can go and be an everyday person who wants to get in shape. They are welcoming and make me feel right at home. Their nutrition advice and fitness routines are functional and grounded. You have to work hard, but it's always fun and supportive. Of course, results matter most, and I've lost 35lb since I started in mid-August and feel better than ever. I highly recommend them!

I have had a great experience at Champion Strength and Conditioning. With the guidance of their trainers I have not only created healthier habits, but have gotten stronger along the way. The attention to detail that Dee and his team have truly optimize your results! Their program is tailored to each clients personal goals, and doesn't involve unrealistic paramaters when it comes to nutrition - something that was extremely important to me for maintaining a long term commitment to a program. I have worked out at many gyms/group fitness programs, and none of them have ever compared to Champion. I saw results faster with their program than anywhere else I have ever been, and have enjoyed it more than any workout I have ever done!

Updated Review:

It's been 5 months and now that I am experiencing what a real client focused trainer is like, the experience I had with Dee bugs me more and more. I'm still strength focused. My new amazing trainer advises me when I should keep up on my protein or get ectrolytes but has never chided or shamed me for eating like a normal person. We talk about our favorite pizza and sushi restaurants in between reps. I've never been prouder, stronger, in less daily pain or more happy with my body. My body is changing shape, not pounds and I look frigging awesome! You can see my updates to my original review below.

If you are looking for training that follows i̶n̶d̶u̶s̶t̶r̶y̶ ̶s̶t̶a̶n̶d̶a̶r̶d̶ [a cookie cutter training plan that assumes all female clients have the same goal and that they should be highly focused on weight/aesthetics], Dee will treat you right.

Unfortunately, Dee and I were not a good fit. I signed up, thinking we were on the same page about my goals, which I was clear about. I'd recently had surgery so needed care with modifications, and was focused entirely on strength not weight as I'm happy with my weight but not my capabilites.

It felt like as soon as my credit card was swiped, he switched from agreeing to my goals to pushing the standard routine. He asked about my goal weight (wouldn't let me not state a goal) and started the lecture on diet, carbs, fasting hours, etc. While I was put off, I agreed that protein intake was important and worked to increase that in my diet. Not easy when I'm allergic to additives in most of the protein shakes he recommended. UPDATE: NO ONE SHOULD HAVE TO DIET TO LOSE WEIGHT AND FAT WHILE TRAINING IF IT WAS NOT A SPECIFICALLY STATED GOAL WITH THEIR TRAINER.

Dee's training sessions were great and I felt stronger after just a month, but I realized that the weight aspect was never adapted to my goals- instead he kept commenting on me being part of "the process." A GOOD TRAINER CAN ADAPT TO EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL GOALS. A GOOD TRAINER DOES NOT IMPOSE THEIR PERSONAL IDEALS AND GOALS ON THE CLIENT.

I was inevitably grateful that he dropped me as a client on the day I decided to not log the previous days food with him and pushed to just start our training for the day. I'm sure he'll comment on my unbending attitude, not giving a better heads up, or that if I don't track I'll end up unhappy about my weight later. But no means no, even if decided in the moment. CLIENTS SHOULD BE ABLE TO SPEAK UP ABOUT WHAT IS NOT WORKING FOR THEM. PERIOD.

I have been going to Champion Strength & Conditioning for over 3 months and in that time not only have I lost almost 20lbs, but I have a new mindset on my health and fitness. After not focusing on my health for the last 3 years I was really worn down. A close friend referred me to Dee and his team. I’m amazed at how much better I feel in such a short amount of time. I’ve never done weight training or conditioning and was nervous, but the trainers here have worked with such patience to help me learn and succeed. I am still working towards my goal, but for the first time in my life I feel I’m on a true path to success!

I have been training with Dee for over 1.5 years. I came to Dee as a referral from a friend who suffers from similar back problems. Dee was able to help him, and I can definately say Dee (and his staff) have helped me gain strenght, have less bad instances with my back, and recover quicker when I do have a bad day. They work with me every session to understand how I am feeling to adjust my workout accordingly. His total program is designed around nutrition, fitness, and personal goals/desires of each client. Im sure it’s as great as other say however , it didn’t work for me personally.
My expectation- Motivated trainer to motivate me and my workout.
Understanding, patient
Train
The reality- No motivation and seemed almost annoyed
Talked most my hour got maybe 20 minutes of workout
Canceled on me every single time or moved my time (lack of interest in his trainee)
Frustrated trainer who couldn’t understand what I can consume or the amount daily (post surgery)
Got booted from the app and that was my last time going back.

Dee (& Jordan - Dee’s protege) are positive, patient and firm at the same time. They are factual and ensure you make the most out of each session.

I’m definitely seeing the changes to my body and most importantly my mindset. I think differently about what, how and when I eat. Down almost 15 lbs and will be dropping another 10-15 lbs more.

I originally approached Dee to work with my son relating to an off season baseball program. From the jump he built a great rapport with our family and it was clear to me that he genuinely cares about what he does. My son worked with him for a little more than 3 months and the improvements that he made were dramatic. I was particularly pleased with Dee's attention to detail. If you have a young athlete in your home, then you know that the small details are often what coaches miss and a kid can go all the way to high school without coaches addressing them. Dee did not do that. As a matter of fact he would make my son return to basic movement skills over and over until it was correct. I would without a doubt recommend Dee to anyone looking for a physical trainer for there youth athlete. We will continue to work with him as well.
