I love pilates & this Club Pilates studio. Micah is an Amazing Instructor!! She is engaging, thoughtful, educational, purposeful, and fun! Micah is the reason a class is beloved and why I am willing to travel out of my way to be in her Restore and Flow classes. She is the type of instructor who gives her all and truly wants you to soak up all the good!!

I booked this class through ClassPass and was excited to try a new studio, but unfortunately, my experience was disappointing. As a first-time visitor, I didn’t feel welcomed—the instructor didn’t introduce herself, ask our names, or make any effort to connect. I picked an advanced-level class, because I have previous experience on the reformer, and ClassPass allowed me to book it. However, the instructor made me feel like I didn’t belong there and didn’t even try to help during class or give good instruction. She was constantly on her phone not paying attention to us and the overall tone of the class felt uninviting and cold. I won’t be returning, but I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for others.

I absolutely love Club Pilates! I’ve been to all the McKinney locations and every single one has been such a welcoming, friendly space. The entire team is kind and supportive, and the environment always feels positive and uplifting.
All the instructors are amazing, but my favorites are definitely Laura, Rachel and Jamie! Their cues are clear, their energy is motivating, and they each bring something special to their classes that keeps me coming back. They’re attentive to form, always encouraging, and really make you feel seen no matter where you are in your journey.
As a runner, I honestly never thought Pilates would be something I’d fall in love with—but I’m completely hooked. It’s helped so much with the chronic low back and leg pain I’ve developed over the years. I feel stronger, more balanced and just better overall since starting my Pilates journey.
If you’re on the fence about trying it, just do it. Everyone is so welcoming and you’ll be surprised at how much your body (and mind) will thank you for it!

I enjoy this specific studio the most! Micah, Laura, Ashley and Rachel are all so amazing! They make sure you are doing it correctly. I have seen my body improve since joining and working my way to do multiple classes a day. I feel stronger, I sleep better, and losing inches!
The studio is always kept so clean and organized. Love the friendships I have made in here! ❤️

I just started Pilates in April and do love the workout. However, the problem I have with this studio are all of the charges you have if your schedule changes and you have to cancel out of a class. I am still charged a ridiculous fee even if the waitlist has someone move into my spot. On top of that, the waitlist doesn't really move people off even when there is an open spot. I work out with my daughter and she will still be waitlisted for a class I am in but rarely are classes full. I do the 1.5 classes and MOST of the time there is at least one reformer open, if not two although she doesn't make it off the waitlist. It is also ridiculous that they make you give several weeks advanced notice if you need to pause your membership. I had a surgery moved up so needed to pause my membership sooner and still had to pay for weeks that went unused. Classes are great but the rules in place are very frustrating. There is no reason to charge someone for canceling a class if the spot is filled by another member! You should also be able to pause your account when the need arises as well.

I love Club Pilates! The teachers are fantastic and it makes such a difference in how you feel. It's been just over 2 years since I joined as a way to deal with health issues and it's so amazing how much stronger I am now than when I started and how many things I can do now that weren't available to me 2 years ago.

I started going to Club Pilates at West McKinney in August of 2022 and I just completed my 300th class yesterday! I always hated working out and never thought I would find something that I truly love, but I LOVE Pilates now and it is because of the amazing instructors, manager and staff at Club Pilates West McKinney. They meet you where you are at and encourage you and motivate you to accomplish more than you ever thought possible. Thank you all for helping me to love working out for the 1st time in my life and I’m now 50 and in the best shape I have been since my 20s!

Club Pilates South McKinney always makes my day better. Rachel’s jump classes are so much fun, hard & always challenging. Rachel rocks it every time. Micah, our local Disney princess, makes every class challenging, too.
So glad I discovered Pilates last August when I wanted a different workout that I hadn’t tried before. Pilates shortened my recovery time after my hip replacement. It combines all that I love about yoga, dance, bar classes, aerobics, TRX, core, balance & stretching all in one place. So glad I took that leap and tried something new that I can continue for years to come! 😅

I absolutely love this place. I started coming here about 2 years ago, due to lower back pain. Pilates became my pain management method. As I got stronger, I got over confident and did something really stupid while gardening and needed emergency back surgery. Once I could, I was back doing pilates and it has been a real life changing experience. I now go on a daily basis. I am so much stronger and can see it all in my life. The staff here are amazing. I do not want tosingle anyone out, since they they all are so amazing. The different styles of each person and the different classes, makes going every day a joy. I never get bored.

