Club Pilates has been incredibly healing for me. I’ve dealt with back and joint issues, and returning to this kind of movement has made a huge difference in my well-being. I taught yoga and Pilates for 20 years in my younger days, and now I take classes purely for my own health. I especially love the reformer—it’s gentle yet powerful. Harrison is my favorite instructor. She’s straightforward, clear, and has a way of guiding the class that really resonates with me. I only wish she taught more often!

I’ve been going to Club Pilates William Cannon for 6 months now, and it’s been the best form of self-care. The instructors are knowledgeable, motivating, and truly care about your progress. The community is welcoming and supportive, and I always leave class feeling more relaxed and strong. It’s also helped ease my hip, knee, and foot issues—highly recommend!

I've been a member of Club Pilates William Cannon for several months now and can say in full honesty this is the only group exercise program I've consistently been excited about & looked forward to attending. I'm inspired by my weekly class taught by Candiss and always eager to improve/learn more.

I signed up 2 weeks ago and was able to get 4 classes in. There was a waitlist for every class I signed up for AND I got into ALL of them! I’m so happy I found a great studio with affordable prices.

I have really enjoyed my experience so far! I started back in January and this is the only exercise routine I've stuck with for a long time. I have bad joint and back issues so some workout classes leave me feeling worse than before. With Pilates on the reformer I get my body moving and feel good afterwards. They highly encourage adapting some of the movements to your body as well instead of forcing you to do what everyone else does and I really appreciate that reminder. Some of the classes can be repetitive (which I like because I like routines but understand why others may get bored by this) and don't switch it up often. I also agree with some of the other reviews that it can be difficult to get signed up for classes that work with your schedule or reasonable times. I'm an event coordinator so my schedule is all over the place and the flexibility of scheduling helps me out. But if you only have one time of week you can go i would recommend finding a different studio where you can be more consistent with time. Harrison is my favorite instructor! I highly recommend taking classes with her. But all instructors I've tried have been good- all just a bit different and based on your own tastes in workout styles.

I absolutely love my experience here. I couldn’t have it any other way. Having done Pilates for 5+ years now, I’ve had my fair share of good and bad studios - this one has been nothing but good to me. I love the culture, community and cleanliness of the studio. The staff has been so helpful and friendly. I really enjoyed Harrison’s class on Center and Balance. I strained my knee not too long ago & I’m grateful to have options specifically designed for recovery. I’ve never felt better since doing Pilates. I feel refreshed and reenergized anytime I leave a class. I 10/10 recommend coming here if you’re looking to start and be a part of a fantastic community!!

Signed my girlfriend up for the 8 classes a month package, assuming she’d use them pretty easily as she goes to the gym as well. Little did we know that you must book 2-3 weeks in advance to get any classes at reasonable times. There are WAY too many people signed up here to be supported or provided for. When we signed up they told us we must do 3 months minimum, so we did and instantly regretted it. Then when it came time to make sure that our membership didn’t renew, they told us 2 weeks notice wasn’t enough, and we must pay for another month. The sweet girl at the front said a manager would call us and help us out, which we loved to hear, but from the first sentence on the phone call we got later that afternoon she was short, rude, and dismissive. The classes were lackadaisical according to my girlfriend, catered to older women, and not worth the money even when she could manage to get into a class. Truly thought what should be an upbeat happy place would have treated us better. Disappointed.

Love the classes and staff here and SPM so much! I’m always sore after class and makes me keep wanting come back for more! Love the friendly environment. Not sure what going on with the bad reviews but I assume they didn’t submit their cancellation properly as they notify how to do so upon sign up which is give a 30 days notice signed form it’s not that hard. Signing up for classes is super easy and never had issues getting in even with being on the waitlist. These instructors are killer! Would recommend this to anyone!!

I tried to book private lessons for my wife and myself. They never called me. I even stopped by in person and was told I would get a call later that day. It didn't happen. They definitely have a management and training issue. I'm glad I went somewhere else before I paid to find out what other issues they have.

I have had positive experiences with Club Pilates, from the instructors, to the owner and the regional manager. I love how motivating and empowering the instructors are, I can't believe working out would be made that much fun. Definitely a warm and welcoming environment!

They don’t return calls. The app doesn’t work. It’s difficult to schedule classes. Boring workouts. (The teachers and owners are probably getting fleeced by this MLM company too) so not mad at them. Seems all getting ripped off together by the main company.
It smells bad, literally. We’re asked to wipe down equipment, but wonder if they don’t sanitize? It stinks like feet in there all the time.
This is the second worst reformer studio chain (the worst being pure Pilates campus) so it’s got that going for it.
PS cancel your membership way ahead of time. They say one month notice needed, give them an extra week or two.

