This was my very first retreat, and it exceeded every expectation. The intimate, supportive container created a space for true vulnerability and deep, meaningful conversations. Jessica's sound baths are always a truly magical experience. The sounds of the crystal bowls created a deep sense of tranquility, and I could feel the tension melt away as the vibrations filled the space. It was like a reset for both my mind and body. I left feeling calm, grounded, and recharged. Definitely worth trying if you're looking for a peaceful escape!

I had the good fortune to attend Jessica’s New Moon Sound Bath. What a beautiful experience. Jessica brings incredibly sweet energy to her sound bath experiences.
We opened the sound bath with an essential oils meditation that was so lovely. You receive oil samples that you get to keep! I have attended and facilitated several sound baths—I am particular about what I like in these experiences, and I loved that Jessica’s sound bath was able to pleasantly and gently surprise me. She plays nice and softly—at a volume that is calming and relaxing. She played instruments that I had even heard before but in such a way that left my ears chasing the sound trying to figure out what made it. It was like being a child and discovering things for the first time. I was able to stay immersed and present the entire time; and came out of the experience much softer and incredibly at ease. I was able to sleep soooo well that night—the best night I have enjoyed in weeks! Thank you, Jessica and Cata for such a wonderful evening. I will be back for more!!

I have been to several of Jessica’s Soundbaths and yoga classes. She is a beautiful soul inside and out. I've been to one yoga retreat and already signed up for my next! The retreats were a lovely sampler platter of mindful practices that ranged from yoga and breath work to sound baths and nutrition. The group was small. Although we walked in as strangers, we came away from this retreat as friends. Jessica is an amazing facilitator and instructor, thinking through every detail of our experience. Jessica is the best yoga teacher I’ve ever had. I’ve been practicing for the past 10 years and when I found myself in Houston without a teacher (and also 5 months pregnant), I took a chance and went to Chandra Yoga. Jessica is an amazing yoga instructor. She has a wonderful approach in the studio that helps you understand your placement of each position and how it helps your body health wise. You leave her class feeling at peace but yet your body is stronger and stretched. I would refer her to anyone wanting to try yoga because she makes you feel so comfortable. Jessica has a calming, glowing spirit and it shines through in her teaching. She takes time to show variations so that both new and experienced yogas get the most out of her class. I love her combinations of flow and then holding poses for at least 3 long breathes, so that you can settle into them and deepen the experience, whether it’s strength, balance or stretch. Jessica is an amazing teacher! She modifies naturally for all levels. She does a fantastic job at reading her class, which varies quite a bit, and includes advanced poses for those needing more while also including ways to modify for others that may need more gentle poses while recovering from surgeries, injuries, etc. I love that she includes natural herbs, essential oils, and sound healing to enhance many of her classes. She’s constantly learning and refining her practice, and passes her knowledge on to her students. Her presence alone is calming and inviting. She’s definitely my favorite yoga instructor! So glad I found her.
