Andrew couches Body sculpting & Yoga classes every Thursday morning. And I appreciate his teaching style like many others in his classes.
He is very flexible himself and performs every pose elegantly and smoothly.

He is also a funny and friendly guy with a sense of humor.

Andrew Oliver is truly one of the best yoga instructors I’ve ever had. His teaching style is not something you typically find in a gym environment, his approach is thoughtful, intentional, and deeply grounded in technique.

Andrew has a fantastic manner. His voice is calming, he’s super encouraging, and always fully present.

He has a way of gently correcting posture and alignment that never feels critical, only supportive and incredibly helpful. After each session, I leave feeling stronger, more grounded, and with a better understanding of my own practice and I’ve been practicing for 20+ years.

Overall really nice gym with well priced packages. The Kids Club is amazing for my 2 babies with very sweet girls working there. Membership includes Hydro massage chairs, sauna, fun classes. The only thing I would give feedback on is that the music is too loud and apparently they can’t change the volume. Most people usually have headphones in anyway, but you can hear the gym music through it because it’s so loud.

It was a good gym when I attended, but the customer service is not the best. I requested to cancel my account and was told by the staff that it had been taken care of. However, I later discovered that I had continued to be charged for the next five months. Despite the mistake being on their end, they were unable to issue me a refund, causing me to lose a few hundred dollars. I am very unhappy with their service.

When club opened, it was clean and take care of. Now, the women's bathroom is always dirty and not cleaned regularly. In addition, good trainers have an outstanding turnover, as do mgmt. This is because they are underpaid and don't have proper support. Club is all about monthly subscriptions and growing footprint but forgot to remember whey the clients they serve.

This is probably the coldest gym in the area. The outside temperature is around 60°F, yet the air conditioners and fans are still running at full power. It actually feels colder inside than outside, which makes workouts quite uncomfortable. I have raised this concern several times, and I really hope the management adjusts the temperature to create a more suitable training environment.

Staff are friendly, but the most consistent thing at this location are the dirty showers. Soap scum, bandaids, and hair that have been in the stalls for weeks. That little Lysol spray is not doing anything. It’s the worst part of using this facility- update 10.07.25- restrooms are still so gross and the hair and smudge left on walls is disgusting. I’ve always liked this place, it’s in a great location and offered at an affordable price compared to lifetime.

However, a note of caution: If you decide to cancel your membership, make sure to visit the location in person and speak directly with the manager. Don’t leave until your cancellation is fully confirmed. They sometimes ask you to complete it online through a website that either doesn’t allow cancellations or simply doesn’t work. Handling it in person is the best way to ensure there are no recurring charges on your bank account.

I am the premium member of Club4Fitness Plano. I want to downgrade it to basic membership type as I am unable to go gym early morning or pretty late night. But they are charging me annual fee twice, its like looting people. I talked to their manager Sam and he was not cooperative. Even I am paying $75 per training session to these guys, they are NO KIND or Lineant towards their members.

UPDATE: equipment STILL broken and TVs are out of order. Mgr is aware but nothing has been done. I've been a member for almost 6 months. When I first joined things seemed clean and well-run and I enjoyed the variety of equipment options. There are some notable issues that are worth pointing out, because my initial opinion has changed. There are several pieces of cardio equipment that have not worked since I joined, the tvs attached to the cardio equipment have been down for about two months, the locker room does not get cleaned throughout the day, the seats on some of weight equipment have begun to split open and some of the rep counters on the equipment no longer work. Clearly the facility is not being well-managed. When asking staff and management all we get are shrugs. Not planning to return after this membership runs out. There are plenty of other gyms in Plano.

Sam who is also my name sake, he helped me and showed me around the club. He is a very polite guy and he will answer to any questions that you may have while joining. The club is huge. It reminded me of Lifetime fitness. CLUB 4 fitness doesn't have swimming pools and tennis courts and if you dont care about those two amenities then you will be amazed by the size of the center. The price can't be beat. I am joining the club for $25 per month with no monthly contract. If you are on fence about it, I say jump in. You also get 24 hour access to the club.

