Hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to, better than ProFitness, Crunch, or any other I’ve tried.

The space is wide open and never feels overcrowded, everything is spotless, and the staff are genuinely friendly and helpful.

The amenities are top-notch, from the equipment selection to the recovery options, they’ve really thought of everything (oh and the showers are amazing).

Just moved to lubbock and wanted to change our gym. We went in to ask questions about membership pricing and we had such a great experience. Did not even need to think about signing up, we were sold. The facility is beautiful and clean. Many amenities offered such as red light therapy, tanning, classes, and sauna. Very happy!

The gym has become way too overcrowded since the college students came back. It’s almost impossible to get a workout in—there’s no space, long waits for equipment, and it’s honestly unsafe with how packed it gets. Management really needs to consider a membership cap or better crowd control because it’s gotten out of hand.

One of the main reasons I go to the club is for the steam room and the hot sauna. These two have had multiple times when either one was not working. This club opened up too fast and many things were not ready even after grand opening. For being such a new club with not yet being opened up a year, these problems should not happen so often! Also the massage chair has been out of order as well. Some of the cardio equipment has been out of order as well. Not sure if these items are a factory defect but it does out a crunch in a gym session when such things are not working and the gym being so full much of the time. However, the staff has been friendly and helpful and having the coffee bar is a welcomed plus side to this club! Love the fact that I can use my membership as a workout day or day of rest such as a “spa” day. You get your money’s worth at this club.

I thought the gym was really nice, clean and spacious. Compared to some other gyms I have visited during peak hours it tends to feel very crowded like you are shoulder to shoulder, almost. At Club4 it was busy but I didn’t feel like I was working out right next to someone, everything was evenly spaced and comfortable. I really liked the variety of machines and the fact that there were multiple of the same machine, so I didn’t have to wait to use a machine. With that being said, I feel like the staff could have been more helpful and friendly. When I first showed up to get a trial pass I attempted to tell the young lady in the front that I had previously requested the trial online and I was met with the response, “just input your number”. There was no empathy or any hint of customer service. I may return but it definitely will not be because the staff as so helpful or polite.

Place is very clean and the equipment is new and 99% of it works correctly. . Only taking off one star because sometimes I can’t find any paper towels to clean my used equipment off with.

The kids area is well kept and they have all sorts of stuff for kids to play with including an Xbox and some kid friendly websites on 4 computers. There is even a back area with a “playground”!

I love the amenities, and my personal trainers Caleb and Christopher. They are very knowledgeable in creating and managing a plan an older population. The 24 hour access is a hugh plus for when I get off work and need to decompress. I love the women only area. This gym offers so much. I never feel judged here. The only thing I am not fond of is the loud music. I know it's suppose to pump you up but makes it hard for me to focus. Other than that this gym is a jem. 🙂

I’m very disappointed about the upkeep of the ladies restroom, very dirty, the toilet seats are always loose, the paper dispenser was out, the shower area are wet and very slippery especially the area to dress, a couple of leaks from the ceiling. Several bikes in the spin cycle area have been broken for months. One of the restroom haven been closed due to out of service for months. I spoke with the manager Robert and reviewed my concerns and not once that he try to assure me as a member that they would work on these issues. Instead he was upset that I called and complain. He mentioned that he would tell the assistant manager about the conversation. Not once did he try to apologize for the gym appearance, he was more worried about his top rating on google! Mr. Robert Martinez mentioned that I can cancel my membership and go to another gym!

Very nice gym with anything and everything you'd need. The Club for Women is my favorite. It's nice to have your own area where you feel safe. The classes are so fun. The instructors are amazing and very knowledgeable and sweet! If you're new they make you feel relaxed. The hydro massage is great after a tough workout. I am highly upset about my treatment here at club4fitness in Lubbock Texas

Alyssa at the front desk decided to single me out and stop me from working out because I was past due on my membership

Am I the only member in the gym who’s past due? No so why am I the only one she tells I can’t workout to?

Alyssa knows me personally she seen my face the entire week Monday Tuesday and Wednesday and yet on Thursday

She smirks and says “you can’t workout”

This was personal and the manager told me my membership was cancelled didn’t even ask me he just told me “okay your membership is cancelled”

And I even heard Alyssa call me the N-word on the way out the door because she had her back turned and started saying something to the other dude

How can they allow such a person to work the front desk who is going around calling other people the N-word?
This place gives me such a hard time and this is not over I will be in touch with corporate and the owner

I signed a contract for a Physical Trainer as i was having difficulties medically with feeling in my hands and arms . As the symptoms got worse I wanted to stop my payments of 120$ a month because i physically couldnt work out do to medical reason. I brought proof that i was getting surgery on both my hands and posted to who ever approves and denies it and they told me it wasnt sufficient knowing it had the Surgeons name signed on the document showing I am having surgery.
