ACTUALIZACIONES, hoy es 28 de octubre, y la maquina que fue reportada en agosto, sigue igual, y si no esta fuera de serviciole faltan piezas/1 mes completo esa maquina sin ser reparada, asi como esa si recorres el gym te vas a encontrar otras mas, la membresía no es barata, pago cerca de 30 dolares, además de eso no es como que el gimnasio tenga otras 4 maquinas como esa para hacer ejercicio una mas y si esta ocupada pues ni modo, o te toca esperar o dejas incompleto tu rutina o te las ingenias para hacer tu ejercicio de otro modo.

Its impossible to cancel the membership. Tried to cancel in august and here we are in October still paying the fees. Do not sign up for this gym AT ALL. I’ve tried to call several times and sent several emails and it’s like they dont care. I tried to cancel AGAIN through the website and they want me to pay for the month of November because thats their policy. Crazy.

Gym is actually really nice but SOME of the staff is nice but the GM and overall management are horrible! DON’T come to this gym unless you’re committed to this gym for LIFE! They built this gym as a “family friendly gym” but there is nothing friendly about them. There is no actual customer service with this company so when your trying to solve an issue and your management lacks customer service there will be just on going issues. There’s a reason why their staff always changes because they are HORRIBLE!

P.S - Management don’t come NOW and say how can we help, because you won’t help. Your management doesn’t even know their customers so I will be having someone to come over to review this facility soon! CLUB 4 Fitness needs to actually evaluate this Grand Prairie location!

Update: when i signed up they toured the studio with me and said it was accessible during normal business hours unless there was class. But now they keep it closed and “only open it for classes” such as bait and switch scam for an amenity. Will be canceling my membership cant trust there fake rules they keep coming up with.

Not even one star to this gym. I came in club 4 today around 12:50pm and the staff is rude, really mean and not even helping or being clear about the policy or whatever from the gym. I got my free trial just last night and I was expecting to use it but they didn't accept my ID cause the dude wanted some "Texas ID" or I'm not allowed to workout there and not even my first experience with gym and never heard some crap like that and btw the way he was talking to me and looking at me was really disrespectful and I didn't feel comfortable at all. I hope y'all do something about it.

Best gym I’ve ever been to! Childcare area is beautiful and well staffed, equipment is high quality, they have red light therapy, saunas, tanning and even a women’s only workout room!!! Plus they keep the facility impeccably clean. I’m not sure why people say it isn’t…there are staff walking around cleaning machines after people use them constantly. Wish I could give them 100 stars.

UPDATE! 3 Years later and I’m still obsessed!!! Staff are so kind and welcome me every time I come in. Facility is clean and the Group Classes are AMAZING!!!

A Mixed Bag: Great Potential, but Serious Issues Need Addressing.

Club4 Fitness in Grand Prairie has a lot going for it, but a few significant problems are holding it back from being a truly great gym.

On the positive side, the facility is clean and well-maintained. The majority of the staff are incredibly nice and helpful, and most of the equipment is in good working order. However, there are a few female employees who seem disinterested and almost annoyed, which creates a less-than-welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, some maintenance issues have been ongoing, like a broken treadmill that's been out of service for about three months. This isn't a huge problem on its own, but during peak hours, it's a major inconvenience. The same goes for the water fountains—only one of the two works for refilling bottles.

My biggest complaint, and what truly makes my rating low, is a serious issue with a male member's behavior in the sauna. He consistently enters the sauna, strips down to a makeshift "speedo" made from his shorts, and proceeds to throw his body sweat onto the walls while yelling loudly and sounds like he is orgasming. This is not only incredibly unhygienic and disrespectful to other members, but it also creates a deeply uncomfortable and borderline disturbing environment. I have reported this behavior to the staff multiple times, and while they acknowledge the issue and have spoken to him, the behavior has not stopped. It's frustrating that such a persistent and concerning problem is being allowed to continue, making it difficult to feel comfortable or safe using that amenity.

