I used to really like coming to this gym but unfortunately I’ve had very disappointing experiences the last several times I’ve come. The bathrooms and women’s locker room are not clean. The women’s section most of the time has weights thrown around everywhere. I understand this is partially not managements fault, but a sign reminding people to rerack their weights would be helpful. Many times a lot of the machines/ equipment are out of service or limited and you’re constantly having to wait for the previous person to finish their workout. I found HUGE cockroaches in the women’s section as I was working out that cut my workout short. I’ve already let management know via telephone but it doesn’t seem like anything has changed as other members there said they’ve seen cockroaches on multiple occasions in the past months. Management stated they need to seal the back door. I’m not sure why this hasn’t been done already if it’s been a reoccurring issue. This gym has a lot of potential but it’s unfortunate to see how much it’s gone down hill.

I just went with some friends to make a nice and fancy video in this gym ,but when we just got there the main desk staff was not good customer service it was awful and not even smiled, then after 2min I put my tripod in a hidded spot someone just pulled up and say that we can not film,lady I was trying to make a promotion video for your business and you treated me like that? Hopefully It gets better someday 🙏

Extremely Unprofessional and Rude Experience
I recently visited this gym to inquire about one-on-one personal training, and unfortunately, it was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had.
When I first arrived, one of the coaches greeted me politely and asked me to fill out a waiver form, mentioning that someone would follow up with more details — which seemed fine. I completed the online form, and within two minutes, the manager, Chris, approached me.
Instead of introducing himself or asking what I was looking for, he immediately started talking rapidly about membership options — without listening or giving me a chance to explain my needs. When I asked if he even knew what I was interested in, he lied, saying someone had already contacted me and that I was asking for pricing — which was completely false.
Even after I corrected him, there was no apology, and his tone remained dismissive and rushed. I was genuinely shocked at how rude, impatient, and unprofessional he was — especially considering I came in with the intent to join the gym for personal training.
A manager should represent the gym positively, not drive potential clients away with arrogance and disrespect. The coach I initially spoke to was polite and professional — but Chris’s behavior ruined the entire experience.

Do not go sign up for a membership at this gym! After being told our account was frozen, we continued to get billed. Then after changing banks, we missed one payment when we shouldn't have been billed for the previous two months. We now must pay that and late charges and processing fees if we want to walk back into a place that we feel owes us money back. We simply asked to cancel out the October payment and we would gladly pay this month's. After the local gym threatened us and got mad after saying if would be cheaper to join another gym, we talked with billing (outsourced to another country), and then corporate. So when asked if we should join another gym rather than pay their extortion, the answer by every individual that represents their company is, "I guess so." Still hopeful for resolution but seems this gym and it's ownership group doesn't actually care about the people that utilize the facilities.

My reason for not giving a full 5 start review would be WHY IS THE SAUNA NOT ON !!!! Just because yall aren’t here working doesn’t mean we don’t need the sauna .. the gym is 24 hours and the sauna is apart of the gym so atleast give us the code so we can use the sauna fam… UPDATE & CUSTOMER SERVICE KINDA WEAK TOO! The managers have proper customer service but ofcourse they do they’re managers… however the associates need some work done on that area of skill

Women's section gets pretty full (during various hours/across many days) though they've made it the smallest/least stocked section. Among other machines, there are only 2 treadmills and 2 ellipticals. If they can make some room and add a couple more treadmills/ellipticals machines, people wouldn't have to wait for the cardio machines.

This place has gone completely downhill. The staff (especially the managers) are rude, dismissive, and clearly don’t care about the people they’re supposed to be helping. The facility is poorly run and chaotic, and it’s obvious that no one is being held accountable. I don’t even have a membership here only come in as a guest with friends but even I can tell that the old staff from months/a year ago actually seemed to care and took pride in their work. Now it feels like the focus is only on rushing people through and avoiding responsibility. I used to have a good experience here, but not anymore. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone even if major changes are made in management and staff attitude.

