Love this place. I really enjoy that both of my girls (3 years & 4 years) can go to their individual classes at the same time. Very convenient. Only feedback is to some of the younger instructors; please have more patience and be kind to kids just starting out.

My daughter had her 9th birthday here! The staff was impeccable. The gym is welcoming and ready to go for you once you arrive. The staff will help you set up. They are all just so wonderful and my kids had a blast! Thank you again to everyone at the gym for making this experience one to remember for a lifetime!

We had my son’s 2nd birthday here this past weekend and could not have had more fun! I was worried about how it would turn out because we had SUCH a small group due to the sick/flu season taking out a bunch of invited guests, so we only had 4 kiddos. The kiddos and all of the parents had SO much fun running around together. The owners had set out a ton of fun squishy equipment and let us have full range of the rest of the equipment in the gym. They also provided music and help us set up/clean up. Not to mention, the price of a party here was great!

My toddler and I had also started the Mom and and Me gymnastics class a few weeks prior. We love coming here!

Not to be dramatic but my foot was hurting really bad when I was tumbling so I try to tell my coach (Coach Lisa ) she said “ stop trying to make up excuses “ but it really hurt so I got me a ice pack l was crying from anxiety my friend trying to help me out but she said for them to go away. And I have bin going there for 7yr!! Also, another time there was a mat on the beam that I was NOT used to so I took it off so she did not let me on the next event someone ask why I was not going on the next event and she said it loud and proud, but not in a good way she literally told everybody and she did not have a good attitude. She was really really rude. all she is doing is picking favorites my friend was going to go but now I will tell her that she doesn’t want to go there because of all of that (am ten).

We love Classic Gymnastics! The owners are extremely kind, fun, and practical in their business practices and teaching methods. I am a teacher and I more than trust this facility with my own kiddos. We have done open gym and classes and have loved all of them!

We took our 4 year old daughter here based on the positive experience at open gym. Upon arrival for our first class, we were told to “go over by the climbing rope and your teacher will find you.” No welcome, no hello and no further instruction. She went out with the teacher and they started doing stretches and she somehow ended up doing the splits which scared her and made her hesitant to go continue with the class. My husband and I encouraged her and she participated again toward the end. We arrived for the second class and she was again hesitant to participate. We were told that if she didn’t participate in the first 15 mins we would have to leave. She is 4 and we paid for a full class… and there was only one other child in her class. If they’re going to have toddler classes they need teachers that are appropriately supportive and encouraging of toddlers. We won’t be going back.

Unprofessional at front desk, no communication skills. It’s unfortunate that there are good teachers at this school but are obstructed by the bad. Please get better teachers for the pre school class, as you are dealing with small children you should have experience with them first so you know what you’re going into instead of getting frustrated due to lack of experience and maturity.

Very unprofessional gym, the older lady at the front desk is extremely rude and has no professionalism what so ever, when my daughter was struck by another child and I wanted it addressed she put her hands up in a shrug and said "I don't know what you want me to do". Some of the teachers are young adults who are in high-school or just graduated and have no social skills, my youngest was in the preschool class and when she was injured during the class, she stepped out to rest and when she was ready to go back in the young lady didn't let her due to her not "listening" even though she was sitting out for half the class to rest, she informed us that if she let her back in it that she would be a bad example for the rest of the class, the class is filled with 3 and 4 year old's, the poor girl just didn't know how to control the class and chose to single out my daughter. We were at this gym for a year it's terrible that we have to find a new location.

We attended a birthday party here today and my toddler had SO much fun I even looked up when the gym itself offered toddler time and was bummed to find out it's during the work day.

Overall the place is huge, I would guess about 30 kids were at the party today. Tons of different things to climb and jump on.

My daughters have went to the school off and on for about five years. We even had birthday parties here. It’s fun and the owners are great ladies. Lots of opportunities if you want to get into gymnastics and get better at it. Definitely recommend the school.

The owner of this gym is very unprofessional. I came here for a gymnastics competition, and the owner went to the judges and changed my daughters score because she was upset with her girls scores. My daughter's score was already posted and we were already on the next event but because she was hosting the event she had my daughters score changed and she was kicked off the podium and took away her gold medal. I will never go back to this gym. If I could rate this gym a zero I would.

Called to get my daughter signed up for a month, while we were visiting my mom and whoever answered the phone sounded annoyed at my questions and sighed and said “can I call you back,” and after I told her I would find somewhere else, because I didn’t want to be a burden - she slammed the phone and hung up.

Scheduled a trial class over the phone, I received an email to schedule a time. Once we were there we were not greeted by anyone. My wife had to go looking for someone to let them know we were there for the trial class. And when she found someone they just said send your child to the far back corner of the build that was out of sight from the viewing area. After class we did not meet with anyone to discuss my daughter's performance or possibly signing up. I don't know if she was good or bad because we could not see, and we did not get any feedback from anyone.

I've been taking my two children, 1 girl 1 boy, since this summer. The teachers are great! Open gym days on Saturday are the best. 2 hours of fun and games lead by the teachers. I would definitely recommend this gym. It's in an old movie theater with tons of space. They have ninja warrior classes!

I called today to request return of over payment from services never rendered from last year. These ladies came in hot when they noticed it had been a year since I paid. If I haven't used services in a year, that's pretty solid proof I'm not going to and your business should return the money. Sharon offered application towards services, which I respectfully declined. Lisa got on the line and chastised me for waiting a year, which is none of her business. I was calm, I was nice, I was understanding of how COVID is impacting them, but Lisa straight up refused to give my money back because 1) she doesn't have it and 2) more importantly, I waited too long to request it and she's just not giving it back. I said I would wait until income is more stable, but she she was clearly disgruntled from the start and refused to work with me. She admitted there is not a no-return policy. Classic Gymnastics has no legal standing to keep my money. That is dishonest, unethical, and downright theft. Lisa even admitted to me they are running an unethical business. So there you have it folks. Attached is the follow up email I sent.

DEFINITELY switching gyms. The tumbling instructor is GREAT but other than him I feel as if everyone in this facility has a rude and uptight attitude, especially the older front desk lady. I had to switch times due to my schedule, I called and she was beyond rude and gave me ugly responses because she had to pay the instructor to come again at 7. Excuse me but this is your job and as long as I’m paying you guys it’s shouldn't be a problem that I’m switching times! ESPECIALLY when it’s a time that they offer!! Even when the instructor told me it was okay! If it was going to be a problem that I switched my times because she didn’t want to pay the instructor twice then maybe they should only offer one class per day instead of 2!!! She ruined my experience and I won’t be returning!
