Diverse resources. Well maintained equipment but facility cleaning leaves lots to be desired... esp in group classroom and locker room. Excellent classes of a great variety with many offerings every day. Staff isn't in the business of hounding you for training, supplements, etc add-on sales every encounter.
Memberships are reasonably priced with clearly spelled out terms/features. Everything is month-to-month with no long term commitments.

Recently brought an issue of blood on biceps machines to management attention. Was told they were aware but affirmed they were continuing to allow the machines to be used. Management stated that they are disinfected nightly. Personally, I wouldn't risk it as the blood stains are still very visible. Otherwise, the staff is helpful, and membership is affordable. Some members do not re-rack their weights, wipe down equipment or pick up after themselves. Over all it's a decent place to work out.

Thanks to the owner for the offer to come in and discuss my initial review and the experiences I’ve had with the female trainer, but that is not a good use of my time. My only request is that at a place where I spend money to get away from the noise and chaos of daily life, and also to get healthier, I should not have to worry about attitude and pettiness from staff who work there, it creates for a toxic and unpleasant experience.

I had a very disappointing experience at Club4 Fitness McKinney. After an incident involving the Kidcare staff, I immediately canceled my membership. Since then, I have not received any follow-up, apology, or the camera footage I requested.
Punishing a four-year-old child for normal behavior that should be guided by trained staff is unacceptable. This shows a lack of competence, professionalism, and proper supervision in their childcare department. I would not recommend this gym to anyone who expects safe and responsible care for their children.

In response to the misleading reply from the gym’s team — I want to share my personal experience so others are aware. I was a member for three years, but I’m no longer one. I brought my two kids only six times, and four of those times I was called to pick up my son within minutes. My child is not aggressive, and I never received the camera footage that supposedly showed him hitting other children. From my experience, the childcare staff seemed untrained, often unfriendly, and clearly unhappy with their work. If they couldn’t properly care for him, they should have said so from the start. I’m leaving this review to express my disappointment and to help other parents make informed decisions. I personally do not recommend this gym, especially for mothers of young or sensitive children.

The workers are nice, helpful and the facility is great, but DO NOT USE THE GYM DAYCARE HERE IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CHILDS SAFETY!
I had JUST turned on the daycare cam (thank god) on my machine as I was working out to see my THREE YEAR OLD wondering out of the daycare gate (gate wide open) and towards the door leading out into the gym. he was trying to push the door open leading into the gym and I watched for a good 30 seconds (could've been more) to see if any workers would notice and get him but when they didn't, I got off my machine in the women's area and quickly went to the daycare to bring him back to safety (worried he was going to escape into the gym, possibly out of the entire facility altogether or taken by a stranger, etc) but he had been brought back into the daycare by that point thankfully. But the fact that I even had to stop my workout to go put my child back in the daycare when they were entrusted with his care and safety is not acceptable. I know accidents happen, and it was a member who left the gate open but workers should be checking to make sure it's shut as well if that's what it takes to keep kids safe.
What made it worse was...
This happened because another member left the gate open after getting her kids. (a daycare worker told me.) I approached her NICELY, calmly letting her know she left it open and asking if she could PLEASE make sure she shuts it next time bc my child escaped. She immediately became defensive, despite my kind approach and denied several times that she left it open at 1st, AND THEN BLAMED HER 5 YEAR OLD CHILD INSTEAD after admitting it was indeed left open. My ONLY goal was for her to be aware of what she did so it wouldn't happen again and the kids would remain safe! but she REFUSED to acknowledge it was her fault and therefore never agreed she wouldn't do it again.
WHAT GROWN WOMAN BLAMES A CHILD FOR THEIR MISTAKE LOL. I told her it is her responsibility to make sure the gate is shut, not her Childs and then she got ugly with me (WHAT DECENT HUMAN DOESNT CARE THAT THEY ENDANGERED CHILDREN BC OF THEIR MISTAKE?) So I walked away to talk to the front desk instead of dealing with her getting ugly...she then followed me over to the front yelling insults at me ("go work out for your last 20 mins! you need it! somethings wrong w you" over and over again as I ignored her trying to tell workers what happened and eventually a fight ensued because I was fed up with her crap and I cussed her out bc my patience with her was gone!
IT DID NOT HAVE TO BE THAT BIG OF A DEAL! What GROWN woman can't just say oh my gosh, I'm sorry, I'll make sure to shut it next time because I want all the kids to be safe! My child couldve been seriously hurt, lost, or taken because of her! and I doubt that they hold her responsible or say anything to her moving forward about making sure the gate is shut or give her any consequences meaning most importantly, SHELL PROBABLY DO IT AGAIN because she's careless, can't take accountability, acts like a child when confronted, which means children aren't safe or properly watched there.
I canceled my membership needless to say. I will say thankfully that the gym workers were very helpful in canceling my membership swiftly and providing photo proof of the cancelation for me.