The gym needs more leg press machines. Every time I come I have to wait to use the machine and there are many other machines not being used in the front of the gym. Most days it’s more than 30m wait to get to use the machine if I get the chance to use it at all. Please add more!

I moved from the other "popular" gym and believe, I have valid reasons.
* First, the installations are very neat and clean, they have a free consultation, personalized program upon request, the temperature is always nice.
* The personal in front, are very friendly and always make me feel as family.
* The locked rooms are spacious, clean, showers with privacy, sauna, red light, tanning, hydromassage bed.

I’ve joined this gym there is a couple months now and I really enjoy it!
The place is always clean, it’s very spacious and big, you don’t get the feeling of being crowded even though it gets very busy at times.
I love that there’s a big variety of classes, I like the woman’s only room because gives you privacy and comfort aaaand the staff is super friendly and helpful!

I’ve been going to this gym for several years and lately there has been an influx of homeless people entering the gym in the early morning hours. They sleep on the massage chairs shirtless and barefoot, which is just unhygienic and uncomfortable. Also, it’s just concerning because some days, particularly on the weekends when there are significantly less people there in the morning (4am-7am), you’re alone and there’s just people sleeping on the chairs or walking around aimlessly and leaving their belongings everywhere, even outside on a stroller near the door. I don’t mean to judge, it’s commonplace for gyms to be the place where people try to get back on their feet, but it gets to a point where it’s becoming concerning when we’ve run into about 4 different people doing what I described above.

I previously left a 1 star review, however, I’ve changed my score after policy changes. They no longer kick you out after their “regular” closing hours and they have true 24/7 now. You do have to pay for a more expensive membership to take advantage of it. Policy changes are still not really communicated, for example they never sent out a notice of 24 hours being available through the app. There’s also a weird policy regarding fees for letting non-premium users in after closing. It’s a weird policy, and it’s can cause some stress if you’re just trying to go in while someone waits at the door for someone to open it.

I just got my new membership at CLUB4, they have so many nice amenities, Like light therapy, message chair, and sauna. Plus, for all the shy girlies like myself they have a dark room and a women's only room. Which is fantastic !! - did I mention Ashley my tour guide was so detailed and wonderful to work with - she gave me a tour around the whole gym which is huge! I can't wait to try out the work out classes.

This is one of the best gyms I have ever been to. It’s gigantic, it’s clean, it has tons of equipment, it has classes, it has tanning and aqua massage and it’s reasonably priced. I feel like people leaving bad reviews have not been to any of the other gyms competing in this price range. This blows LAfitness out of the water, I would even say it is on par with Lifetime fitness for 1/4 of the price

Came here to try out the gym and SALES PERSON ADRIANA charge me to just try it out ! Lied to me to get a membership and then told me I had 3 days to cancel in which I tried but they were charging me $84 AND I ONLY USED IT ONE DAY TRIAL . I have not experienced the negative aspects mentioned in other reviews about this gym. It features a clean spacious layout with excellent lighting. The men's locker room is consistently well maintained, and I have used the showers multiple times without issue. Perfection is unrealistic people....we should treat the space as if it were our own home and clean up after ourselves. I focus on the workout and bounce. The gym is equipped with a variety of almost new highquality machines. Additionally, there is a women's section that is off limits to men, so it would be tough to hear about problems with equipment availability, especially from a female.

In short I believe this gym is a dope place to achieve your fitness goals. I am not affiliated with the gym I am just sharing my thoughts.

I’ve been a member since 2022 and these past few months have noticed a decline in up keep to the facility. Specially inside the Woman's area there is a lack of cleaning, restocking of paper towels and sanitizer spray. I am very upset that I cannot clean the machines before using because the employees are not going in on a regular bases to maintain supplies and cleanliness. I question if this location is under new management or if the quality of employees has declined.

