I started working with Bryan last summer and it has been an absolute pleasure. He is knowledgeable, positive and encouraging. I’ve had issues finding a program that keeps me from aggravating an old back injury. Bryan has helped me adjust my goals and find exercises that works for me while still getting stronger! Just a great trainer all around. Really recommend!

I am so glad I made that decision last month to enroll on his training program, Bryan is such a nice person, great coach , he listens and helps you attain your goal, whether you are new to fitness or not he would always prepare something for you. I used to go the gym before coming here to United States after few years my body changed because of the lifestyle and I don't usually workout, I felt awkward and less confident of my body in general and finally made that decision last month to get back in shape "operation sexy back" , finished my first month with him and so far I can see some changes now on my second month and I am really happy can't wait for the end result. so what are you waiting for? give him a call or send him an email, you are not going to regret it.

Working with Bryan is by far the best investment I've ever made. I'm in my mid 30s, work a corporate job and have stayed somewhat active in my adult life like most of us try to. I've had a consistent gym membership for years and thought I knew how to workout. Thought I knew enough about food and eating healthy that if I did both regularly, I should have a decent physique but we know the mirror doesn't lie.

I realized that if I wanted to make a change, I would need to work with someone who is a professional in this field. It was important for me to work with someone who has the actual knowledge about exercise and doesn't just yell at me to PUSH. Someone who can explain to me the methodology and reasoning behind what we are doing. Someone who has studied and spent time in perfecting their art.

I found Bryan through Google reviews and from our first session, I knew he was going to be my trainer. And wow, has he been a game changer. I have been working with him for 6 months now and I'm in the best shape of my adult life. Its an amazing feeling waking up and realizing how far you've come. Clothes fit better, skin looks amazing and you're excited to be in photos.

Bryan loves doing what he does and it shows in his work. His passion for bringing the change to his clients' lives, his dedication to his work, and his friendliness are only a small number of reasons you should finally decide to skip that one vacation or buying that toy and instead invest in yourself by working with Coach Bryan.

Hiring Bryan as my personal trainer was the best decision I’ve made for myself in a long time. While I thought I wanted a bully of trainer who would whip me into ship, I quickly realized that Bryan’s straightforward and science-based training style was exactly what I needed. Bryan has taught me my way around the gym, a series of workouts I can recreate and evolve on my own, as well as insight into more intentional nutrition. I highly recommend Bryan as a top notch trainer in Dallas. His approach is scientific, tailored to what you want to achieve, and recognizes that your workout is a supplement to your already full life.

I travel regularly for work and was struggling to maintain a routine, but Bryan was able to help me develop a plan that I could follow anywhere I went. I worked out regularly in my youth, but was impressed by the amount that I learned from him and probably never would have considered otherwise.

I would highly recommend Bryan Watson for anyone who is looking to reach any type of health or physical goal. Personally, he has helped me to not only lose weight but get stronger and eat healthier. I also had a lot of issues with hip pain and lower back pain and both of those issues are gone. He cares about his clients, educates them, and also is really fun to work out with!

I trained with Bryan for over a year and highly recommend him as one of the best trainers in the Dallas area. I lost 15-20 lbs under his direction, and gained confidence with myself in return. Not only does he have extensive knowledge and experience, but he makes working FUN! I consider him like a big brother, as we talked through struggles and triumphs in between workouts. 5/5 stars. This guy knows how to get things done.

My goal was to lose 20 pounds in four weeks. Because I travel every week for work, eating healthy is a challenge. Maintaining a gym routine is also difficult since I'm constantly on the go. Bryan came up with an eating/exercising routine that I could fit into my schedule during the week without being too disruptive to my current routine.

Bryan is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to lifting weights. He showed me how to do a few different weight lifting moves using simple weight machines (i.e. those you find a hotel or apartment gym), and by using the right technique, you could work out several muscle groups at once. I really liked his techniques because it meant I could do a work out in just twenty minutes.

Bryan also has a simple way to keep track of your progress, which is great to keep you accountable and motivated.

As a result, I lost over 23 pounds and now feel happier than ever.

Bryan is an outstanding trainer, very knowledgeable and passionate about fitness and nutrition. I started working with him in May and I must say I'm very satisfied with my results so far. His easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. He makes each workout challenging, creative and most importantly, fun!
