I am extremely disappointed with how rigid management and ownership have been lately. I’ve been a member here for over three years and I absolutely love some of the instructors at this studio. With over 225 classes, I am a more advanced student and unfortunately there are a limited number of level 2 or 2.5 classes available. Often times I end up being on a waitlist for the more advanced classes. I have now had an unfortunate situation where I had a credit go to waste twice because the management is not willing to be flexible with rolling a credit over. I was on the waitlist for a level 2 or 2.5 so one of my credits was being held for my spot on the waitlist. After continuously checking the status, I was not able to get into the class off the waitlist and since it was the last day of my membership cycle I just lost the credit. When I contacted the studio to explain the situation and ask if they could extend that one credit so I could use it the following couple of days, they are not flexible at all and basically say tough luck. So the credit goes to waste. Essentially $25 down the drain because I was trying to save it for a class that challenges me instead of using it for a lower level class that at this point doesn’t feel like a good use of my time. It’s disheartening that they are ok with taking advantage of their members in this way and have absolutely no regard for customer satisfaction. It’s no wonder their google rating continues to drop. It makes me strongly consider canceling my membership and looking elsewhere. They either need to provide more advanced classes or allow some flexibility in this type of situation. When I’ve shared this feedback in the past, I got a snarky voicemail from the manager rehashing their no rollover policy instead of expressing understanding and allowing me to use the credit the next day.

The classes are awesome and so are the instructors and the environment BUT the way club pilates does their pricing doesn’t work as a consumer unless you’re able to commit to a regular schedule. And the schedule for specific classes are rigid (ie there may only be 2 classes a week at your level that you can attend). I bought a 10 pack and was only able to use 5 so the classes cost me $50 a piece. Can’t say they were worth that and the alternative is to pay an entry fee and commit to three months (where you have to give 30 days notice to cancel before paying for a fourth month). I would love this place and attend more often if it didn’t feel like the pricing was all or nothing.

This is based on taking a few classes with I believe two instructors at level 1.5. Unfortunately this just wasn’t up to par for me as far as advanced pilates training. The male trainer gives robust and unnessary verbal instructions, doesn't allow music because of so much instruction and I find it really takes away from being present and with the experience. His teaching leans more towards yoga than pilates, not what I am paying for. Ideally, Level 1.5 should prepare students for level 2, however I never experienced any advanced moves in these classes. I’ve been to quite a few other Pilates studios across the city and in other cities, and found far better instructors at other locations. I’m guessing that is why it’s so easy to book same day classes at this location, which is ideal for my schedule. I wish they had more variety with their moves at level 1.5 and I perhaps something to note the male teacher as being a VERY different pilates experience. I would like to try other instructors, but my schedule doesn't always allow.

I go to this studio literally everyday. I’m giving the studio this rating because of management- NOT the fabulous instructors. Management knew for months that one of the instructors was leaving and instead of replacing her with an equally experienced person that could continue teaching the advanced classes, they put in an apprentice. When I complained I was told there is no plan to fix this and they want people to learn on the job. Again, not the apprentice’s fault, but I don’t pay $200/mo for anything but the best.

The instructors at Pilates Club East are all very experienced, as is easily seen by reading their bio’s on the Pilates Club app, and based on my experience attending classes with Ala, Keeley, Eric, Veniese, Sara and Annalise over the last ten months. Their styles of instructing varies and they each change up their workouts from class to class. The variety keeps it interesting and provides a well rounded workout. I go about 3 x’s a week and do two flow classes and one cardio. I do have favorite instructors, but find them all more then competent.
Based on previous reviews, I’m guessing that before I started going there either their website lacked bio’s or they had less experienced instructors. That’s not the case now. It’s a relatively new business and perhaps there were some growing pains.
Both Beth and Marcus, who work up front, are very helpful.
A pro tip is that they are currently offering a discount on the class price for purchasing multiple classes, but the discounted price isn’t shown on the app, you need to either buy it at the studio or call them and buy it over the phone.