Yesterday around 9 PM, my friends and I came in and asked a question to one of the staff members. She was very rude, and I think she’s new. I really miss the old staff who were here about four months ago — they were much more respectful and professional. Honestly, I’m starting to think about switching gyms because lately I don’t feel comfortable here anymore. The place isn’t as clean or organized as it used to be, and the overall quality has gone down in every way.

Best bang for your buck gym I’ve ever experienced. Friendly staff, and still safe and clean during unstaffed hours. Place can get packed during busy hours but there are enough treadmills and machines to serve everyone! Sauna and steam shower in the locker rooms are pretty good

I originally started going to Club4 in Memphis, TN and it was new and amazing so I transferred to this location when I moved to Dallas. It’s a great gym, however, the staff barely could be a bit more friendly, with the exception of a few that are great. It is extremely affordable and offers lots of classes and has great equipment.

For some reason, a couple of people at the front desk at times appear to be showing off an attitude towards me. I dunno if it’s me being an Asian that’s the problem here. Once when I approached them for something that needed attention, a guy was pissed off of me even before I opened my mouth to speak, and all this right in front of my face. I also had a similar incident when I was being shown attitude by a woman there for no reason 🤷🏻♂️. And also, (although not a requirement) I’ve observed that an Asian like me is never greeted, which is also absolutely fine but I dunno why non-Asians arriving ahead and behind me are greeted and I’m ignored on purpose on my face…as if trying to openly state something. I mean you either greet everyone equally or dont greet anybody which is also totally fine.
I wanna also say that there are also some real friendly people at the front desk but it’s only a few who I’m specifically talking about here.
I really didn’t wanna bring this up for my love towards this gym but been facing such incidents many times for now. Honestly, I love this gym for how affordable it is and the wide range of equipment it has. Been coming here for more than an year.

The person didn't give me any clear directions on how to proceed - he simply said that it is some problem with the internet, when their app was not working. Be aware about the yearly charges.

I signed up at this gym when it first opened and it was a phenomenal. It seems started going downhill as it became our popular. The gym is often crowded and is hard to get dedicated equipment. Also some of the accessory gym equipment is not often stored where it should be and you'll have to search for it. However my biggest gripe is I've canceled once before because of simple things that can be rectified. And today I face the same situation where I popped in in the middle of the day just to do a 11 minute red light session. I was told to wait 4 to 5 minutes as someone was finishing up. Someone approached the desk after 10 Or so with the red light lanyard and mentioned that someone handed it to them and they wanted to now use the red light even though I had been waiting for it. So I waited for another 15 to 20 minutes and proceeded into the red light unit. Once I got in, it would not turn on because the front desk forgot to hit the start button or turn it on. So what was supposed to be A 11 minute ordeal turned into about 30 to 40 minutes without any benefits for myself group this is not the first time this has happened and even though I live close to the gym I pay about four times the cost to go to lifetime which is 20 minutes away. If you want a cheap gym that possibly can get done for you what you want, check this place out, if you want better customer service and better equipment and a better overall experience, go somewhere else. Also, I brought up the above to the manager today and there did not seem to be any sympathy or remorse, he just went ahead and gave me my account number so I could cancel, which is what I did ask for.

I was yelled at by a member going into the gym saying he was not letting me in. 50 dollar charge if you hold the door open which I can understand but it just so happen the door was not working for certain people. Then I told Michael about a man yelling at a woman and I didn't feel safe, was told he may have been charge the 50 dollars before. I wanted press charges but of course they didnt have the man info but he came back up to the gym and lied. I am a black woman standing at 5'2. Michael he said needs both side of the story. Angela or Angelina told me the police wouldn't help me also the cameras were not on. A man (member) yelling at a woman is not acceptable any situation. I think it's time I work out outside or in my home. I felt belittle and less than by a gym member and was pretty much told so what by the gym team member Michael. Thanks me and my family will be cancelled our membership. Also not to mention the issue with billing and rude women staff. But today someone could of got hurt. I don't pay my money to argue with anyone. The gym is a place to let off steam not get yelled at or play door security. I still got in but it was scaring working out in the building with a man yelling and screaming at a woman. I did cancel my membership, not because of the rules but because a man was yelling at a woman and all the the billing issues. Last review I was typing pissed by the treatment and lack thereof from the staff that never knows ANYTHING.

Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a gym. I got falsely accused by Sergio, the manager, of “personal training” my friends. Seriously? We were just working out together. Nothing shady, nothing illegal, just lifting weights like normal people. No proof, no real conversation, just an attitude and a ridiculous accusation.
And here’s what makes it even more ridiculous, my friends PAID an entry fee every single time they came in. If they wanted a trainer, they could have easily bought the $10 membership and hired a PERSONAL TRAINER instead of paying $14 every visit. Why on earth would anyone “hire” me when that’s an option? Make it make sense.
Message to the owners: If this is the kind of management you’re okay with, good luck keeping members. Sergio’s behavior is completely out of line, and it’s going to cost you customers. Treating paying members like criminals is beyond disrespectful.
For anyone thinking about joining this gym DON’T. They’ll take your money, then accuse you of breaking rules you didn’t even break. There are plenty of gyms out there that actually respect their members. Do yourself a favor and go to one of those.

Disappointed with Equipment, Communication, and Billing Experience
I’m writing to express my disappointment regarding several recent experiences at your facility that have significantly impacted my perception of your services.
1. Broken Aqua Massage Equipment: One of the main amenities I looked forward to—the aqua massage bed—has been out of service for an extended period without clear communication or updates on repair timelines. This was a key feature that influenced my membership choice, and its ongoing unavailability is frustrating. 2 out of 3 is always broken for one reason or other.
2. Unresponsive Communication: I’ve sent multiple emails to the official Club4Fitness address regarding downgrade of membership, yet have received no acknowledgment or response. The lack of engagement from your team makes it difficult to feel valued as a member and raises concerns about customer service standards.
3. Billing and Plan Downgrade Policies: I recently attempted to downgrade my membership from Premier Plus to the Basic plan, only to be informed that this option is not allowed and i can only switch to premier. Not only is this restriction disappointing, but I was also charged during the process for the downgrade to premier. This feels unfair especially when flexibility is expected in managing one’s membership.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and address these concerns promptly—not only for my experience but to improve service for all members.

Going to work and saw this place. Ran in just to see what type of equipment. Women front desk said to come back for a tour, she only one there. I said never mind I just want to see the equipment you have. She said ok fill out the liability form via qr code. I did. Then another worker came up and she said ok lets sit down and I have a few questions for you. I TOLD U I WAS THERE TO SEE EQUIPMENT. I dont have time for u to explain memberships, try to upsell me , walk me through gym for 30 minutes. Obviously the front desk people DONT listen. They just go through the motions, routine. I really like this gym. So many perks beyond workout equipment for the low price: kids care, nice size sauna, shower rooms and the bathroom are always clean, water massage chairs, racquetball courts, and a women’s only workout room. Also the in-person classes are always top notch, love the instructors. I don’t think some of the current reviews reflect the quality of this gym, so I wanted to give it some credit. Staff is nice also.

My husband has a membership here. I came as a guest to try it out. They have a free 3 day pass for new guests, but the guy at the front desk first tried to charge me $16 for a guest pass until I asked about the 3 day pass. He shrugs and goes “oh yeah”.
Oh yeah??? Lol. I don’t know, maybe he’s making a commission off of charging people for a guest pass. The three stars are for the clean facility. The loss of 2 is for him.