After over a year of paying for my husband and I to attend classes, I cancelled our memberships due to a lack of customer service and care. We were unable to attend classes due to an injury and an unexpected death in the family. I called and emailed to explain the situation but was given different answers and not accommodated. They were going to have me pay another month after I notified them about our decision to cancel. They had to call cooperate to get approval for us to cancel due to a sudden death, ridiculous! Know what you’re getting into before signing up and expect to pay and lose credits even when you have an injury or death in the family. Do yourself a favor and checkout B Pilates down the road. Their customer service and classes are incredible!

I was looking forward to going to an intro class here, I’ve had to reschedule due to my kids nanny being injured I don’t have anyone to watch them at the moment to attend. I received a call this morning from a lady and I mentioned to her. I just didn’t have the time at the moment. Before I could she rudely interrupted me and said oh okay have a good day and you could hear the phone slam down.

Club Pilates has been the one workout I've consistently been able to keep up with. There is variety, the instructors are great - and more core strength has improved so much over the last 18 months!

Club Pilates has helped me regain my strength after breast cancer. I was able to choose the level of class that I could handle and started off at level 1’s. Now I’m fully recovered and doing level 2’s and my core has never been stronger! My only qualm is that sometimes the level 2’s feel like a 1.5. Regardless, I do recommend this studio!

I recently had a disappointing experience at Club Pilates that has left me quite frustrated. Despite being a seasoned Pilates practitioner who has attended several studios around the world, I was asked to leave in the middle of a class for wearing regular socks instead of grip socks. This was particularly upsetting because I've seen other clients in previous classes allowed to participate without grip socks, showing a clear inconsistency in policy enforcement.
The staff's approach was highly inconsiderate and inflexible. Being interrupted and asked to leave halfway through the session felt unnecessarily harsh and disruptive. Given my extensive experience in Pilates, I understand the importance of grip socks for safety and hygiene, but the lack of consistent enforcement and the abrupt manner in which the situation was handled were extremely disappointing.
I've never encountered such a rigid and unsympathetic approach at any other studio I've attended globally. A more consistent and considerate policy, along with better communication from the staff, would greatly enhance the experience for clients. This incident has unfortunately marred my impression of Club Pilates, despite its potential to be a great studio.

Routines/movements in classes are all the same every time. Very boring. Instructors are lazy with creating new class material especially in the Cardio classes. Zero upper body incorporates into cardio classes. It’s basically lazy jumping. I would only burn 100 calories per class and that was with me using heavy cables and my own arm weights and doing my own arm movements. I burn more calories on a brisk walk.
My last day there (before I cancelled) the instructor didn’t have a full class so she forced everyone to move from the reformers we were already configured at and reset ourselves up on reformers at the back of the room because she was too lazy to walk up and down the aisle of reformers (20 ft) to provide instructions. We had to be all smashed together in the back
Of the room to accommodate her laziness. I thought this was an exercise class?
I asked to cancel my membership while I had it paused. They charged me for another month after my membership was paused AND after I had asked to cancel and are refusing to refund me.

The fabulous instructors here are the reason I lost 20 pounds this summer! I appreciate the variety of classes and instructors in the early AM classes. Tori helps me stay balanced the first part of the week when I need restorative Pilates and Carli kicks my butt the second half. The variety of instructor styles is really fantastic—there’s something for everyone here.

I’ve been attending classes here for about a month and have had a great experience! I was new to reformer Pilates when I started and it has quickly become my favorite form of exercise. All of the instructors are great. The classes can be challenging, but they do a great job of tailoring it to your individual level. If you’ve been looking for a studio to join, this is it!

I have been in the fitness industry for many years having taken Pilates for over 20 years, practiced Yoga for 40 years and I've been teaching Yoga for 10 years here in Austin. Some of the best Pilates teachers I've practiced with are located right here at the William Cannon location - Tory, Dayle, Rachel, Eve and Carli Rose - all excellent instructors who share their Pilates knowledge in a safe and mindful way. To be honest, there is only one instructor whose class I avoid and that is not difficult to do because all the other teachers offer a very positive learning experience. Their studio is fresh and clean with a warm and welcoming front desk staff. A positive experience for both the beginner and advanced student!!!!!!

My wife begged me to try Pilates with her and then signed me up for 8 monthly sessions. I have struggled with lower back pain for years but can tell a huge difference in my core and back since starting around 3 months ago. The instructors are supportive and helpful. Everyone should give Pilates at Club Pilates William Cannon a try.