Love love love this studio! Of all the club pilates studios this is my favorite. I take classes here 5 days a week. The instructors know their stuff and give easy to follow directions. I started out almost 2 years ago having never taken a pilates class before and they helped me so much, with hands on assistance and modifications until I was strong enough to do all the moves. Each class is unique and we do new stuff all the time so it doesn’t get boring. I take classes regularly with Micah, Rachel, and Holly but I've taken classes with Jennifer, Michelle, Whitney, Desiree… the list could go on. Ive never had a bad experience with any of them. Management and staff are great and keep the studio well maintained, and help it feel like a true community. I genuinely enjoy having little chit chats outside of class with them and coming to the studio almost every day.

It was easy to start and I have stuck with this workout regimen longer than anything else I've tried. It's challenging but not impossible. It's varied enough to be interesting, but not so much that you're confused. The instructors and staff are kind and friendly.
What I appreciate most is that there is room for modification for just about every exercise and feedback on how to make it more challenging when you're ready. And I finally learned the perfect form for a plank!

I've been a member at Club Pilates for over three years. I really enjoy all the instructors and variety of classes. They offer many classes a week so it's convenient to fit into any schedule. Also, Pilates is for any body and any skill level. It's a great group here.

Disappointed….
It is a nice location, good and new equipments. Besides that:
Teachers: I had classes with 6 different coaches and 3 were really good.
Membership: if you dont get the unlimited the classes management is a nightmare! You can only book your classes within the billing window, so if your billing falls at 27th of the month, you cannot book any class after this day (even if there are 3 days left of the month) and even if you have credits! You get limited on how to use your credits and gets hard to match your calendar with their availability. I loss 3 classes because of this, so, lost money :(
Also, you cannot book any class until you have new credits, what happened: I always lose at least 1 entire week of classes, because when I finally got my credits the first week was always fully booked :(
Upgrade: quite impossible to upgrade the level! I do Pilates for years, and I told the several times. As there are 12 people per class, you are 1 one more there. No one really cares about your development. I wanted to upgrade but they disnt let me without making private classes which would cost me almost $100 per class!!

I LOVE THIS STUDIO!!! The staff is so very friendly and helpful. The instructors make sure they teach you accommodations for hurt areas of your body.
I’ve been coming here for almost 3 years and I’m stronger, more flexible, and found muscles I didn’t know I had.
Pilates is a full body workout and you control your own pace. This is what I love most about this studio. There is no judgement and everyone makes you feel like you’re part of the family!!!

Love this place!! It is the continuation of PR after total knee replacement. My knee is straighter after every class and my hips feel so much better. I used to do boxing, and I sweat and feel just as sore sometimes in Pilates classes. Awesome people work here, too.

I was excited to try this place out as I heard from some friends this is a great workout. I booked for a class on July 30th at 9am-10am and paid $35 for it. I received my receipt and took a picture for the class I scheduled.I did not even glance at an intro class as I was joining my friends. On the 29th of July, I received a text stating to be ready, sign the waiver, and that my intro class started at 1pm. It was completely different from what I had booked. I called the place they did not respond, so I left a voicemail.
I then had one rep contact me and I restated the issue as I am sure they could fix it. The rep explained to me that they saw the class but were not sure what schedule to place me in as they assumed it was my first time. They took the initiative to put me in an introduction class at 1pm. She then proceeded to inform me that she could put me on the waitlist for the class I requested. I asked for a refund since that did not fall on me. She stated no refunds can be made and that I canceled it so it would be a credit for another visit. I was baffled as I was the one who scheduled it correctly and they decided to confuse themselves. Anywho, all I mentioned to her is I would contact my bank to deal with this as this was bad service.
*Update*
The same rep ( forgot name) contacted me back and stated it was an error on her part. She did not know how she did such mistake as intro classes are free. She then proceeded to say she had refunded me already and if I wanted to still attend the class I could but she doubts I would want to. Which she was right.
Moral of the story take accountability from the beginning instead of waiting for a customer to ask for assistance elsewhere to fix the issue. Hopefully the rep can be trained and not become defensive on her own errors and show emphatic behavior for an effortless experience.

I just signed up yesterday after trying out their intro class, Everything was great. I just wish they tell us in advance or show their class schedule before helping everyone purchase the package. After signing up, Most of their leftover class s work with my work schedules. If you sign up for 8 classes a month which is the cheapest one, you can’t book your class way in advance, unlike another expensive package. With the 8 classes a month, if those classes were booked, You will need to wait on their waitlist & this is not a guarantee if you can book the schedule that wanted to. PLEASE MAKE SURE ASK INFO TO SEE THEIR WAITLIST ON THE APP BEFORE YOU SIGN UP.