Like everyone else is saying the gym is a pretty good size and has a lot of equipment. The staff is the problem. Trainers don’t really look like they know what they are doing and staff acts like they hate the fact that you walked in all I’ve seen them do is walk around acting entitled looking at everyone like they are disgusted about to drop the gossip to one another. I would be giving 0 stars if I could with how much grief this gym has caused me. I used to love this gym but I’ve been charged hundreds of extra dollars over the past few months for “letting in unauthorized guests”. Apparently when I scanned in to get into the gym last time there were 3 people who followed me in who didn’t have the 24 hour membership. I was neither aware, nor paying attention to them, as it is not my responsibility to police who comes in and out of YALLS gym. Then I wake up with a 150$ charge and a text threatening to cancel my membership for letting in 3 unauthorized guests. I’ve called them multiple times since trying to reason with them that I’m just a 5’3 woman and I can’t stand here and prevent grown men from entering the gym but the person on the phone just stated “you should go wait in your car if you see someone struggling to get in at the door and then proceed once they’re gone”. I don’t know who on earth has the time or patience to sit in their car to enforce a rule YALL have. It is not my responsibility to make sure everyone who comes in has a membership. If you are advertised as a 24 hour gym, then you should have staff 24 hours and not be extorting, harassing, and punishing you premium paying members. This has happened to me 5+ times now and I cannot afford to pay 50$ each time YOU guys don’t have staff there to authorize who comes in and out of YOUR gym. I now have to wait in my car, carefully watch behind me, and stay alert anytime I’m walking in or out of the gym so as to avoid any penalties for this. On top of all this there have been creepy staff members in the past making me uncomfortable as well as members who made me uncomfortable and when brought to the attention of the staff they have never done anything about it. I did not sign up to be a premium member at this gym to be treated like this. I will be cancelling my membership and taking this matter to court and I suggest anyone looking for a quality gym to not waste their money here and go somewhere else.

If this was my home club I would’ve cancelled my membership a LONG time ago. The sauna never works, and if it does it’s not very hot, but the metal plates on the wall are hot enough to burn you. They have no protection. Taking a shower, you have to wait a good five minutes to get any for of hot water. It seems like they have no pride in the upkeep of this place

As others have mentioned, the gym itself is adequate, with a decent amount of equipment and plenty of space. However, my main issue lies with their policy enforcement. I accidentally checked in 15 minutes before my basic membership access hours, not realizing there were restrictions on when I could enter. Without any warning, I was automatically charged a $50 fee.
When I called to ask about the charge, I was told that regardless of whether the violation was intentional or not, there is no warning or leniency for a first offense—just an immediate fine. I find this to be a disingenuous and inflexible business practice, especially for an honest mistake.

I like working out here, great for the equipment and 24 hour service. However; if you even dare to speak to a trainer, even if they’re off the clock and ask them nicely how many sets you have left, they will treat you with extreme disrespect and disregard. The regular employees are cool but again the trainers don’t care about you at all unless you’re helping their quota/salary (I’m looking at you Angie and Sonya). The regular employees are great examples of workers, especially Jacob and another gentleman whom I’m unfortunately forgetting. I hope these two get the recognition from this review and the trainers learn how to respect someone even if they’re off the clock.

You need to be careful and ask questions about any information you receive while subscribing. I was told that I would be charged a fee if I decided to cancel the contract before a specific period. However, when I asked the staff to show where this fee was mentioned, he became nervous, and there was no such clause in the contract.
After seeing other customers, go through similar issues, being charged without clear communication and dealing with a lack of accountability. I’m seriously considering switching gyms. This is not how you retain customers. You need to communicate clearly, be upfront about policies, and avoid misinformation.

This location is completely awful. I was charged an extra $100 because the gym accused me of holding the door open for 2 random girls. When asked proof of footage, I was told video camera footage expires within 2 weeks. The club could not show proof of any emails or anything sent out. There was also nothing in their policy stating that video camera footage expires within 2 weeks. I was also told there’s no way you can contact the GM of this location and all communication stops at the manager. Save your money and please go elsewhere.
They have the most terrible policy in place for those who workout after hours. I’ve taken note of their policy and it doesn’t match what the manager has told me in person and on recording.
Additionally, the staff needs more training. Starting off with Angel, she is very very rude! Customer service is 0/10. She has a terrible attitude.
Marcus, the store manager, insists on telling members there is no way you cannot contact anyone above than him to resolve issues. All communication stops at him. Very unbelievable. I am trying to do the right thing and work with this company to cancel and solve my issues. I have proof of them going back and forth making policies at they go and can’t wait to show it.

