I’ve been going to this Club Pilates studio for almost a year now, and I absolutely love it! I honestly wish I had signed up sooner. The vibes are always so positive — from the front desk team to the instructors and managers, everyone makes you feel welcomed and supported. Every class leaves me feeling stronger, refreshed, and in such a great mood. This place has truly become one of my happy places!

Before I needed to cancel my membership, I would’ve given this a five star rating but now that I need to for both financial and schedule reasons I’m giving this a two. When you first sign up, they require that you commit to a three month membership. I was fine with that and committed and now that I’m on my third month I need to cancel as I was going back to school and was strapped for money. I made sure to cancel within my three month membership and was told that there would be no fees. For reference I canceled on the 11th when I started my membership on the 15th. Today I was told that my membership still renewed for this month and they would not refund as I did not give a 30 day notice even though they said I could not cancel within my three month commitment. Because of the lack of clarity and me being told there was no fees, but now I have another membership month that I have paid for with classes that I was told “I hope you can attend because you have 4 credits” I am giving this a two star solely because the class instructors were really good and the classes were fun, but because of management and the lack of clarity they lose stars.

The front person Jasmin has a bizarre case of entitlement. My wife went in for her regular work out and then she has no care, nor class. My wife came back home very uncomfortable. I asked to give me the owners name and Jasmin said she does not know the owner. Complete trash operations and complete disregard to showing respect for the clients.

I was so unsure if pilates was right for me so I went in for a free 30 minute class this past Monday. I came out of the class still feeling very unsure but Harrison at the front desk was so wonderful and welcoming. Thank you Harrison for all of your help- I will be returning!

The cancellation policy is awful here. I got on a membership but didn’t use it a single time after starting it. I waited for the 3 month minimum and then called to cancel, to which they told me there’s a 30-day notice required and I’d be charged for a fourth month regardless of whether or not I use it. They called me to collect a payment and told me if I don’t pay it, they’re going to send it to collections and collections will tack on extra fees. It’s not worth your time, they just want to sell memberships and get extra money from you. I’d recommend going to a non-franchise Pilates studio instead.

I absolutely love taking classes with Maureen L! She is incredibly patient, kind, and brings such amazing energy to every session. Her positivity is contagious, and attending her classes always lifts my mood and makes my day. Highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great experience!

I started at this location as a new person to Pilates. I need a short period of time off from another medical problem. The staff made Pausing and pausing my membership so easy. Since being back on location, I am so pleased with the caliber of the classes. They know how to personalize everyone’s work out to be exactly what they need, but don’t walk. Come to Club Pilates.

This studio & these people are incredible. They embody the idea of women supporting women, body mind & soul. In words, in time, in thoughts & in action. I have been so blessed by Club Pilates The Colony & am so thankful to have found them!

I love this gym and the instructors. They are very friendly and very good at what they do. My favorite instructor is Amanda. :) Neha is always extremely helpful and friendly! The workouts are really good because you can choose from a light workouts to a harder workout and even modify if your body requires a lower workout that day. They also give you a good stretch at the end which is so helpful for my joints. I enjoy the mood lighting and music... I feel like I am working out in a Spa, being spoiled. :) I like the convenience of this location. You can get in and out pretty quickly. I would recommend!

Pros:
The studio and equipment are new and clean. There is an app to schedule classes and your time is respected, with classes starting and ending promptly. Nancy and Alexis are both great instructors who take pride in their programming.
Cons:
It is normal for classes to have a waiting list of 4-6 people. The studio only has 12 reformers...
The classes are NOT customizable to the individual's fitness/strength. Each class is geared towards a certain level of fitness (Level 1 = beginner, 1.5 = moderate, and 2.0 = highest level). If you have a very flexible schedule and can go to the level of class you need at any time of the day, great! If you're like me and can only go certain days and times, you might want to look at competitors in the area. Your fitness level may be at Club Pilates Level 1.5 or 2.0, but the only classes offered at the times you can attend are Level 1. They do NOT encourage you to add or take off springs (resistance) based on your own strength. In fact, I was told not to add springs as, "the class moves as one" - with everyone doing the same movement, at the same resistance, with no variation (unless you're injured). This is nuts; no two people are at the same level of strength, flexibility, or endurance.
The manager is not well versed in customer service and is often rude. She doesn't seem to realize we can hear her talking in the lobby while we are working out, as the dividing wall does not reach the ceiling.
Unfortunately, I'd encourage you to look elsewhere.

Very sadly, hard to book and not customizable for people who are experience in Pilates
