Our daughter has a lot of anxiety and we were worried how a competitive cheer program would be for her. However, when she kept asking to try we found Club Cheer Jags and it’s been wonderful for her. She loves practicing her tumbling skills and her team practices. She works hard for her coaches because she respects them. She just completed her first competition and was so proud of herself! I’m very happy with how Coach Shannon runs the gym and her expectations of both the girls and their parents.

Coach Shannon and her team are the only people I would trust with the cheer and tumbling Coaching of my kids. Shannon will be able to pull tumbling skills and natural athleticism from your children faster than anyone you’ve ever seen and you will see authentic self-esteem begin to build and improve in your child. She is the gold standard in cheer and tumbling coaching.

My 2 daughters have been a part of the CCJags family for almost 5 years. My youngest daughter deals with selective mutism but began talking and became more verbal because of our cheer family. My oldest daughter has reached each goal she set with herself and our coach. I prayed for a place for my daughters to go to and ClubCheerJags was answered prayer. The CheerMoms/Dads go above and beyond to help parents who just can’t be there like myself. I was recently rediagnosed and Coach Shannon started a meal train for me and continually prays for me. She works hard for our girls and we moms/dads who’ve stuck it out through whatever have received the fruit of it. My daughters and I have life long friendships and will always be a part of CCJags family 🐾

My 2 girls have been attending this gym for almost 4 years and we are very happy. The professionalism is amazing, Coach Shannon takes her time with them and has high expectations. So they are always sharp and we’ll mannered. We Stand out from other gyms. But what has really kept us there is the fact that we came in as strangers and we are now family. The girls are all close and even the parents. We love where we are and have no intentions on leaving. I highly recommend this gym to anyone looking.

One of the best cheer/tumbling coaches I’ve come across in my time around cheer (23 years!). If you’re looking for fru-fru bippity-bot stuff, though, this is NOT the place for you. Coach Shannon is tough and fair, and will challenge your daughter/son to succeed well beyond what they (and you) thought they could. Shannon is an outstanding coach and knows what she’s doing—that’s why her squad is one of the best in the nation. No, not paid to write this, nor am I family or a personal friend 🤣. IJS

My kiddo has been at CCJ for 3 years but I’ve been with Coach Shannon since the very start of her coaching career. I’ve seen Coach Shannon grow from a young coach fresh out of high school to the powerhouse she is today. You can read a million reviews about how amazing this gym is but I’m going to instead give you some facts:
1) this is a D2 facility if you are not aware of what that means before you join Cheer I would suggest joining a few competitive cheer groups on FB to get a clear idea of different types of competitive programs. D2 teams tend to be smaller and compete at both small and large competitions. Young teams will typically compete at smaller comps only in order to gain the needed practice to prepare for the big leagues.
2) Cheer is expensive, SUPER, expensive. Competitive cheer even more so. In addition to tuition, competition fees, and travel expect to spend an additional $50/month on incidentals. You can not compare competitive cheer to Pop Warner for example, this is not the same.
3) A coach is not your friend. Football, dance, cheer no matter they are going to yell at you sometimes, they are going to push you, they are not always going to be kind. It is your job to be your kids friend, not the coach’s.

This gym has been a god send to my family. My kids are going on their 7th season here and really have come to understand what a team should be as well as an extended family. I have 3 kids that cheer with Shannon and have come a very very long way. I would highly recommend this gym for anyone looking to further their skills or even those just beginning the sport of cheerleading. Coach Shannon is an amazing person who treats all the kids with respect and has amazing patience. She always wants the best for the kids win or lose.

Great gym, been with this team for 11 years!! If I could put 100 stars on this review I would, but SADLY i don’t have three accounts ! Only positive vibes run through this gym.... All athletes are welcoming especially Coach Shannon, she is passionate about her work and will never give up on her athletes. We try to keep ANY negativity out, so all athletes do their best !

My daughter as well as my grandchildren have been apart of the Club Cheer Family for about 7 years. I refer to it as a family because that is truly the culture of the gym. The Coach treats each athlete as if they were her own child. My child has made so much progress not only in her tumbling and cheer abilities but more importantly in her self confidence. She was a very shy child but you would not be able to tell that now. The prices are also very reasonable compared to some of the larger programs. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a faith and family oriented place for their athlete to grow.

We were a part of the program for our first season and were highly dissatisfied. My daughter only worked on her cartwheel and forward roll the entire season despite having both skills learned. Instead of advancing to the next skill level she was forced to be stagnant. The children's skill level and well being is not of the upmost importance in this program. Additionally, my child attended 5 competitions with her hair styled in the same manner. It wasn't until after she was unfortunately forced to sit out due to health reasons did the head coach decide her hair was unacceptable. The coach never addressed her concerns with me and never asked me to restyle my daughter's hair, she instead pulled my daughters hair while roughly "fixing" it at the fourth competition. Despite my daughter saying owe, the coach continued to pull (she is not tender headed). At the fifth competition when my daughter requested the coach not touch her hair, instead of listening, the coach pulled her hair again while my daughter was trying to move away. There are other instances which prove the children's well being is not a priority within this program and cumulatively along with the treatment of my daughter produced a 1 star review and my decision not to refer individuals to this program.

If i could leave a zero star review i would have. The gym owner lacks the basic customer service skills required to run a business. She's rude and shows favoritism. The gym guidelines/contract requires members to only provide good reviews, so hence the positive reviews left. Once you provide your opinion the owner will get upset and retaliate against your child(ren). The owner is only concerned with making money and not the actual skill level of the athletes. The only reason the gym has awards to show is because the owner selects small competitions where they are the only entry in the category group, so by default club cheer "wins".