As a 76-year-old woman, I am so thankful for having discovered Club Pilates a couple of years ago as it's kept me going strong and feeling great. Keeley and Veniese, especially, have been fantastic instructors - so knowledgeable and so helpful and kind, always showing me modifications, when necessary, to accommodate my limitations and for making sure I am doing the exercises properly. Their classes never get boring - there's always something new and challenging.

I’ve been a regular at Club Pilates East for over two years now, and I can honestly say they are absolutely exceptional! The instructors, especially Keeley (shout-out to her!), are not only incredibly knowledgeable but also kind, patient, and motivating. They always ensure that each class is both challenging and accessible, offering modifications to suit any level of experience.
The studio itself is stunning—bright, clean, and incredibly welcoming. The intimate class sizes allow for personalized attention, and I always leave feeling both challenged and accomplished. What truly sets Club Pilates East apart, however, is the amazing sense of community. Everyone, from the instructors to the fellow clients, is supportive and friendly, creating a positive and encouraging environment.
Pilates has made such a positive impact on my body, and the mental clarity I feel after every class is something I can’t get anywhere else. If you’re looking to improve your fitness, connect with a fantastic community, and see real results, this is the place to be!

Instructors are extremely boring, not motivating and very rude. Seems like the classes are meant for a nursing home.
Only reason I’m writing this review though is because I was asked to leave 15 minutes into class for having the wrong socks or i had to pay $30 for a pair. I also had to continue paying for the class. If the instructor hadn’t been so rude I would’ve considered it but wow who wants a nasty workout instructor?
I have taken many barre, Pilates, TRX, and lagree classes with regular socks before no problem! Won’t be back and won’t be recommending to anyone in the future. Plenty of other great kind motivating studios in the area

I have really enjoyed taking classes here! Jessica, Keely, Kassi and Amber are Awesome! I always feel so limber and happy when I leave! The Center and Balance class is my absolute favorite stretching experience EVER!
My body is truly transforming! I cannot recommend Jessica’s 1.5 class enough 😁
When I saw a review complaining about lack of cardio vascular intensity I was Confused.Pilates is generally about tightening of the core and using and refining smaller muscle groups for a more ‘lean’ muscle. The movements are about precision, form, breath and proper alignment. If you are rushing through the movements I’m sure it won’t amount to much but when done at the instructors guidance and you follow their cues you get quite the burn! 🔥
Management is also really nice! When I traveled a for a few months and needed to “pause” my membership the manager did so with no issue. He even resumed my membership same day when I returned! I really appreciated this!

Manager Marcus is FANTASTIC, efficient and hospitable. Also, Beth at the front desk is lovely and takes the time to get to know clients. I’ve had a fabulous experience with this location. Teachers are amazing and always offer alternatives for those with injuries. Classes are fun and I feel sore some days afterwards. 10/10 experience!

Joined a few months ago, after many years of inactivity and new to pilates. I have really enjoyed learning this form of physical activity. There are multiple types of memberships available. The facility is kept clean and orderly. The receptionists are always friendly; Most of the instructors are non judgmental & welcoming. I wish there were more classes in the late evenings, but I get supply/demand.

I'm an avid lover of pilates and the classes offered here are super low key like they did not raise my heart rate up at all. TBH I think its for a more elderly crowd which is great but so very light weight and not a good fit for people who are more active or trying to get a workout. When I was there I would try to test into the "Higher Level Classes" and they had no info on how to do that for MONTHS!!!... I kept asking and it got to the point where I sent an email being like ok tell me how to do this or I'm cancelling cuz you guys are WAISTING MY TIME. Then they were continually rude to me after that when I would show up for classes - which continued to be a waist of time & not a real workout... Also they were an absolute nightmare when I tried to cancel my membership. They were like oh you missed the requirement by 1 day so you have to pay for 2 more months. So I successfully got a chargeback on the charge for the 2nd month. AND THEN THEY LEGITIMATELY THREATENED ME = "We recently received a chargeback on your account. Please reach out to our studio to resolve the payment in the next five days to avoid the late fee and chargeback fee. Failure to make a payment in a timely manner may result in additional fees and possibly be sent to collections. " Its like um delete my card info and I havent been to your studio in over 3 months!!!!!!!!!!!!! ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I really like the studio itself and the workouts offered as well as the instructors but the smell the studio has is hard to ignore. It's surprising as well since the studio is so clean. I don't mean to offend anyone with this, just hope maybe something could be done about it!