I recently moved to Melissa and looking for a gym facility. Upon doing research I decided to checkout Club 4 located in McKinney. The gym looks phenomenal!!! They have so much to offer from cardio to weight training and everything in between. I was very excited to check it out. Upon arriving I checked in the front desk and was literally ignored 🙃. Upon asking for assistance due to me being new (1st) time, and needed a tour of the facility. I was told to "walk and check it out" I understand customer service now days isn't the same but this really left a bad taste in my mouth. As of today I have not gone back. The gym may be amazing but if the customer service is 0 stars I can take my money elsewhere!!!! I have left out names of employees but will add them if needed!

Edit 2025: the place ran out of towels twice this summer. Banned my friend without warning for being shirtless in there at 2am, but unbanned him so long as he wrote an essay saying he was sorry. Maybe we can spend less time doing video surveillance and more time stocking soap, which is empty often.
The place rocks. The negative reviews are all some variation of "me or my family don't pay our debts," "the staff is cleaning too much," or "the staff doesn't clean enough."
If you're looking for an affordable membership to an enormous selection of serious, varied, and well-maintained equipment for cardio and strength training in a well-ventilated, clean room, you can end your search.

Loyal customer for over 2 years. Great gym and staff. However, my credit card I charged my membership to was stolen September 10th. I cancelled it later that day. September 11th, I was billed for my membership + a late fee that costs more than my membership. September 12th I am notified of this and change the card my membership is through. I went into the club to ask them to waive the late fee. The staff member I spoke to was very helpful and kind, and he shared the owner has prohibited waiving late fees and they as a staff are unable to do anything about it. I’m disappointed with the ownership and their prioritization of profit over the satisfaction of paying customers.

The staff here is so lazy I notice the same exact problems day after day on certain machines, missing/loose/old worn parts. They can’t even properly replace the rubber on the machine handles. Charged me a 20 dollar late fee and didn’t mention that until after I looked at my email. 4/6 days I come a week the towels aren’t stocked in the bathroom. Crazy that they charge 30 a month and fees when the staff is oblivious.

If I could give this gym 0 stars I would. The staff here is extremely rude and passive aggressive. While working out with my roommate, what I’m assuming is one of the managers came over and asked her if she had other shoes to put on besides the slides she was wearing. When she explained that she didn’t because she had never been told she couldn’t wear slides in the two months we had been attending this gym he proceeded to tell her he had to kick her out. His attitude ruined both of our workouts and there was no valid reason for him to tell us to leave instead of asking because she was nothing but nice to him. When we were leaving the second time after returning to finish our workout, another employee thanked my roommate for “putting on other shoes,” a comment that was not needed or prompted and came across as passive aggressive. We promptly cancelled our memberships and if you are considering joining this gym I highly encourage you to look elsewhere.

Update review again on 8/6……after promised equipment would be replaced by local and district manager, still not replaced. I have decided to cancel my family membership at club 4 effective immediately. update to the review, upon posting this as a 1 star review with comments below staff and the general manager have fixed it. When I entered the club a staff member tracked me down to acknowledge my review and advise the replacement dumbbells are ordered. Same time the general manager emailed me and advised the same. That’s all I wanted and the review was effective for an otherwise great place to workout.***I have been a member before they even opened in anticipation of the grand opening. My complaint is they have 1 115# dumbbell and 1 120# dumbbell due to the matching ones being broken. Has been this way for months. I have escalated to staff and they are advising upper management has not agreed to replace them due to cost. How is this possible to not replace dumbbells that cover a gap from 110 to 125. The gym is extremely packed and members are paying so replace your broken equipment in a timely manner.

