My daughter has been going to tumble and cheer classes here for years and loves it. Today we had her birthday party here for the first time and I can honestly say of all the places we've had parties and been to parties, this was hands down the best experience. Everything was smooth, friendly staff, wide open gym with hours of fun for the little ones and big ones. I will continue having my children's parties here and I highly recommend you do the same. 100 stars! Thanks Cheer Skillz and thank you Jamie for all that you do for these kiddos. You're amazing!

My daughter loves attending tumbling at Cheer Skillz and is constantly asking when her next class is because she cannot wait to go back. We also used them for a birthday party and it was such a blast and nothing but perfect. I would definitely recommend any classes there and using them for a kids party.

My daughter has been going to Cheer Skillz for almost a year now. She started out doing private tumble lessons, and is now in a level 3 tumble class. She LOVES it. She has awesome coaches that have taught her so much and built up her confidence to do amazing things. Now they offer so many different classes, there is something for everyone. I highly recommend you try them out!

Cheer Skillz academy has been Amazing for both my children. My 6 year old counts the days for his ninja warrior class and I love that they get to learn skills as well as respect. And my daughter who has spectrum issues thrives in her gymnastics class and unlike anything we've tried before she LOVES it!!!! Thank you Jaime and all the staff for being so good with my kids and all the kids in the community! If your thinking about it... Do it!!!

Cheer Skillz is exactly what I was looking for, for my daughter. I love that it is skill based and not performance based. Each week she is scaffolding her skills, gaining strength and confidence! Having skill based classes allows for a mix of ages in the classes; I love that the younger kids have someone to look up to. I'm so happy to have a tumbling program that is local to Taylor. My daughter wanted to try out for cheerleading at her school we completed a week of drills and happy to say she made the team.

My boys wanted to be ninjas and boy oh boy are they happy we chose the Ninja classes

My daughter has been a student at CSA since October 2019. She has grown both in strength and confidence. The staff is very professional. Most recently I was impressed with the parent presentation for Allstar Cheer Team. It was organized, straight-forward, and very informative. The coaches make fundamentals and conditioning a priority. Working hard and patiently with the kids on each skill and then celebrating when the kids succeed. While I do feel that CSA is very professional gym, the coaches are able to balance that with making the kids feel like they are family. It still surprises how much my daughter has learned in a year and a half. She truly loves it and what a wonderful thing that is for a parent.

Hmm Where to start with this review.... Well honestly I don’t think we could of enrolled my younger sister into a better gymnastics facility. We have tried a few but cheer skills has BY FAR exceeded our expectations with all they have done and continue to do to help improve my sisters talents in the gym! She started with just knowing self taught from YouTube and now enrolled in not one but TWO classes a week with cheer skills. She is now doing stunts that involve being tossed in the air and tumbling all over the place like a fish outta water! She hasn’t even been here for a year and we BLOWN away by the work they have put into her in the gym and on a personal level. They notice her, they recognize her accomplishments and encourage her to keep pushing. She has grown so much confidence not only in tumbling and stunting but within her self as well. Cheer/tumbling is truly her passion and the light that has been light inside her ever since she’s been going to this gym in something we’ve never experienced with her before. Cheer skills isn’t just some gym that just goes through the motions with your kid. They push you, encourage you to do the things your kids think they may never accomplish. They help these kids reach every single goal beyond that!! I would recommend this facility to anyone and everyone. Coach Jamie and Coach Dustin are absolutely amazing and believe in these kids so much. They do everything in a positive way and never make these kids feel like they are less or can’t accomplish there goals!!! We love cheer skills and everything they do!! <3

This is a great gym. They are so determined to help your child improve their skills at a fast rate. They are great at communication with your child and making them feel comfortable. My daughter went to two group classes and already has her round off back handspring. All the coaches are great and Jamie the owner is always quick with responses to any questions or concerns you have!

My daughter learns a new skill EVERY time she attends a Cheer Skillz class! I appreciate that every coach at Cheer Skillz takes an individual approach with each student to help the student learn the execution of the skill....instead of insisting that everyone excel at the same pace. So, my daughter doesn’t feel behind or held back! The coaches literally get down on the kids’ level to talk WITH them and not AT them! The coaches are firm and no nonsense, knowledgeable and thorough in a caring and encouraging way. In just five classes, my daughter went from a back bend to a round-off, triple back flip combination! Oh! And they don’t put each kid in a box, like you are a flyer, you’re a base, spotter, etc (is there an et cetera position?!) They have them do all of the spots, which teaches and emphasizes that it’s the team working as a team that makes them all successful! Andddd, I appreciate how the kids encourage and cheer each other on during class! Plus, the new CSA practice wear is functional while being super cute! All of this, affordably and flexible...that’s not a pun. Coach Jamie works with you to get your child in the right class for them at the best time for you, the chauffeur/parent/guardian.

We have had my younger sister and cousin attending cheer skills for 3-4 months now. The kiddos LOVE it and Jamie! Coach Dustin is amazing with the kiddos as well!! They are always excited each week to go and have never had anything to complain about. They both have learned so much so quickly it amazes us! We love cheer skills and recommend it 100%!!

Cheer Skillz is an Amazing gym. My daughter has been cheering for 5 years and even in the small amount of time we have come to Cheer Skillz she has improved so much. The coaches are encouraging but tuff, they teach the right way to do tumbling. After each tumbling pass they tell my daughter what she needs to correct so that her tumbling skills will be flawless. They push her to be a better cheerleader and they tell her she can do anything she sets her mind to. I also love the foundation they are setting for these kids. This has been the first gym we have been to where the kids in the class are cheering each other on when it’s not their turn! They are giving each other high fives and encouraging each other before each pass. I have respect and love for each and every coach at this gym. I am excited to see what my daughters cheer future will be with these wonderful coaches behind her. Go take a class and see for yourself!

We tried Cheer Skillz a few months ago when it was opening up the new location. The trial class didn’t go real smooth, I was contacted that night by the owner, Jamie. She apologized and offered for us to come back once she was staffed with the right people. We gave it a month or two and tried again and my daughter fell in love. Each class is ran with multiple coaches so that the girls are getting what they need. When I felt that my daughter needed to be challenged a little more, Jamie heard me out and moved her to a class to meet her needs and push her a little harder. We are super happy with with knowledge, professionalism and dedication of Cheer Skillz!

This is the third gym we have gone to for gymnastics for my girls, and it is by far the best. We have seen so much progress! They master skills quickly and safely because the coaches are so good. We went for the TMS pre-cheer tryout clinic. Very happy with results. My daughter learned a lot. Jamie is not just a person who knows how to tumble. She led the girls through routines, watched them practice and perform, gave them pointers and individual coaching. So happy she is here in Taylor!