Never post reviews but feel very compelled to let all the women know there is a personal trainer here named Mike Free that was taking pictures of another girls back side. I was walking past him and saw him holding up his phone as if he was taking picture. I continued walking past him and saw his phone screen zoomed in on the girl. I know what I saw, even though I unfortunately don’t have proof. I reported this to the manager who was very kind and took the matter seriously. He explained to me the next time I came in the PT department is a separate entity he has little control over and that he reported this to the regional manager and they “talked to him”. I was very disheartened to see the trainer there 48 hours later. To not even give him temporary leave feels extremely careless. I also tried to contact customer service to get the regional manager’s contact info but was ultimately told they do not give out that information. I noticed the other reviews on here get the owners number, so unfortunately I feel forced to do this. I really didn’t want to because I’ve had a great experience here otherwise.

I’ll start by saying this: it’s a below-average gym, but it gets the job done. I was a longtime member at Lifetime Fitness, but with their recent price hikes, it became hard to justify the cost. Maybe that spoiled me a bit. I also gave Planet Fitness a shot, but the lack of cleanliness and members not cleaning up after themselves made it hard to enjoy.

After hearing good things about Club 4, I decided to give it a try—especially since it’s close to home and offers 24-hour access (for an additional fee). I’ve now been a member for about a year, and I think it’s time to share an honest review.

Here’s the rundown:
• The scale in the men’s locker room broke back in March. It’s now August and still hasn’t been replaced.
• Some stall locks are broken, and there seems to be little to no AC in the locker room. If the sauna is causing that heat, fine—but it’s still uncomfortable.
• Some equipment has been marked “Out of Service” for weeks, with no updates or signs of repair.
• Cleanliness and hygiene are inconsistent. This isn’t entirely the gym’s fault, but it’s worth noting that some members don’t wear deodorant, and body odor lingers in the locker room and sauna areas. It makes those facilities hard to use, especially when they’re already hot and poorly ventilated.

Now, I don’t want to sound overly negative—because for the price, the gym does provide the essentials. It’s enough for a quick, effective workout. That said, I’ve seen several other reviews echoing the same concerns.

I really hope management reads these and considers small improvements. Even a $2–$5 increase in membership fees could go a long way toward better maintenance and cleaning. This place has potential—it just needs a bit more care to reach a better standard.

Excellent venue. I took issue with childcare charges that should’ve been removed when requested in person. I was told they were removed but were not. The additional charge remained on my account for 6+ months. None of my children attended the gym during this period.

Management attempted to empathize by not charging for the cancellation fee - even though military orders were mentioned - but refused to refund the additional amount charged that were inaccurately charged.

I usually don't post 1 star reviews. I loved the energy that this gym gave, availability was amazing, and the price was worth it.
But... these guys are scam artists, make sure you're willing to deal with their customer support. When asked to sign up, they said they're fine with freezing the account for up to 2 months. I then called a couple months later, they said the exact same thing and that they'll send an email with instructions on how to freeze.
I sent the email before I was supposed to be charged for the months, but didn't get a reply back until AFTER I was charged for the month.
And the email read "Your account has to be frozen for a minimum of 3 months in order to freeze." Complete disregard for customer satisfaction.

After not having any notices for classes for WEEKS I decided to cancel my personal trainer membership. I called the gym asking to cancel my membership and I was informed that I would have to go in-person to “scan a code” which I later found out was just an electronic form requesting the cancellation of a membership. Could I not have filled that out online..?

I was told that my cancellation request was accepted and that I would be able to make up all of the personal training classes that I was not scheduled and that I would be sent information regarding that on Monday. Monday comes and my inbox is completely empty. I still have not been able to make up the classes I was promised and the gym has billed my bank account once more. I came to CLUB4 Fitness in Plano with my dad just to work out a bit and do some pull-ups. We weren’t being loud or bothering anyone — we were just using the only pull-up bar in the whole gym. Suddenly a trainer came and told us to leave because a group class was starting. We were almost done, but then another staff member came and started acting aggressive and even threatened to call the police.