It’s just not a supportive or welcoming environment. I often just left sad. Their contract also locks you into a 3 month minimum and requires at least 30 days notice to cancel before you’re reenrolled, so beware.

Instructor said he would stop touching me throughout the session, yet, he continued to do so until the very end.
He singled me out, verbally and loudly, in front of the class 3 times.
Asking, “If I meant to be here” after I dropped my rope.
He pressed, “I will not manhandle you” in front of the entire class very loudly. When I happen to have stronger legs and was genuinely trying to follow his form instructions.
His instructions were written like a novel and were tough to understand.
I tried to talk to him after class, and he felt no remorse for singling me out multiple times and did not hold back letting me know I was a burden in the class.
He kept holding his watch during my very short minute to express how uncomfortable he made me.
Does not value the individual and will not consider different experiences.
I am saddened by this experience. I am bummed I did not here from your office team as I reached out and was told there would be a callback.

Back in March I was looking to add variety to my workouts and booked a few CP Reformer Flow 1 classes with Veniese. She's very good. Great communicator! Learned something new each class. I eventually signed up for the three month plan (four classes per month). It's a good idea to check-in early so you can get a good spot.

Agree with the review from Bobby below. While I thought the workout itself was great, I felt like I was inconveniencing the front desk staff and instructor just by being there. After the class I overheard the instructor sarcastically saying to someone, “I get to teach 7 classes today…yay, so fun…”. Also left sad and will not be returning.

Great class but BEWARE this location lied to me. They claimed there was no nationwide unlimited pass but then I went to another location and there is ($250 unlimited nationwide). The compensation structure must be less if u aren't on their local pass so they will tell you it's not an option when it actually is. Very deceptive.

I originally started as a customer and very quickly fell in love with the studio, the attention to detail and the staff that I started working for Club Pilates. Molly, the owner, is beyond sweet and helpful in learning the in's and outs of the studio. Amy , Rollingwood Manager, is the bee's knee's, she is so helpful, happy and gives you the space to learn. I love what I am learning her not only as a customer but also as an employee.

Loooove these classes. I went from “ok once in a while” to “can I do this everyday?”. The teachers are great and the space is nice and clean. It’s been a wonderful way to start my day and a low impact way to strengthen my body. I highly recommend taking a free class and trying for yourself.

I have been going here for about 4 months now and absolutely LOVE! I live, breathe and die for Club Pilates. They have such a great array of class types and times during the entire day. T teachers are SUPER knowledgeable and hands on if you want them to be. They really strive for continual breathing and form/posture technique which I love and have truly progressed in my pilates practices over the last few months. High recommend and location could not be any better for East Austin!

First of all, I highly recommend Pilates for a number of reasons- flexibility, strength, posture, digestion and many others. Secondly, I highly recommend not just any studio, but Club Pilates. Their instructors teach very thoroughly and are all very nice and informative. Another perk is they have locations all over Texas, ranging from Tyler to Waco, Austin and the surrounding areas, as well as Houston and greater Houston.

I started my pilates journey w this studio when they opened in January, its been a super great experience, I have learned a lot! The instructors all bring a different vibe to class and it's been my experience that they will offer a lot of feedback on form, which has helped me tremendously. I was inspired to write this bc I checked out a different studio today and not only was it way more expensive, but the instructor was basically silent between giving exercises, and I noticed a couple of the women (and probably even me!), could have used some form feedback...I mean there was only 4 of us. I digress, but it gave me a lot of appreciation for this studio and I look forward to returning.