When I joined CLUB4 Fitness, I was very clear from day one. I only wanted a 3-month training program, and if I wanted to continue, I’d let them know. My trainer and I were completely aligned on that. I even let them know in advance that I’d be leaving the country for a few months after it ended.
Despite all that, they kept charging me after the 3 months were up. When I reached out, they told me I should have submitted a 30-day written notice, something no one ever explained clearly when I signed up.
And even after explaining the situation, showing that I hadn’t used the gym, and reminding them of the agreement I had with my trainer, they still refused to refund me. They don’t deal in goodwill, only policy. No effort to understand, no flexibility, no accountability.
It’s incredibly disappointing. I expected better from a company that’s supposed to support people’s health and well-being. Instead, it feels like they’re just hoping people forget to cancel so they can keep billing them.
If you’re thinking of joining, be careful and get everything in writing. They clearly don’t stand behind their word.

Decent above average commercial gym. 125 dumbbell is the max here better than a lot of their commercials. Big space sorta with good machines. Good safety here with personal belongings never heard of theft here except for my nose when I go into the men’s room because some guys here think they live here BASED on the smell when I walk into the bathroom at times. A lot of uniformed lifters here especial in the squat rack. Putting 15-25-35 plates in the 45 section? It’s a pain to be around careless people. I know staff cleans and they reset racks so could they put 45s where they belong on the squat racks. Yall already get paid to clean which yall do so 🤷♂️. Prices is the only reason why I’m staying here for now but the gym needs more equipment 100% too crowded at times. CAN WHOEVER WORKS HERE PLEASE MAKE THE FANS ACTUALLY SPIN BECAUSE WHY AM I DEALING WITH THESE SLOW FANS THAT I CAN BARELY FEEL. Do better
UPDATE LAST ONE: Last review: been here since 2022. No new machines added no dumbbells added. Grow a lot but nothing is reinvested for the members for example, massage chairs constantly break down and can Take a while to be repaired. Whoever makes that decision to replace equipment are ruthless because it’s always been a problem yet they have yet to be replaced, obviously pocketing the money into their own account. I’ll give the bathroom the most credit because it stays clean. Shout out to the white guy with brown hair, he takes care of business cleaning it. Gym is high tier Mid. This is why EOS is going to take over 🙃

Pathetic customer service. Went to take membership today and was hosted by a young gentleman explaining the different areas of the gym. As soon as I sat down to discuss membership plan he was trying to sell the top 3 plans. When I asked about the basic membership he gave me a sick look. From there onwards it went downstairs. When I asked him to show me the pamphlet with details he purposely tried to misguide me saying the $15 monthly plan comes with a contract. On asking him that twice he confirmed the same. When I showed him on the pamphlet it stated otherwise he wasn't happy. He then started gossiping with his coworker of what a pai. We were that we were looking into the details of the membership. Am I not entitled as a customer to understand what I am trying to sign up for? His talk with his coworker broke the deal for me as I was going for the premium plan anyways but I hate such fake salesmen because ethics is important for me. I dont mind giving my business to others in the area who have a better customer service. Thanks and bye.

The Kids Club room restroom has been in poor condition for several months. When I tried to use it for my daughter a month ago, the flush wasn’t working, and I asked the manager to address the issue. I also spoke to the staff at the club room desk, but nothing has been fixed. Today, I raised the issue with the manager again and was told the restroom works, but you have to flush three times. This is unreasonable—no child is going to flush three times, and if the restroom is dirty, they simply won’t use it.