Big workout spaces, but I wish they had more cable machines, since everyone seems to want to use them. At busier times, it’s hard to finish your workouts without waiting. They need one more Smith machine, and one more leg press, and an air-resistance bike (Airdyne) or two. Also another back extension.

CLUB4 has a good variety of equipment so I do not have to wait around for machines. There is a small separate women’s only workout area which I really like. There is a large ‘field’ area at the back of the gym that is good for running short distances. The staff is very friendly and responsive; there is an easy digital check-in process. There are numerous trainers for members who want one-on-one training and the gym has other amenities (I.e., exercise classes, day care, hydro massage chairs, tanning room) available depending on the level of membership you purchase. Very good value for the money!

If I had a wish list I would ask for one more leg press. One more leg cure and extension. And lat pull down bars that are all metal (I don’t like rubber) and a little more straight. I don’t like the bars that are bent. Straight like a pull up bar.

I have nothing against this place in all honesty, but in terms of a workout experience, this place is not really giving it to me my first couple of weeks here I had one of the security guys come and flip me off randomly and I told somebody up at the front and supposedly they took care of it And now that I’m trying to go to the gym at 11:30 I’m paying for the premium membership yet I’m standing at the door looking like an idiot and it’s not letting me in and this isn’t the first time it’s happening. I’ve already spoke to Rhett. Nothing against him obviously but I’ve just now wasted 30 minutes of my time driving up here thinking I could come and get a workout.

I am 28 female that’s a regular at this gym I always go alone and usually late night from 8-10pm and I cannot be responsible for people coming in the same time I do
I do not want to send an email to the store for every incident I deem suspicious of other gym members or feel the need to initiate so suspicious people.
I called to claim a refund due to a misunderstanding because no staff member ever told me about the email about unexpected guests and I have records of me always going by myself and talking to no one at the gym so very disappointed with their decision

I had a horrible experience! I joined the club first day there was terrible. When I called to cancel my membership, I was told that I would have to wait 30 days to do so, and I would still be charged for a membership that I only used once.
I then reached out to customer service, which is really just their billing department, and received poor service there as well. After that, I contacted the location directly and spoke with both the manager and the general manager, but the customer service remained unsatisfactory.
Overall, it was just a terrible experience. Your money will not be valued at this company. There are too many gyms out there that appreciate their customers and respect their money. The manager seems more focused on making money and protecting the club rather than ensuring long-term customer satisfaction and retention. I truly hope no one else has to go through this!

Beware: the customer service here is terrible. Even though the membership appears "cheap", they will rob you of every last dime. I cancelled my membership on February 18th and was told that even though I cancel, it will take UP TO 30 DAYS to cancel my membership! AND I might get charged for another month before it's completely cancelled. When I heard this, I said ok whatever, what can I do right? Well, a few days ago, we were charge $54.11 each ($108.22 total), one for me and one for my husband in annual fees plus the monthly membership charges. I called in to speak to the general manager. If we will not be returning to this gym, why are the annual fees being charged to us?? The general manager, Barrett Andres, informed me that because I am still in the "30 day window" of cancelling my membership, any charges within that time is valid and there's absolutely nothing he would do to refund me. No compassion, no empathy. He wouldn't do anything to fix it. This is my hard earned money that was robbed from my bank account. If you're thinking about getting a membership here, think again. It might seem cheaper than others but you will pay in the long run.
Also this gym is extremely overcrowded so good luck finding available machines to work out on when you go there.

Every machine I tried was working properly. Place was clean. Staff needs to make sure the hot water heater for the showers are working properly, I had zero hot water when I took a shower on Wednesday morning. It might have just ran out of hot water from other people using so that is why I'm still leaving a good review.