The new GM is super unprofessional I’ve been An active member since 2021 when it opened and I’ve seen a worker Lizette and her boyfriend Adrian work there and also work out there off the clock and talk to people rudely telling them what to do as if she was on the clock. When Lizette became general manager the environment became hostile and the gym went downhill.
Multiple girls have reported that she has constantly looked girls up and down and have a disgusted face and is super rude to the ladies at the gym and it’s the opposite for how she treats the men there. Woman have also reported her not attending them first in line and completely ignoring the ladies to help out men who were in line behind these woman. the worker Adrian has wandering eyes and I understand she is insecure but as a general manger she should be professional and keep her private life separate from her love life.
Every time I’ve tried to purchase day passes she ask for my friends ID to sign her up and then suddenly says her system is down and when I looked at her screen her screen was on. She has let other members go through and just charge their account when the system goes back up but she does not do that with me every time I’ve tried. She was upset I was privately talking with my friend about how the gym is so bad how can they do this every time I come and it’a and Lizette told me to move to another area because she didn’t want me talking about HER gym and attack her … she banned me on that spot and I’m honestly glad I’m done dealing with this unprofessionalism for a very long time and club 4 cooperate is not doing anything about it because they’re severely understaff that they are just hiring anyone they can. Especially after one of the previous managers got fired for following a lady into the ladies locker room but that doesn’t hire an unqualified and unprofessional woman like Lizette. A lawsuit will be filed. Watch them respond to this saying the same thing they tell everyone and she claims no one writes it and that it’s a generator responding to these honest reviews of her as a GM

Good size, clean, and decent selection of newer equipment.

Prices after the initiation fees is a little high and they make it a hassle to cancel membership. Also it can get crowded even during the middle of the day and you have a lot of teenagers who camp out on machines looking at the their phones (big pet peave for me). Bathroom toilets have not flushed properly the entire time I'd been there (over a year).

Get rid of the fees and go month to month. Make it less crowded. Fix the toilets.

I’ve just pretty much had enough of this gym. They keep changing their schedule. I used to be able to be here at night as long as I make it in before 8pm on Saturday. I get here at 7:45, I had my pre work out and just got done with my stretches by 8:06 an employee tells me there going to close and I had to leave. I told him “what do you mean it’s a 24 hour membership” he said “ it’s 24 hours Monday to Thursday because ppl were letting people in after 8 pm” it’s been very inconvenient im going to cancel tomorrow morning. I’ve been coming to this gym for years. I was very excited when it first opened. 5 of my family members joined the gym. After Covid my membership hours were reduced and was asked to pay a higher fee to join the 24 hour access, otherwise, I’d have to stick to the front desk operating hours, which was a huge difference. I refused to pay the higher amount and continued with their ‘out of the blue new hr policies’. I come to the gym every single day 7 days a week, I noticed more and more younger generation People had joined the gym, but I’m just there for my workout. Tonight at 8:57pm I get to the gym and I am asked to leave because their new hours - policy is for the gym to close at 9pm, in other words everyone has to be out. This is the most ridiculous change I’ve ever seen back to back inconveniencing my mental and physical health. This is so random and sad that they’ve done this. This is my home gym, why would they just shut everyone off like that. Why do we responsible people have to pay the price for others mistakes and because your staff can’t regulate correctly! This is so wrong!!

I enjoyed Club 4 for almost 2 years… until I didn’t. Seems like all at once all of the group fitness staff started leaving. I utilized group fitness bc evenings the gym was extremely crowded (which I guess is a good thing for the gym), depending on who was at the front desk.. they may acknowledge then again maybe not, the group fitness floor always dirty, equipment out of place. I cancelled my gym membership & two days later received a text message from the new group fitness manager on my personal cellphone. Which made me feel some sort of way. I felt in a way that was an invasion of my privacy. It’s an app for that. Enter at your own risk.

I would not recommend this gym. They’re still advertising 24hrs when it is in fact not. If you had the 24hr membership you used to be able to go whenever and just scan your app through the window to gain access but now if you’re not there before staff leaves then you can’t get in. There is so much equipment missing and so many machines that are out of order. Lastly, i walked in mid day on a Saturday and there were 3 workers at the desk and not one of them greeted me. That is unacceptable as a paying customer.