I'm really upset about the staff behavior ( Marissa and Gavin) towards me. I have been a member(membership id : 3039395634) for more than 2 years. I never had any issues or arguments, but today ie on oct 12 2024 while I was working out a guy (Gavin) came to me asking me not to touch the hold the screen while I walk on treadmill on incline which I was using for last 2 years ( I ment not the same but using those for a while ). After some time, I walked into the cardio room to walk in less than 5 mins. This woman (marissa) showed up, telling me that she would terminate my membership.
Anyways the way she(Marissa) came to me was never acceptable, and scaring me to terminate my membership is also not acceptable.
However, i have decided not to continue my membership with you guys, and I would ask my friends even to cancel their membership.
And let me also tell you this is the same guy who gave really good ratings 2 years back and the same guy who enrolled more than 14 members to join your gym, and I'm not recommending that.

I recently noticed a $50 fine deducted from my bank account twice (08/23/2024) - (09/3/2024 ) without any prior warning or notification. I believe it is important to inform members before applying such fines.
Additionally, I was not aware that entering the gym after 11:30 PM was not allowed. I kindly request that you provide clear communication regarding any such rules and penalties in the future.
I also want to point out that it seems easy to take fines from my account, but it's hard to reach me by phone !! it would be much more helpful if there was a way to notify me about these rules or fines .

I beg you guys not to gym at this location especially if you are going to put your child in childcare they are understaffed and not properly trained to take care of children, On Aug 28th my son was attacked twice by another boy his age and then trampled over by a 6yr old boy and my son is only one and while this went on for about 47sec the daycare attendant was not observing this or other children and was putting things away cleaning to clock out of there and I understand accidents happen kids will be kids but why did it take all of these marks on my child he is traumatized!!! I watched the whole thing on camera thankfully I asked to see the cameras so please don’t take your children to this horrible place.

My experience at Club4Fitness has been awful. The management is abusive and unprofessional, often berating staff in front of members. Complaints are ignored, and any attempt to address issues is met with hostility.
To make matters worse, equipment frequently breaks down and stays out of order for months. It’s frustrating to pay for a membership only to find key machines unavailable.
I wouldn’t recommend this gym to anyone. The toxic management and neglected facilities make it more trouble than it’s worth.

I wanted to take a moment to share my experience during my recent visit to your Coppell Texas Gym. Unfortunately, I encountered a situation that left me disappointed. When I arrived, the front desk staff member Michael was quite rude and unwelcoming. This negative interaction set a tone that made my experience less enjoyable than I had hoped. I believe that a friendly and supportive environment is essential in a gym setting, and I felt that this was lacking during my visit. I asked for a manager then he proceed to be even more rude. I’m the only manager. I knew he was lying. As I knew the PT manager John was there. He then said he had to go to the floor. He then went to go get John. John spoke with me and told me he would look at cameras and look into everything. I doubt it. I then proceeded to workout with my trainer Hunter. Hunter and John were nice. Micheal absolutely rude. Also while doing some research on yelp app come to find out he has another complaint against him. I’m confused at this point as to why he is still a manager, still working the front desk, and still working for your company? I wanted to bring this to your attention because I value the community and atmosphere you have worked hard to create. I hope that my feedback can help improve the experience for future members. My pros: it's open 24 hours, very spacious, a lot of equipment with areas for free weights and a turf field, has a woman side only, the gym is generally clean, they have a kids club, massage chair, tanning, red light therapy, a sauna, and a steam room (hasn't worked since I've been going)
My cons: was never offered a tour when I signed up nor was I shown how to use the tanning room, red light therapy room, or massage chair (I couldn't use it until I spoke with a staff member to reactivate my phone number), was never given the code to the ladies room. The restrooms are never clean, there's always trash and toilet paper all over the floor. The weight scale in the locker room has never worked and the TVs' in there are never on (not sure what purpose they serve). The women's only room has inoperable equipment as well as in the open areas which leaves me with safety concerns.
I would like to see full size body length mirrors in the locker room. It's difficult to take progress pictures when we can't see but half the body in front of the sinks/counters. The staff could also be more friendly, helpful, and welcoming.