Barrett the manager runs a tight ship and actually cares about keeping the gym clean and staffed with the right people.
The gym is open 24/7; there’s going to be people that make messes and leave weights laying around, That’s just the nature of the gym. You can’t keep it spotless every minute !
You get a lot of things for a low price: Sauna, tanning, red light, group classes and personal training, kids club, massage chairs and coffee!
Plus some of the instructors are pretty awesome 😎
Just be aware of the peak times, of course it’s gonna be crowded. It’s a great gym.

Club 4 Fitness might seem like a great gym at first, but be cautious of their personal training memberships and contract policies. They engage in predatory consumer practices, making it extremely difficult to cancel or get out of personal training contracts. Their sales tactics push long-term commitments, and once you sign, you’re locked in with gated exit strategies that are intentionally complicated and financially draining. Also known for discriminatory practices in terms of skin color.
If you're considering signing up for personal training, read the fine print carefully and be aware of their cancellation policies before committing. A gym should be about health and wellness, not financial traps.

I cannot recommend this gym based on my experience. The facility is small and often overcrowded, and it does not appear to be maintained to a professional standard. The sauna was out of order for several months after I joined, and even after repairs, it still fails to reach the expected temperature.
Additionally, I've noticed frequent staff turnover, which affects the overall atmosphere, as the demeanor of the staff seems to fluctuate as well. As someone who travels frequently for work and visits various gyms, I found that the only advantage of this gym is its 24/7 availability. Unfortunately, this alone does not justify choosing it over other average gyms.
Furthermore, I was surprised to learn that they charge a $15 fee for a first-time tour of the facility, which seems unnecessary for prospective members. - UPDATE *** ( my friend toured LA fitness and when she came to tour this facility to compare they did not let her in without purchasing a day pass, she was not there to workout or use the facility)
Overall, I believe there are more appealing options available for fitness enthusiasts.

Overall a good gym with plenty of amenities! Two issues I have is that it’s a very popular spot and many times it’s packed! Like there should be twice as many free weights and cable machines. Two issues the men’s room locker area. The carpet is absolutely disgusting. I do see employees vacuuming frequently but it needs to be deep cleaned. When I take my shoes and socks off to change from work to gym mode the floor feels wet…

Any club that uses ABC financial,do not get a membership,why?
They are not customer driven. With ABC financial just from my experience this gym will require you to give a 30 day notice, write a letter explaining your reason to cancel and you’ll likely get charged a couple more times in the process because of how long this takes.

I was shocked to see how clean the gym and equipment was, I went on a Monday night around 10:30 and did have people there but wasn’t crowded. Nice clean machines and lots of them so no waiting for availability. Coming from 24 hour fitness huge upgrade in terms of quality.

It can get very busy in the evening and it's not as gigantic as some gym, however, it's a great gym to be. The equipment are kept in great shape, it's kept very clean, even the locker room and bathroom, which is rare, the stuff is very nice and always helpful, great trainers if you need one, and more importantly, the members are nice and have great gym etiquette. Great gym!

Cancelling your membership requires you to call their system operators (if you would call it that) ABC Fitness. After cancelling I receive a letter in the mail from their Attorney's attempting to collect nearly $300 in fees. On their system I have my bank routing number and a card on file for the automated fees and it was under my impression that either would be auto charged for my final monthly fee. No calls just a letter from the attorneys. After calling ABC Fitness I was told to contact the club itself and after that conversation I was told to talk to the attorneys. Sent them a letter and instead of helping me dispute the charges or answer any questions they send me my initital contract agreement. Now I'm at a stalemate.
For anyone looking to use any Club4 facility or just any gym that uses ABC Fitness, set a reminder to check your monthly fees every single month even if you have working payment methods. They charge nearly double of your membership fee as a late fee.

Personally, im writing this review to complain about the unprofessional behavior that i’ve recently expierienced here. I had two $50 dollar payments taken out without warning, this prompted me to the gym and talk to the front counter and then eventually talk to Berry the gm. he told me letting people in comes with a $50 fine(p.s. i’m not paying a gym 12.83 a month to be a bouncer just so i don’t get fined), i then told him i literally don’t have friends that go to the gym with me. he said if he can’t find anything he’d offer $100 in store credit? that statement made absolutely no sense to me, he then said he to keep my phone on me because he’ll be getting back to me. No suprise almost a week later no phone call no nothing. If your reading this and you go here frequently check your bank account because i know im not the only person thier doing this to so they can pay their bills. the funny thing is that i went to this gym about 6 days a week since april and ive had zero problems with this gym, its a shame such a gym is just downright dishonest.

