Terrible customer service. My daughter stopped attending the daycare that used Amped gymnastics in April. When I asked the coach about unenrolling, she made it sound like it would be taken care of and there were no further actions that I needed to take. They charged my card until August. I noticed it after I got an email saying they were going to charge a registration fee. I replied saying this must be an error. Someone replied saying they would check with a manager. Over the next two months, I sent six emails that ALL went unanswered. I called the phone number that no one would answer which went to a message saying to text them. I sent two text messages—also unanswered. Their customer service strategy is ghosting customers apparently. I shouldn’t be surprised at how bad their communication is when I know from experience already. They would commit to sending out videos of what the kids were learning, but they would send it out for a couple of weeks and then go MIA for a couple months. Then send them out again a time or two and disappear again. This business is a joke. Don’t waste your time or money. Pretty poor business strategy, because they will lose us as a customer over this terrible experience—their greed and lack of communication in the short term just cost them 4 years of revenue as my son will begin daycare soon, and we won’t be supporting a business who treats people this way.

My kiddo has been attending Champs Express at her school since their inception. She has loved every minute of it! They create such a fun atmosphere for the kiddos, and the program has really helped instill confidence. We started her in a full gymnastics program at a center recently, and you could tell the foundational skills from champs were paying off. Champs has been the highlight of my kiddo's week for two years.

Coach Taco and Coach Nacho make gymnastics time fun and exciting every visit to our center! They're professional and go out of their way to get to know the students. We also appreciate that Amped offers onsite CPR training so we can easily schedule and know exactly what to expect during our CPR trainings. Highly recommend!

We have been using Amped Preschool resources for our gymnastics program for almost 2 years! Our students look forward to gymnastics every Friday! We love all of the coaches! They are great with the kids and have wonderful activities planned! We also use Amped for their CPR/First Aid training! Chris, the owner, is very responsive and easy to schedule when we need training done at our school! I highly recommend their program!

Chris Phillips, and his team are very knowledgeable and are dedicated professionals. You can tell they truly love working with children, and that's big for us. Chris also provides CPR training for our teachers, and comes to your facility. If you're looking for a quality CPR trainer who you can call in a moment's notice, and a preschool gymnastics program you've found it!

We have used Amped Preschool Resources at our two Children's Lighthouse preschools (at Grand Mission and WoodCreek Reserve) for many years, and have always been very pleased with Mr. Chris Phillips. He is very knowledgeable and dedicated; our staff loves him. The CPR training he provides for our teachers gives them both the skills and confidence, and as a business owner, this is invaluable - not only to our business, but also to the community as well.