Amazed on how clean this gym is, gym is always spotless! They have Top equipment and great environment. They even have a woman’s only room, which my wife loves. Staff is always welcoming and available to help.

I have been a member of this gym for almost 2 years. Before the management and staff were changed, this gym had always been clean, had working equipment, and enforced their rules, but now this gym is a joke. The women’s locker room is always filthy, with water and hair all over the sink, trash bins that haven’t been emptied, no soap in the dispensers, dirty toilets with no toilet paper, and dirty floors. I didn’t go to the showers, but I’m sure they weren’t cleaned either. The sauna hardly worked, and the staff members didn’t know how the Red-Light Therapy machine worked or could explain what classes were being offered. The studio fitness room was never maintained. There were no hand sanitizer or cleaners provided (like before) to clean equipment or mats after usage and the floors were sticky with hair everywhere. This gym used to be open 24/7, but changed their hours due to an incident that occurred, so it’s only open 24 hours from Monday through Thursday, which they neglect to tell new members. The staff no longer enforces the polices, which has now led to the disruptive behavior of other members and people without memberships being allowed to enter the facility. Funny how they just put up a huge sign on the front door a few days ago, even though this has been on-going issue for almost a year. I stayed because the class trainers were amazing, but this place continues to get worse each day. The “general manager” Lisette lacks professionalism, I believe she doesn’t have any prior managerial experience. It’s evident seeing how this gym resembles a frat house, just a big party for the staff to do whatever they want. Recently, I noticed blood stains on the front counter, a few other members with me noticed as well, I told the Lisette and another staff member, but she laughed and rolled her eyes stating that it wasn’t blood, just “leftover cleaner”. It’s a shame a corporation would allow such negligence.

I love this gym! I was a member from May 2023-May 2024 and I really enjoyed my experience there. Liseth, the manager is amazing, and so is the whole staff. This gym has a great variety of equipments, including the hip thrust, it has a section only for women (I really appreciate that!) things that very few gyms have. It’s really great for bodybuilders and people looking into lifting heavy weights. It’s reasonably clean as well, the only comparable gym in the DFW area is Life Time (I was a member there too in the past) which costs way more than Club4fitness. This gym’s quality is way above LA fitness, fitness connection, and planet fitness. I have worked out in all of them so I know what I’m talking about.

I moved to a different city and they don’t have this franchise there so I had ro cancel my membership. I miss you guys, hopefully they will open one soon in my area.

This is the worst gym in the gp area. This is one of those gyms where people sit on a machine for an hour having a conversation on the phone or with a group of people and not even work out. Not the place for someone who wants to just work out and leave.

For the love of god, don’t give these people your money, let alone your bank information. Find a gym that actually provides customer service.

I was told I couldn’t get a 3 days pass to check out their facility because “the owners bestie” sold me a day pass which was 15 dollars. When I asked if could have the 15 dollars credited to my account towards a membership I was told no because I was already in their system. Well duuuh, that’s why I asked to get the amount I ALREADY paid credited? I was told that unfortunately because “the owners bestie” who the employee also called “Mr.Clean” happened to also be the head of marketing and they couldn’t help me. So because they had the head of marketing manning the desk, I missed out on one of their marketed promos? The irony is not lost on me.

On top of my own experience, I’ve heard horror stories regarding their inability to cancel memberships and of course do not reimburse if they continue to charge your account. I was willing to give them the benefit of doubt, don’t be like me.

Make sure to speak reeeeeal slow to the staff, takes them a while to process syllables.

I read the reviews just to see if it was was still 24hrs. The 24hr lack is sad. Because Club4 the brand promoted it and charges extra for it. For now several clubs not to have it available. This location in general has not always been the cleanest. And that’s been for years. I also am not a fan of how the GM replies to negative commentary. It’s not professional. The only reason I keep it is because of the locations in my hometown in Alabama.