Not too busy when I went during week. No creepy dudes staring and it didn’t smell like sweat like a lot of other gyms I’ve been to. Barret was extremely professional and accommodating. Younger dark hair girl was extremely nice as well.
Place was very clean which is a big thing for me as far as gyms go. All ages… females as well as males were working out.

TERRIBLE management. My son is a member of this gym, they charged his bank account $200 after he walked in late at night with his best friend, and then 3 other guys walked in behind him. His best friend (who is a member) forgot to scan in, the other 3 guys behind him scanned in. $200 was charged ($50 per person) and they refuse to refund his money. They confirmed all 4 guys that came in were members and offered to give him a $150 Club4 credit towards membership fees. WHAT?!? They said they don't have "the ability" to refund his money back to his card. WOW. This is 2024 and you're running a business that doesn't have the ability to refund money??? I was told a GM would be calling me, have not received a phone call back.

I will be canceling my membership due to a very rude and uncomfortable encounter with the manager Leah. A lady had snuck a grown man into the women’s locker room. I was using the bathroom when I heard a whole man talking and see a man’s feet in the stall next to me. When i go to wash my hands, I look to my friend and ask if she hears a guy and we both notice the guys feet in the stall. The lady starts getting very offended and acting paranoid saying there is no guy in here. Then later, the manager Leah comes to us on the floor and starts yelling at me and my friend in front of everyone because we questioned why there was a guy in the bathroom. Apparently accordingly to Leah that’s none of your business if there is a guy in the locker room where women change. She should learn to hear both sides of the story before bullying paying customers for be concerned about safety. The best part is, the lady had claimed it was just her sister with a deep voice in the bathroom, but we only ever saw her with a very clear grown man the whole time.

Staff here has been incredibly rude to me before. I took a hiatus from this gym to workout with my friend in her gym garage , and when I came back to this gym, they were messing around at the front desk, then when I scanned my app made fun of me for how many days/months it had been since I came in. Like literally made fun of me in front of everyone. Then tried to cancel my membership, they said on the phone it’d be canceled and I wouldn’t be charged the maintenance fee but sure enough I was charged $70. I disputed that of course. Dont come here.

This is the best fitness club for the price and I have been lifting 40 years at various locations. Its very clean and Barrett the General Manager really runs a great operation. I appreciate the friendly staff (Nora, Cade and Shaq). Lots of cardio equipment so you can always find a machine. Wish the members racked their weight better but thats every fitness club.

My wife goes to this gym and she takes my kids because I work long hours. Today my almost 2 year old daughter was shoved and sat on by some other kid in there and nothing was done by the person that is supposed to watch over them. Instead my wife had to go watch over the video and the lady said the kids was “playfully playing” meanwhile my daughter is crying!!!but when my daughter was playing around a little kid last time my wife got called right away and suspended my kids for 3 days crazy!!!!
Also my 8 year son was there but he did not see the incident and the lady was asking him if he saw what had happened, this is crazy to me asking my son if he saw what happened mean while what was this person doing? Maybe this place should hire people with better responsibilities in my opinion. I hope someone is able to reach out to me or my wife. This incident happened 07/24/2024 6:50pm maybe.