As a teenager, this made me feel very uncomfortable and even scared. I thought gyms were supposed to be safe places where people could get stronger and healthier. Instead, we were treated like troublemakers just for using a piece of equipment that wasn’t even marked as reserved.

This experience really ruined the gym for me. I don’t want to go back somewhere where they treat people, especially kids, like this. Very unprofessional and upsetting.

Basic info: Definitely a gym worth looking at for pretty much anyone. Staff is friendly, equipment is pretty solid, and the gym is laid out really well (cardio equipment up-front, two separate rooms with plenty of power racks, DB area, and plenty of plate loaded and regular machines). Also has a turf area.

Social atmosphere: if you want to do head-down psychopathic lifting and never talk to a soul, you are free to do so and you don't get too many funny looks. If you want it to be a fitness-themed social hour (sounds terrible), you could opt for that instead. Most members are really nice.

Only "problem" is the tires only go up to 225 lbs and (from what I can tell) the dumbbells only go up to 125 lbs.

WHAT THEY DONT TELL YOU - it's locked in for a year and there is a registration fee OR that you have 3 days to change your mind. While signing up NONE of these things were mentioned. Then to add insult to injury the trainer set up the session a week later. I should have read the reviews and seen that I am not the only one that feels this way. Terrible Experience at Club4Fitness, Plano – Hidden Charges and Deceptive Practices

We had a very frustrating experience with Club4Fitness in Plano. My son canceled his membership on July 20th because he was leaving for college, yet on September 13th, we were still charged $320 for a personal trainer. This is despite the fact that when my son started training, we were told it was on a "pay-as-you-go" basis, with no obligation, and that he could cancel at any time.

Now, customer service claims there was a 3-month agreement for the personal training, but we were never shown or sent this agreement in any form, not even via email. On top of that, if my son no longer has a membership and can't access the gym, how is it even possible to receive personal training? It feels like a complete service trap and deception.

When we reached out to customer service, they flat-out refused to refund us. I strongly advise anyone considering this gym to be cautious of their business practices. They seem more interested in locking you into hidden agreements than providing honest service.

Avoid this place if you value transparency and customer service.

I go to this gym with friends and always have fun, they’re a variety of options of machines, a nice turf field and a lot of cardiovascular machines. The employees are nice and are supportive. Good cafe area and vending machines. There is amazing tanning rooms and massage chairs. Also a cool Cycle area with a big screen tv inside. All around an amazing gym with clean floors and walls.

Amazing gym all around! Employees are nice and patient, lifters around me making my day better and I always get a good pump! Clean gym and amazing lockerroom! Nice Turf field on the side too. A lot of cardio machines that always work. Excellent gym!

Great gym , honestly better than most i’ve been to. Very spacious and they also have a steam sauna! Make sure you hit up Enrique honestly a good man!

Amazing new gym in Plano! It’s significantly better than Texas Family Fitness and even a few steps above Crunch. It’s so spacious, clean, and has a bunch of new equipment. The team here is friendly and it’s not super busy around peak times.

Just one minor thing to the staff: please add more cable rope attachments. I’ve only seen one around

Love this place. Great equipment, clean locker room, and a price you can't beat. The staff is very nice and helpful, as well. They also have a No Filming rule. So you can actually just workout in the gym and not be tripping over a tripod every time you turn around.

This location is very clean and the equipment is all so new it feels like you are spoiled as soon as you enter the facility. All of the trash bins, water stations, restrooms, equipment etc. were all very well maintained. All the machines are spaced out nicely so you don’t feel cramped. They have a great free weight area, cardio area, weight machine area and the way everything is laid out is really nice. They have wifi and even a childcare area for members to utilize for 2 hours daily, granted it is limited hours.
I really can’t say enough good things about this gym! Even the membership is quite affordable.