Gym offers a lot of value for membership! Location is clean and the equipment works well. I'm very happy as a new member. Take my fitness goals seriously and not easily impressed but this gym ticks all the right boxes.

So many concerns with the “pm” staff including Nick, and another young man with glasses who was working the “pm” shift on a Monday, ( June 3rd, 2024 ) even after being a part of this organization for a long time you would think they treat you like family but they do not. For the very first time ever I was asked for an ID after staff already had my information on file claiming they didn’t know who I was and continued to laugh in my face because of not knowing I should have an ID in hand when this has not been strictly enforced before. Us as members should not be at fault for this kind of behavior and should be taken appropriate action for. How does the owner continue hiring people who have no issue using profanity towards LOYAL MEMBERS. Have some respect for yourself and others. Even after wasting our time standing there as I’m searching for a picture of my ID he proceeds to ask for my husbands name to “speed up the process” although this could’ve been handled in a more kindly matter if he really meant he was trying to “help” us. Definitely a great help if you’re looking for someone to waste other’s hard earned money and TIME here. I TRUST this will be taken into the right hands for the better to ensure that such incidents do not occur in the future. Pm Manager is no good neither! He did not take proper action into this matter, he went along and thought the way staff was handling the situation was ok. It is not ok to use profanity towards members, in general you treat people with respect. Just like “IDs are enforced” in this facility so should their name tags be on them. Please do better.

Childish/Rude Staff and Terrible Gym. Used chalk on my own bar and was asked to put it away aggressively. I immediately put it away and apologized because I genuinely was unaware this was against club policy as I have seen many people use chalk at this gym before. An hour later while completing a different exercise an employee starts harassing my brother and I yelling at us to “get out” for using chalk. I explained to the employee and the manager that the sealed box of chalk was out because I had to get stuff out of my gym bag and had accidentally left it out next to my bag. The manager (Stephen Lively) and the employee continued to harass my brother and I as we tried to calmly explain what happened. The manager of this location is the most childish adult I have ever met. He began to throw the weights we were putting away as everyone stared at him for acting so aggressively. Im honestly genuinely confused as to why my membership was cancelled. I have never been a problem for staff or been in violation of rules at club4 and was harassed for no reason. If you want a somewhat enjoyable gym experience without rude/cocky/childish employees I would look elsewhere.

Steam room is never working in the woman center. Was supposed to have been so call upgraded over a couple of months ago and still out of service. Put a lock on it to stop the kids from messing around with it. Same goes for the sauna. It goes out every now and then due to people messing with the control settings. Don’t give us access to it, some people don’t know how to respect. Restroom got better, well at least we have toilet paper in the stalls now. Showers can use a clean up. Staff can improve, always busy on the phone or talking to each other instead of being on the floor. Say hello at least when entering the door, greeting is something. Be helpful instead of making us have to pay for every advice you give. Try to cancel but it’s such a hassle that they are still charging me. Can’t wait for the new gym to open up soon. I’ve had 2 wonderful trainers at the gym. They were both impeccable. Unfortunately they resigned due to the poor leadership at the gym and mostly because of Sergiu, the new regional manager who made their lives miserable.
I’ve requested for a new male trainer for about a month now but it looks like club4 is lacking male trainers.
If you are looking for a new gym to join in the area, please DO NOT join this gym and most especially do not sign up for personal training. I’ve now lost about 20 sessions due to no male trainer. They have also refused to refund me.