I've been a Club4 member for approximately a year now. Initially, my attendance was sporadic due to recently having my baby, but now that my child is 16 months old, I've been able to establish a more consistent routine.
Unfortunately, my recent experience with Alicia, the staff member at the Child Care center, left me quite unsettled. During my workout last Wednesday, I received a text notifying me of a minor incident involving my child biting another child and was asked to come check in with him. Naturally concerned, I promptly went to check on the situation.
Upon speaking with Alicia, she confirmed that everyone was fine but informed me of the incident. While I expressed my apologies and willingness to address the behavior, I was surprised when she abruptly asked me to leave with my son. This one-time occurrence, especially considering my child's young age and lack of prior incidents, seemed disproportionately handled.
Alicia's demeanor appeared indifferent, giving the impression that she wasn't inclined to deal with childcare responsibilities that day. Feeling hurt by the immediate expulsion, I sought out the manager, Shaad, to address my concerns. Although he listened attentively, the resolution provided was swift, resulting in the cancellation of my membership.
I came back to the gym later that day because I forgot my diaper bag and I encountered the new manager, Cade, whose approach was markedly different. Cade demonstrated genuine concern, expressing dissatisfaction with Alicia's handling of the situation and promising to escalate the matter to higher management. Despite his assurances, I never received a follow-up call as promised.
Overall, I'm disappointed by the handling of this incident and cannot continue my membership at a gym with such an inflexible approach, especially concerning families with young children. While I valued the sense of community at Club4, regrettably, I won't be returning.

I have been working with a personal trainer there— Zach Smith. He has been a great to work with. Zach is personable, makes me feel comfortable, and is a good teacher with teaching me how to work out correctly. The gym provides a clean environment, friendly staff, great amenities. I had left a bad review but I understand mistakes are made. What's important is taking accountability and fixing them. Which he did and he set me up with a wonderful personal trainer that is awesome! I want to mention Club 4 Personal Trainer Joe(Joey) Hickey. I've been a member of Club 4 for just over 3 years. I had never joined a gym until I had bilateral knee replacement. Since I didn't know where to start, I decided to work with a trainer. Joey asked me what my goals were and with his vast knowledge, steered me in the right direction tp strength training. I've never worked out in my life, but i know at 65 years old, I need it. Not only has my strength improved, but the education he has shared with me is invaluable. He sets goals and explains the path to get there. He always has had my best interest and safety in mind. One of the goals we set was to bench press 200lbs. I thought he was crazy. Now I bench press 200lbs! I've only been working with him for 6 months. Joey truly believes in his clients, showing respect and kindness. Listen him and watch your life change. As Joey says "Let's go"!!

Found out today that I have unpaid balance for 280 dollars on a membership I canceled 2 years ago. Went in for 3 weeks no problems and then today Cameron told me he couldn’t let me due to a balance that was from 2021-2022. I began to tell him that I’ve been here for 3 weeks and he told me that there was nothing he could do even tho every other employee never mentioned it.
Then after that I told him I was going to say hi to my family members in the gym and I would leave and head to an actual gym (Lifetime). CAMERON (the one with the weird mustache) told me if I stepped another foot in the gym he would call the police. Police on someone trying to say hi to their family in the cardio section which is straight across from the reception desk. Felt a bit of racism the way he was speaking to me because of his tone and choice of words.

My husband was denied access from coming into the gym today and was threatened by Cameron that he was going to call the police on him. He has been coming to this location for over 3 weeks and paying a day pass as he’s only there on certain days. Today he was denied entry because Cameron claimed that he owed money from when he had his membership back in 2022. When my husband attempted to cancel that membership in person, they told him he could not do so and needed to send in a letter explaining why he was canceling. Ridiculous but he did it anyways. Even after he spoke to the gym about cancelling and sent in the letter they continued to try to charge him monthly. Now after being back for almost a month he was told this is policy and he would never be allowed in unless he paid what he “owed”. After attempting to cancel multiple times he doesn’t owe anything. On top of that being told the police was going to be called if he doesn’t leave immediately is ridiculous. Terrible gym, terrible customer service. Don’t waste your time or money.

The place is fantastic, the staff always greet people entering and exiting the facility, really have only personally interacted with Shane and Barrett and my questions were answered no problem. Even at peak times you can find work arounds if “your” machine/bench/squat rack is being used because the amount of equipment they have. I see many reviews complaining about vacuuming which confuses me because god forbid upkeeping the tidiness of the gym would inconvenience anyone working out yet the same people would probably complain if they saw a paper towel on on the floor instead of simply picking it up. It allows me to only give 5 stars but if I had to truly rate this gym, I’d give it 100 golden goose eggs 10/10 would recommend.