I've been coming to club4 since 2021 and for a while it was an amazing gym. I give them props for being a spacious gym, always keeping it clean, and enforcing their rules. My good experience started to decline once there was new management and staff. Equipment is constantly breaking, there's like 6 treadmills that have faulty sensors that stop the belt every minute (which i consider a hazard to people that run on them), broken paper/sanitizer dispensers, and a broken sauna in the women's locker room- These things are hardly or never fixed. I also had a locker with some gym gear in it and when I came back my lock & gear was gone. I confronted the staff about it, but I was told that they knew nothing about it. I have been paying $28 for a membership for almost 3 years now and it really sucks to step foot in a gym that went from amazing to poorly up kept. Only reason I still pay and come to this gym is because it's a close distance from my house. I also was told that I'd have to pay more money to switch to a cheaper membership, which is ridiculous to me but it's their policy. This gym isn't even accessible for 24 hours anymore and they don't clarify their real hours to members. Its sad to see a good gym decline.

I gifted my girlfriend a membership here over a year ago and when she cancelled online on 16 April, they took a May payment as well. The bad part is they initially said they don’t have a cancellation fees during the set up of the membership. This is an example of corporate greed and not caring about their clients hard earned money for a service that you have every right to cancel. This is a problem that they need to fix. It’s evident that they don’t want a customer to return with action like this.

I used to have a membership at this gym without any issues. However, I noticed several people recording and training others inside the gym, often taking shirtless pictures in the mirrors. When I did the same once, the General Manager and front desk staff had an issue with it. Despite promoting the company on my social media platforms and being a group fitness instructor there, they never took the time to understand what I was doing for them, especially since the gym was slow without guests attending sessions. The energy from the front desk was low, and there was a noticeable lack of social interaction. Despite being a paying member who had no problem attending classes, they terminated my membership. Paying $25 per class wasn't worth it for empty sessions at 5 am when I could easily make more on my own. Bad decision!!

These people are horrible... My son is disabled and his PT quit and we were moving out of state at same time, so we cancelled all memberships... We are now nearly $650 in charges for services we did not receive and they still keep billing by card 3 months later, no one there can seem to figure this out. DO NOT GO HERE...

Tues - Friday - 24hr

That's what I figured out thru trial and error. Wish a member would have just explained it. Spoke with managers and other staff but no one either gave me a straight answer or just didn't know. Anyways it's a good gym. That was my only issue. All good now tho

They must update business hours from 24-hour gym to 24/7 (Tue-Friday). Don't show up expecting to work out at 1am Sat-Mon. VIP membership is great until one realizes it isn't what you paid for. The facility is great. Enjoy putting in a couple of hours of work nice and clean. Unfortunately, we will have to cancel membership and locate a gym that is truly 24 hours and 7 days a week.

I usually go to the coppell location but my best friend lives near this GP location so i make the commute and for a “24 hour gym” it’s not. I don’t see the point in paying 30 dollars a month to clearly have 24 hour access when i come at 4:30am-5:30am i am not be able to get in. Usually through out the week we need to have someone from inside to open the door and today we came in a weekend just to waste time and gas. And it’s not just us 2 other cars came and they were unable to get inside.

I really love this gym. I’ve been training with PT Brayand. He’s awesome! He’s been so helpful with this new journey for me since it’s the first time. Not only him the other staff too they encourage you are always very friendly when you walk in. I’ve hit my goals and then more with the help of my PT Brayand. Definitely recommend getting a membership. I also have my kids in the kids club and they always tell me how much they love going there. Definitely worth checking out. 😊

CROOKED‼️‼️‼️ Please do not go to this gym! The PT manager signed me up for a 12 month contract when I asked for a 6 month!!! They do everything over the computer while you are on the other side of the desk and they will have you sign while they change the numbers do yourself a favor and find a better gym and it’s also nasty 🤮 they don’t clean the floors and the bathrooms are filthy.