DONOT SIGN A CONTRACT HERE.
This IS A BIG SCAM .
ONCE YOU SIGN, YOU WILL END UP PAYING FOR ALL THE AMOUNT IN CONTRACT NO MATTER HOW BAD THEIR SERVICE IS. THEY HAVE HIDDEN FEES TOO.
CLAUSES IN CONTRACT ARE TO SCREW THE CUSTOMER BY ALL MEANS.
CONTRACTS ARE DESIGNED TO GET MONEY FROM CUSTOMERS.
Sergiu , this person's primary goal is to get you a contract signed. he will be too polite, too respectful, assures you everything you ask for . But his intention is all to get your money to the club4 fitness.
My experience:
I requested for a fitness trainer. I asked a good trainer who will be constant and i will be here for ever as i need trainer all the time. i was assured of a single trainer who is the best in the zym. To my surprise my first trainer is some one who worked at Walmart as store manager and have no experience who left the fitness center. I was assigned a second trainer , who also left after few weeks. I was assigned a third trainer , who also left after few weeks, i was then put on hold for few weeks and then assigned a 4th trainer who then left after few weeks. This time I was put on hold for over 30 days with out a trainer . i got frustrated and left and found my own trainer. I was contacted by sergiu after many days and offered a 5th trainer, ( i declined as its too late and his incapability to find and assign a trainer who will support for atleast few months ) . He blamed me that I am refusing his offer and still charged me for that month . I refused to pay as i did not get service for the month being charged. He gave it to his collections who is reporting this to credit berau that will imapct my credit rating .
I have approached my attorney, and will be moving ahead with disputes, consumer complaint with district attorney general office, followed by BBB and a lawsuit if need be.
this is rediculous that they have freedom to not assign a trainer for over a month but still can charge customer for that month and harras customer to pay or take service when ever it is provided

Club4 fitness is a big SCAM of money in the name of memberships.
Club4 Fitness is doing a huge scam with personal training membership. Do not join their personal training. Specially their cancellation policies are messed up also, in addition to that, you don’t get the classes that you paid for because the personal trainers are never available. The staff will manipulate you with the cancellation policies to the core. I made a mistake joining this gym, specially the personal training sessions. The staff itself is not clear with their own cancellation policy. The staff itself doesn’t know it clearly. Every person will give you a different information about gym, membership cancellation, and personal training cancellation.
I joined personal training with the personal trainer Enyi. Even when I used to go, I never received enough classes that was there in their agreement. Because she was always overwhelmed or full with her schedule. She would reschedule my classes whenever it was not possible for her. But the reschedule is never based on the customers request. And suddenly, if I had a doctors appointment, and I had to reschedule, she would never do it for you. Their service is worst when it comes to personal training.
Also, I spoke to the staff very clearly about the cancellation policy while joining. And when I had to cancel my membership, because I was relocating their policies suddenly changed. even the day I was cancelling, I was at the front desk and I confirmed with them about the cancellation. They claim that their cancellation policy for general gym membership and personal trainee membership is different, but they are going to pull you in mess. Do not join their gym. Specially, do not trust the staff.
They will not even let you read the agreement properly because you’re standing on the other side of the desk, and the you sign trusting they are reading the correct one for you.. and you will get into deep mess.
Club4 fitness is a big SCAM of money in face of memberships.

Update: I added two more stars because in the past month I've noticed that it's much cleaner. Employees are cleaning and reracking weights.
I've been coming to this gym since it opened. Sadly, it has slowly gone downhill. The women's locker room is often very dirty. A few times only 1 stall had toilet paper, and for the past 6+ months, 1 stall is unusable because the door does not close. In addition, I believe there is a safety issue because people leave through the Fire Exit doors behind the treadmills. No alarm sounds. I will give 1 star for the location and another star for the fact that there's a Women's Only section (although it is often pretty dirty). Can't wait til Life Time Fitness opens!

Facility is decently clean and it's never insanely crowded even during peak rush. Staff are usually polite and helpful. This location specifically has a couple problem members that I wish staff would address. One person makes a habit of dragging equipment all over the floor and leaving it right in the way of other people to a dangerous degree. Incline benches directly behind other people lifting etc. Men's sauna has been non functional more than half of the last year I've been a member and management does not seem to care at all. Steam sauna has not worked once in 11 months. Might be worth the base membership but definitely don't fall for the premium unless you really want to go at 3am or microwave yourself in the tanning booth.

One person giving a review about cleanness and staff being rude you can look over not think of it. But I’m reading so many says a lot.
I’m big on reviews, it does help when you are considering on a purchase that you are committed.