I have enjoyed working out here for nearly 2 years. In the last couple of months they have begun their major cleaning during peak hours. The constant vacuuming and spraying of equipment during the busiest parts of the day is loud, annoying, rude and interferes with workouts . There's not enough space to even begin to write how mad I am right now.... I just received a collection letter for my son who just barely turned eighteen a month ago..... So I go up to the club for fitness around the corner. Form my house and inquire about this... They told me that this was from something in twenty twenty one... Well my son was sixteen in twenty twenty one.... Then the assistant manager she would not give me the manager's contact information, not even an email.... Also with the owner, she refused to give me the owner of club for fitness information... All she gave me was a name.... She said that she was not allowed to give out any other information.... So I called the club for fitness in McKinney. Just to see what would happen if I asked for the same information without them. Knowing anything about my situation.... Lo and behold. I have two email addresses sitting in front of me right now!!! They are going to be having a lawsuit on their side for my aggravation. And everything else that is going to come along with me. Trying to make sure that these marks that I've gone against my son's credit. Come off because he is just starting out in life. And he's not going to have bad credit because people up here at club for fitness don't know how to do their jobs or check driver's licenses.

Great gym for the price. Would’ve given 5 stars if the hot water in the men’s shower worked. It used to work fine, but recently it hasn’t. There is also a broken handle on the middle shower and it consistently drips. Other than this complaint, the gym is great. If the hot water issue doesn’t get resolved, I’ll probably be switching gyms. I really don’t want to though.
UPDATE: They have responded, the hot water issue is resolved. I appreciate the quick response on this! I will continue to work out here. I would also like to say, the early morning staff during the week are very helpful and friendly. Y’all could use more employees like them!

We’ve been members for almost 2 years. We workout at 5am every day! It was great in the beginning but it seems after time it’s gotten SO dirty and no one from the over night unracks the weights. Also it seems we need more dumbbells bc in the early mornings there’s none. Also there’s so many machines that need maintenance 🙃 The tanning areas really need to be swept also. This place is the worse- I canceled my membership, and they still charged me for 2 extra months. I have email proof sent by their AGM. When I called, I spoke with the GM Shaw or Shane. He was very apologetic , and a refund was going to be an issue.
He claimed he talked to his supervisor, Andrew and David. This should be a professional place, but when you canceled, you deal with either the teenagers who are not trained properly and most of the time can't help. But them you speak with upper management and you have to deal with these clowns. No wonder why the teens are always lost.

We transfered here from Apex primarily due to the hours of operation. Its Dec 27, 2021 and we started middle of June 2021. So for 6 mos all was good, walk in, scan in, and do your thing then leave. Really no interaction with the staff.
Its the holidays and we have family in town and they need to work out. I bring three teens 17 (female), 19 ( female), and 19 (male) with myself and my son. I would think this is a straight forward thing, pay $5 sign a waiver and go.
However, a guy named Andrew felt it necessary to give my daughter a hard time about not having her license, asked to see her Facebook but wouldn't accept her UARK account info or even Instagram. It was a strange experience he made both of the girls in our group uncomfortable.
This guy has a power trip issue with young females. Totally unacceptable. I told him if my guests were ever treated that poorly again we would find another gym.

Been meaning to write a review for this location. The ladies in the child care area are amazing. They take really good care of the kiddos and are high energy that puts a smile on our faces before a work out. The ladies in the front area are also very sweet and helpful. The reason I give the location 3 stars is due to most NOT ALL the guys aren't that helpful. You can walk up to the counter and they will continue to BS with each other until you finally interrupt and ask them to help you . Lastly they could do a ton better at cleaning things up.( Trash and bottles always need attention ) The high pressure beds don't all warm up and honestly some smell bad. The limited machines sometimes pose a challenge as some of the people using them seem more wanting to sit on their phones then to work out but its manageable

Thanks management for working to change the location per your response below. With that said I think I am overall just rubbed wrong by the staff here after another smug night from the staff. Though I seen their reason for the approach they took tonight. The delivery just ruined my evening and I will be on the look for a new gym tomorrow. Nothing is perfect in this world but we should enjoy where we work out and that’s just dead at club 4 for me.
